Going to bed on a Saturday night and the carpet in the bedroom goes skwish! Theres a leak in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom. We stocked up on water for flushing and coffee the next morning, turned the water off to the house, and started cleaning up the mess. Didnt sleep well. Early Sunday morning I called not one, but two plumbers I had previously done business with. Neither answered the phone, so I turned to Google to look for a 24/7 plumber. Based upon a local office and good review I called Texas Plumbing Repair 24/7. They answered the phone and a few hours later their tech was at my door. The repair was completed in short order thanks to a fellow with the right tools and the know how to use them. The bill was more than reasonable. TIMELY! EFFICIENT! EFFECTIVE! ECONOMICAL! Guess what - I have a new first call plumber.

TPR just completely redid my plumbing system, house to sewer line. Michael himself came out on a Sunday to give us a quote. Michael was upfront and honest with the pricing, with an unbeatable warranty. There were no hidden costs and the pricing was clear. They were very fast and efficient, the whole job taking two days. When they were finished Tristan walked me through everything they did and was very knowledgeable. I’m really impressed with the whole team.

They got to our home, to make the necessary repair the next day, even though it was not an emergency, and I called late in the afternoon. The work was done quickly as well. They provided pictures of the leak before and after the repair. The cost was reasonable. The workers were professional and courteous. We called TPR on a Saturday to clear a clogged line, found out the old pipes were split. By Monday Michael had his guys out starting trenches and by Tuesday evening we had brand new lines. These guys do great work, are super fast, and left the yard that had been dug up good as new. I would not hesitate to call them again and will gladly recommend them.

Our drain line was backing up and needed replacing. After calling around this was the only place that could even be here within the week and they were here same day. They quickly got my drain cleared and got me a quote on replacing the old sewer line due to its compromised integrity. As soon as we told them we were ready, there was a team knocking on my door at 8 am sharp the next morning to begin working. They stayed most of the evening until the job was complete. All 90 feet of my old drain dug up and replaced with beautiful new PVC all in a days work. I am grateful for the speed, efficiency, and professionalism Texas Plumbing Repair showed when dealing with my family’s personal emergency. Even after receiving payment they returned next morning 730 am sharp to be present for the city inspection. I highly recommend this company.

We had a backup in the bathrooms, they came out and fixed. Very professional. They noticed a major problem with the pipe at the drain out. So thought I might need further investigation. The repair guy had the owner call me and he sent his crew out to try and assess the problem. He worked with us and our insurance company to get the problem assessed so we could get our plumbing straightened out.Appreciate all the patience and help Michael gave during this time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I was very pleased with how quickly Texas Plumbing Repair responded to my plumbing emergency. They had a crew at my house within 15 minutes of my call and they contacted a restoration company for me to start the water remediation who was here within 2 hours.The person I first spoke to from Texas Plumbing also checked back with me periodically during the day to see how things were going and to make sure I was being taken care of.Good customer service is hard to find these days but Texas Plumbing knocked it out of the park with their customer service.Very reasonable rates and they explained pricing before the work started.

Rarely do I write a review, but this was a no brainer! Michael and his team at Texas Plumbing Repair came to the rescue when we had an urgent need, fitting us in to their already full schedule. After fixing the first water heater, another unrelated problem arose the next week. Again, they went WAY above and beyond — getting parts replaced by the manufacturer for free even though they were technically out of warranty and coming right back out to get us up and running before a impending winter storm hit. We were brand new customers to them and they were working on equipment they didn’t install. The company that did install the equipment during construction told me that they would not service equipment after the first year — at all! Texas Plumbing pulled through and turned our frustration around. They could have taken advantage of our situation, but they didn’t. I recommend them without hesitation and hope you have the same experience we did!

This company is so wonderful! I had a plumber come out to my home under my home warranty 3 days after I reported the problem and they couldnt fix my plumbing problem leaving me with no kitchen sink to use with 4 kids in a new state. Outstanding customer service!!! Positive, straight forward and very knowledgeable. Committed to having a plumber on site within a few hours (non-emergency) and kept me updated as to his arrival. I actually called to cancel because of stump and root problems I thought needed to be taken care of first...Justin advised me to let his plumber take a look at the situation and advise as to the best solution. It turned out to be a job best suited for my sprinkler guy because of other related issues with my system. Although he said he could definitely take care of the leak, I told him thank you for the advice and he shook my hand and went to his next job. No charge! All of the toilets in our residence stopped working & our home warranty (American Home Shield) refused to get anyone out to help us for a week. After going back and forth with them for days and having to go to a grocery store down the road to use the bathroom, we finally decided to go look for an independent plumber.We called TPR at around 10 PM Saturday night. Michael with TPR showed up the next day (Sunday) to check what was going on. Then, they were able to get us scheduled & our main line fixed the very next morning. They were prompt, very kind, incredible communication & explained everything throughly, and did a great job quickly. They were able to show up, diagnose the problem, and fix it, all before my home warranty was even going to be able to get someone to come look at the problem. We are so grateful for Michael & will be using him for any future plumbing issues!!

Very great company! Will call again for issues. They installed a new tankless water heater and we had some issues with the electrical company that followed up (not associated with them) saying the T.W.H. was incorrect for our current breaker and a new wire for a 50 amp breaker (we had a 40 amp) would have to be ran. Texas Plumbing Repair pulled their own electrician (busy earlier that day) and their manager both personally came out on a Friday evening for a second opinion. Their electrician confirmed this T.W.H. can be updated to 50 amp breaker without rewiring. They covered the electrician charge due to the inconvenience. Just amazing. After completing that very evening, it popped the next morning but not since. I talked to the manager through this whole process and he was so helpful and professional. As were the related employees. Prices were fair for the new installation. Highly recommend.

The understanding and kind person told me they would have someone here no later than 1:00 PM. Two men were here by 10:30 AM after keeping me updated on their arrival time twice. They were extremely professional and courteous. They were knowledgeable and in and out quickly and our problem was over as quickly as it started. Their rate was less than we paid a different company six years ago and we couldnt be happier with their service. Compared to the terrible experience and waiting all day for someone to arrive that day six years ago, this was a breeze. Overall very great service! Very good communication, and I appreciate being kept up to date and informed. Gor my water set up, and considering it was very difficult living in a house without water or electricity I very much appreciated it. Much more affordable than the service I was thinking about going with before I went with them, and I’m glad I did. I haven’t had any issues with my plumbing since the water has been set up, and I’ll probably use them again in the future if needed.

I cant say enough about this companies excellent service they provided during a stressful time. I had a pipe break and Scott and Justin were very professional and reassured me they would stay until they found the break and fixed it. Steve came out because I had spoke with him earlier and they were the only ones I could find that understood I had a problem that needed immediate assistance. I felt very confident in their work. They were here until about 10:30 (and it was very cold) at night and found the break and repaired it.
