Called Garrett Septic about how to find and flag off a septic tank. It was Tuesday after memorial day I could hear the phones ringing in the background .Instead of giving me the brush off , the lady ( Nicole) that answered, told me I could probably get a drawing of the septic and detail for free from the city and she provided me with the phone, department to call and another company who might help if the city could not. .I had made probably 12 calls in week to get help with this. I was about to give up . So impressed with this type of service . It speaks volumes that they value anyone who calls and want you taken care of, even if they can not help. I called the city and had what I needed the SAME day. Way above and beyond service that you find very seldom , especially , if your just taking up time asking for help and guidance. Garrett found me a solution for free.

Great, quick service and reasonably priced! This was our first time using Garrett and they will be our go to. They came out same day and fixed the issue. The technician took the time to explain everything and answer my questions.

Service Tech BJ spent a couple hours replacing the pump. Then he called me back and said that it wasn’t the pump malfunctioning, it was just a minor electrical issue. This made the price considerably cheaper. He didn’t have to tell me any of this as I wouldn’t have ever known the difference I commend the company and BJ for being honest and professional. Great job!

We discovered a leak at 8:30pm, called and left message. Was contacted first thing in the morning and even though they had a full schedule they were able to come out and repair a broken pipe by 12:15pm the next day. Talk about customer service!!!

Ive used this company two times for different issues with my aerobic septic system. Each time they have always responded in a timely manner, affordable pricing compared to competitors, do a thorough inspection, and answered any questions asked respectively. They are always upfront with any costs relating to their visits. I really appreciate their employee taking the extra time, while busy, to listen to concerns and answer questions!

Great company. Office staff was awesome and you can tell its a local small company. They called a few times letting me know where the service tech was at on the route. Our service tech, Chris, was awesome. Walked us through some of the basics (we are first time septic owners) and fixed some small issues we had on the spot. Recommended

Called on a Saturday morning for a potential clog - the person who answered was so helpful and via phone instruction confirmed we likely had a septic rather than plumbing (inside the house) issue. She even offered to a DIY possible solution! We opted for a professional to come out, they were here within 2 hours. Jacob was professional, friendly, and not only cleared the clog he also gave is a basic overview of our system and proper use and maintenance. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
