GIS Contracting did a roof replacement for my house. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish in one day, sunup to sundown! Easy payment process, half down to start, balance when they’re finished at final walk thru. This company does it all, inside and out. I highly recommend them!

GIS did a great job with our downstairs refresh. They were sure to continually check in to make sure we were happy with the work, and to let us know promptly when a change order was required. It took 3 plumbers to find and fix the issue of my slow draining bathtub. Seems simple enough? But the previous two either blew it off as it drains well enough or that my p trap was crushed! I got a quote for 3k to fix this crushed p trap. Thankfully I found GIS. They went through a systematic investigation and found the issue was a child’s toy (previous owner) jammed in the p trap. And they successfully extracted it. All is well again. I appreciated Tony’s hands on explanations and skill. Definitely have them in speed dial now and will use the for a variety of construction.

We hired GIS to replace 6 gassed picture windows, and to repair a roof leak and damage to drywall and trim.The quality of work and attention to detail was top notch, and they followed up on the finish and how we felt about the project so we felt great throughout the project and after. Tony’s team was friendly, helpful, and communicative.They were also transparent with us when the window vendor made mistakes (delays in shipping, wrong sizes sent) and guided us through solutions to make sure we were happy.We’ll contact GIS first for any future renovation or repair project.

My wife and I did a remodel on two of our bathrooms, which included all new tile, a new vanity, new fixtures and we also had some new lights installed in our kitchen. We had a very good experience working with GIS and our project was completed to our full satisfaction. Ann, Tony, Marc and the team were very responsive and even did a thorough walk through after the completion of the job to make sure everything was to our liking. I would definitely recommend GIS to anyone looking to do any home improvement.

Tony, his son Mark, and the rest of the GIS Contracting crew did two amazing jobs for us. The were quick to schedule with, got the job done faster than I expected, and were at a great price point. The re-sided the back of my house, with paint, and rebuilt a rotten deck. They even helped me out on a problem I had remodeling my house, and didnt add more to the cost! I highly recommend Tony and his GIS crew, and will consider them first for any of my contractor needs.

I’m a home owner with very little skill or time in maintaining a home. Tony provided the skill and patience with me in upgrading my home the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend G.I.S Contracting to anyone needing home repairs or upgrades. They repaired my roof, removed carpeting and installed laminate flooring, painted, installed fencing (removed the old one), and installed a French drain in my back yard which alleviated standing water.Thank you G.I.S for all your hard work!!!

Tony and his team saved us...we had numerous burst pipes and had to turn off our water. Tony and crew worked even as the sun went down to sort us out.Tony is responsive, professional, hard-working, and kind.I recommended Tony to a friend whose mother has been without water for a week. Tony somehow found time to fix her house on short notice.These are good people. My family is grateful to them.

We are grateful for G.I.S. Contracting for the great quality work that they provided us. Our master bathroom unfortunately had water damage due to a failure in our toilet wax seal. Tony from G.I.S. Contracting was very responsive to our initial contact and came out as soon as he could. He was very good at identifying the issues and quickly turned around a quote once he had all the details. His team came out and finished the work in a couple of days. They not only repaired all the water damage but thoroughly root caused and correctly fixed the toilet issue. Throughout the whole project, they communicated the issues very well and provided professional solutions. We look forward to using G.I.S. Contracting for our future projects.

GIS Contracting did a lot of work on my regular house and my rental house. There isnt anything they cant do! They do EVERYTHING! From removing structural columns and assessing load bearing walls to painting and laying down floor, they do it all! And after working with other contractors in the past, I have never done business with a more fair priced and hardworking general contracting company. Every time Tony and David said they would do something, they would do it. Each task we discussed to get done, they would give me a fair price and a reasonable time table to do it in. And the end result on each task was great and exactly how I imagined it! Everyone should use GIS Contracting for any remodel or handyman needs. I wish there were more than five stars on this review, because I would give them 10 stars!

We’ve used GIS Contracting twice, with excellent results each time. They are true craftsmen who take pride in their finished product. They attended to the details of the project. Once they start, they commit the resources by having a full crew on site to ensure completion in a timely manner. We will hire them again.Just an update to previous review. I needed a bit more repair on a door theyd previously hung. They were very responsive to my request and Mark came out and re-hung the door. They want to make sure the customer is happy. Im happy!

We are so thankful to GIS. Water started gushing out of our water heater during the recent snow storm. We were frantic because we had no idea what to do. GIS came out right away and did a great job. The water heater has worked perfectly ever since. We recommend them highly.

After the 2021 winter storm, I had a burst pipe. I called many places and Tony from G.IS Contracting was one of the few who answered and came over that same day to assess my situation. The other few put me on a week long queue. Despite the severity Tony and his team came within a couple of days to fix the pipe and got my water running.

A pipe burst in the middle of the recent Big Freeze, and we were without water. Tony answered the phone, which was not the norm for service providers at the time, and drove on the icy roads to get to us. He and his team were professional and polite-just good people. They got the job done, helped with a couple other items that had stopped working around the house, and then went next door to help our neighbors. Tony will always be our first call!

G.I.S. Contracting completed as Master bathroom and guest bathroom remodeling project for me. Tony and his team exhibited superior skill and exceptional professional throughout the project. They tore out my existing shower and fully replaced it. They also replaced the tub surround, installed new tile floors and a new vanity. Throughout the project they kept me updated on progress and when problems arose they presented me with reasonable solutions for a minimal cost (several things they fixed at no additional cost). What a lot of customers may not realize is that issues may and usually do arise once walls are opened up and extra cost may be incurred which happend in my project. However, Tony was honest about the actual cost to mitigate those issues and offered several solutions at different price points for me to chose from. To me, this is all you can ask of your contractor. I would recommend G.I.S. contracting to anyone looking for a home improvement contractor. We are already planning our next home improvement project and we will definitely be using Tony and G.I.S. Contracting.
