I hired Renaissance Contracting to do a kitchen/bathroom/flooring remodel job for my house. Project came out great and my wife and I are super stoked about the way it looks! Our 18 year old house now looks so modern and fresh and new! Should have done this a long time ago. Thanks Tristan/David/Anthony and crew at Renaissance Contracting! Special shout out to their tile guy too…our new walk in shower looks amazing!

We loved the results of our two bathroom remodels. They were sure to make sure every detail and concern was taken care of. Tristan was very helpful and responsive, and all of the subcontractors were very respectful of our home and our time.We had a few surprise issues pop up during the project and they were swift and friendly in fixing things.We’re now in the process of using Renaissance again for our primary bathroom remodel!Update: our Primary Bathroom remodel is now complete and we are so happy with the results!

I cant speak highly enough of Renaissance contracting or of Tristan. They came in with a mess for home, after a mold remediation had removed flooring, drywall and had caused extensive repairs to be needed.Tristans team worked throughout the holiday season to get us back into the house as fast as possible. I always had timely responses to items, and if an unforseen issue arose I always received all the options and details to resolve it.Now our home is 10x better than it was before the mold. We cant thank them enough!

I highly recommend Renaissance contracting. They built an outdoor kitchen, which was extended from my house that just came out beautiful. It is such an awesome set up. Not only did they build it, Anthony is the one who came up with the idea and now we just love it.

Best in Austin! Great work, reasonably priced, and always finish on-time. In addition, they are very creative! We needed to make some improvements to my house before putting on the market but with a strict budget. Anthony and his team thought of creative ways to re-top my outdoor grill, redo the bathroom floors, and stain our cabinets among many other little things that tremendously increased the value of my house without breaking the bank. In addition, Ive been using them for about 9 years and Ive also used Renaissance to replace carpets re-spindle my stairs, painting, fence repairs, and they even replaced my roof after the big hailstorm in 2009. Overall great work with personal attention and I would highly recommend them!

The work they did was excellent. Only 4 stars because we had some trouble getting an accurate estimate from them. Also, their response time was not always as desired. Some of the fault may be ours or due to communication with our insurance company.

I normally dont write reviews, but when we came home for work one evening to discover that a water line had busted in our master bath, that was now flooded. I recalled a conversation I had a couple of weeks with a friend who had just completed some work by Renaissance Contracting.I can not say enough good things about the team from the project manager to the employees. They all carried themselves professionally and with the up most respect to my property. They were able to complete the remodel in a timely manner and stay within budget, and the shower came out better than we expected.We will most definitely be using Renaissance Contracting for any upcoming projects around the house, and I would recommend them to anyone who need any work done.

Fter a weekend out of town and returning to a flooded bathroom/master bedroom, Renaissance came to the rescue with their after hours water mitigation team. We renovated our old master bathroom and were amazed by the professionalism, the great communication and attention to details!Everybody in the team was knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to work with. The pictures do not do justice to the renovation. From the colors the the lighting, everything exceeded my expectations. The venetian plaster on the walls was an excellent choice

We had a great experience working with Renaissance Contracting. They were well-priced, easy to work with, and our new white oak floors are both beautiful and expertly installed. They also did some drywall, painting, and carpentry projects for us and we were happy with the results. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of the staff - they were committed to making sure everything was done right and they responded to questions and needs in a timely way. We would definitely choose them again.
