    We have used Double L a number of times and we have been very pleased with every experience. Their crews are always very professional as well as personable. On their last visit to change out a toilet, they found numerous cracks in the original PVC flange. They expected some time consuming work to replace the flange and gave us a quote for the entire job. During the flange removal they experienced a much easier time than expected. They completed the job and then reduced our bill substantially because of the faster flange removal process. This act alone is a testament to the honesty and customer care we have experienced from this company and their employees. Double L is our choice for all things plumbing!

    Monday morning 8am, walked into the office to find out we had a pipe brake over the weekend and NO water! Called Double L Plumbing, they said they could be here between ten and noon. We were happy with that due to it being a Monday morning and short notice. 9am arrives and Chris was already outside working on it. Had our water line fixed and back on in 30 minutes!!     I had Double L Plumbing out to the house Friday afternoon to re-route the plumbing to my whole-house water filter and to replace 5 outside water faucets that were leaking.Cameron and Josh showed up on time and did a really nice job on my water filter.I dont know how he did it without making a mess, but he did!The outside faucets went well until the very last one.My fitting inside the wall broke loose and I was afraid we would be without water at least for the night.Cameron knew exactly what to do and in just a short while he replaced the broken fitting and we were good to go.Im very impressed

    Nothing but great things to say about double L plumbing! My grandmothers house had a spigot that was soft copper and had a leak in it on the outside also possibly the inside. We called the day before and fully expected for it to take several days to have someone come out. Let me preface this by saying we called several other plumbing company’s none of which either answered or returned phone calls. Also called a company that said it would take weeks to get to us (which we understood because of the freeze, so I’m sure they were slammed) all that to say my wife called double L plumbing after I looked at several reviews online and Nicole answered right away was super professional and polite and even though they were slammed actually worked us in the very next day. AMAZING. They said they weren’t sure when they could get to us but we appreciated the fact they even worked us in. Got a call about 8am saying the technician would be at the house in about 15 minutes was completely shocked and 15 minutes later sure enough the technician Thomas Gonzales was at the house. Again super professional and courteous but also super fast I was blown away by the service, the professionalism, and everything in between. He was done in about an hour and everything is working great so far. I could go on and on about double L and how amazing they are, but the whole point of this review is to tell you to go to double L plumbing for your needs. You can’t beat their service, professionalism, or their prices! You have customers for life. The saying is you only have one chance to make a first impression and wow did they ever make one!

    I wasn’t sure what to expect since customer service seems to be a thing of the past. This company and Cameron Powell went above and beyond. Work was completed fast and attention to detail was impeccable. So refreshing to see work ethic still exists! They were fast and even left it better than it looked before they arrived!

    Thirty-eight-year old shutoff valves under kitchen sink were leaking — old rubber washers inside had degraded. Contacted Double L Plumbing and scheduled appointment in an 8-10 a.m. window to have them replaced. Seth arrived promptly at 8 oclock, replaced three shutoffs with new quarter-turn valves and also replaced supply lines with new braided stainless lines. Seth was friendly and professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and work was completed in under two hours. Ive used Double L previously and will use them again, if need be.

    Seth came on time and quickly and efficiently fixed all 3 of our plumbing issues. He replaced a leaking outdoor faucet, found the cause of a toilet leak and installed a new one, and repaired a kitchen faucet that had extremely low pressure.     Seth was asked to inspect the Honeywell electronic gas control valve on my water heater. About a week ago I noticed there was no hot water..checked the water heater and discovered the pilot was lit but the burner was not lighting to heat the water in the tank. He made sure the device was working efficiently and noticed the vent pipe had come loose on top of the water heater also and replaced that while he was here. He is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him to handle any plumbing needs you might have. Thank you Seth...your service call to my home was definitely a God thing.

    Once again, we experienced outstanding service with Double L Plumbing. Chris notified us ahead that he was on his way and promptly diagnosed the problem where other companies had not. He performed the repairs that required him to be in our hot attic as well as inside the home. He tested the repair multiple times and explained in detail what steps he took to remedy the issue. Chris was our fourth plumber we have used with Double L Plumbing and we have yet to find any reason for complaint or concern with ANY staff. The office ladies have been absolutely fantastic as well.     Double L Plumbing really was amazing. They stepped in and helped us out when we were having issues getting a problem resolved with another plumber. I had talked with them a couple times on the phone and they were always friendly and helpful. I even had an appointment set that we ended up cancelling (gave the benefit of double to the other plumber, which was a mistake) and they were more than willing to accommodate. They definitely will be who we call when we need a plumber.

    Always outstanding service and professionalism!!I have been having plumbing issues since the winter storm.I contacted a few companies that had availabilities at the time and/but could not directly get all of my plumbing issues fixed....especially a persistent leak from my tiled shower enclosure and master bathroom and kitchen area.     I recently had Double L Plumbing out to my home to fix a toilet that had come loose. They were booked until the next day, but I asked if they would come if they had a cancellation or got a job done early. The friendly dispatcher called me a little later in the day to say that a plumber had become available. He came out, fixed the toilet and flange right, cleaned up the floor and took his trash. I think he did a great job. Ive had Double L do jobs at my church a couple of times before and they were always professional and friendly.
