    NTPS has just done some work for me again. He has done things in my house that other plumbers have quoted three times the price. Not everything is inexpensive, but common jobs are super affordable.. He is an honest standup guy and super fast. He is someone that has a work ethic that you don’t see everyday . Super nice guy and 100% trustworthy . From the brief interactions we’ve had he’s been plumbing since he’s 13 years old. I recommend highly.

    Being a homeowner can be stressful especially when you have a leak! I reached out to Justin and he was so kind and worked me into his busy schedule quickly. I could have not asked for a better experience. He was professional and explained everything before he did repairs. NTPS Plumbing will be my forever company to call when future repairs are needed.     I simply cant recommend NTPS Plumbing enough. Just and his team were incredible. They met my every need, (despite quite a few changes to aesthetics on my part. Lol), and always made me feel knowledgeable of every decision that we made together. Definitely recommend him 1,000 times over.

    Based on a recommendation I contacted NTPS due to a suspected slab leak and I couldn’t be more grateful for that recommendation. From the very first phone call to our last conversation they have shown nothing but honesty, integrity, and professionalism. In this economy money is tight for all of us. They came to the table with a reasonable estimate, not the cheapest, but hey you get what you pay for! I was pleasantly surprised to see a bill under the projected cost, especially when I’ve heard so many stories of companies charging you for phantom problems just to meet that estimated number. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, and respectful to my family…he even gave my pupper some extra love, and got the job done quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner and we quickly understood the reason this company is so impressive is because they reflect the values of their leader. I’m not big on leaving reviews, but they absolutely deserved the time it took to write this, Thank you NTPS and Justin for being a reputable and honest company and for the amazing work you did to repair my slab!

    Justin was timely, professional, and efficient when he changed out two water heaters and replaced an outdoor faucet for me. The cost was over 25% less than one competitor and almost 50% less than another. Don’t waste your time with any other outfit. Call these nice folks now. Oops, I almost forgot... They answered the phone!

    Justin did a huge pipe replacement job by digging under our house a few years ago and did amazing, zero plumbing issues since. Only needed to call him out again for a hydrostatic test as we are selling our home now. Hands down the best and only trustworthy plumber I have ever come across. Professional, friendly, fair pricing and very responsive and timely. Will continue to use him and refer him for any plumbing needs in the future.

    Justin was the most professional, courteous, excellent Plumber who exceeded our expectations. After weeks of trying to find tankless hot water heaters to replace ours that were damaged by the freeze NTPS replaced both our units with next day service. Highly recommend this company.     Justin is an amazing plumber and a great person. I had a clogged drain in master bath and he was able to locate it and fix the issue at a reasonable price. With this i was in no hurry because i still had another bathroom i could use but he still took care of me anyway just like it was my only one. He has been overwelmed with freeze breaks and busted water heaters but still put me in line for repair. Give justin a call for your plumbing needs. You will definately be happy with his work.     NTPS is the most professional and punctual plumbers I have ever worked with. I had minor emergency... a clogged main line. My call was returned promptly and help was sent immediately. My issue was fixed quickly and my service was restored. NTPS was clean and tidy. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work and I couldnt have asked for a better price.     Absolutely the most proactive, friendly, professional plumbers Ive every had. It was clear from the beginning they are all about customer service. Terry not only fixed our plumbing issue, he went above and beyond by coming back the same day with the supplies he needed to finish the job (avoidinng a second service call the next day).     Justin is an amazing professional. We had a very unique problem with our hot water heater that was still under warranty. Ultimately, Jason had parts overnighted by Fed X and showed up early Sunday morning so we wouldn’t have to wait any longer for hot water. To say this is above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. He truly cares about each customer. After a week of frustration trying to get the right parts and working early Sunday morning- there was no charge. Now THAT is not just a great plumber, but a really good man. Thank you, Justin.

    WOW!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had a hot water heater installed and they worked around my busy schedule, installed on Saturday. Kept me posted all along the way. While they were here I inquired about having the gas line to my range fixed so it could be more flush with my cabinets. Justin fixed it on the spot, NO CHARGE! AND...CLEANED THE FLOOR UNDER THE RANGE!!! WHO DOES THAT??? I HIGHLY recommend them. Will never use anyone else..

    Justin was so great. We had him come and change our hot water heater out to a tankless one. He ran into some unforeseen problems and made sure to take of them and he didn’t even pass along the costs to us. He just made it right. I very much recommend him. He even was sweet enough to accommodate my very nosy 8yr old.

    We had a plumbing emergency in the evening after a pipe froze and burst. Most other emergency plumbers we called were already closed. Justin was at our house in 15 minutes. He fixed the pipe in less than 20 minutes and charged a fair amount. Overall great service!

    I initially gave NTPS a bad review due to my own error in understanding of how they work and have to clear things through home owner warranties. The owner contacted me and was a True professional. I was clearly in the wrong and NTPS is a company I would highly recommend to anyone. Great service and very friendly and knowledgeable people!     A leak had developed just pass the water meter. There was a second shut off valve, (that wouldn’t have done any good anyway. I think it was an old gate valve), that I was unable to turn with my hands because of a past injury to my hands and the fact that it was an old valve buried in mud. They fixed a broken connection, reinforced the structure, and installed a ball valve shut off with a larger handle that I would be able to use with my disability. They were friendly and professional. If they had to leave to get some thing they communicated with me before they left. They cleaned up the mess and replaced the sod. They solved our problem and I Would be willing to recommend this company to a friend.

    Ive used NTPS Plumbing several times.Justin has fixed 2 slab leakes and replaced my water heater. Hes always nice and respectful. He explains to me the process and the pricing before he starts the job. I like that! I recommend NTPS for all your plumbing needs.

    I had a very leaky hose bib flooding the back yard and Justin answered on the first call and after a brief conversation showed up exactly when he said he would and on a Saturday no less when most places are closed.
