Brad and his team at Austin Jones did an awesome demo and remodel of my kitchen and installed new window and sliding doors. His crew was very good at also cleaning up the site at the end of the day which was super nice. They communicated well on progress and updates as to what to expect in the timeline to completion. They listen to my ideas and made them happen. It was a 5 star experience!

Completely remodeled the master bath. Removed old tile flooring, vanity, and original marble tub. Did an excellent job installing new tile floor, vanity, and walk-in shower. I purchased the tiles, vanity, fixtures and shower door from outside sources which kept cost down and let us choose exactly what we desired.All work was completed within one month with no delays. Workers were very professional and accommodating.

The siding on our chimney was in desperate need of replacement (our house was built over 20 years ago and the siding material used during construction was of the cheap fibrous type that had rotted over the years and had been breached by wildlife to gain access to our attic). I got several quotes from various contractors including the Austin Jones Company who I decided to hire for the job. Brad (the company owner) came out to our place to look at our chimney – he was very friendly, addressed all my concerns, and gave me a quote that was within my budget (the quote was not the least expensive one, but it was lower than 2 or 3 other quotes I had received). Brad also emailed me a copy of their liability insurance coverage which was greatly appreciated (a few of the contractors that gave us quotes did not have liability insurance). Getting on Brad’s work schedule took a little longer than I would have liked, but once we were scheduled his team showed up on time and was able to complete the work sooner than they had estimated. Additionally, while the work was being done, I asked Brad if he could replace some of the soffits in our backyard that were in bad shape (this was unplanned because we didn’t see how bad the soffits were until we took our old rain gutters down in order to have the chimney siding work done). Brad gave me a quote that I thought was very reasonable and his team completed the extra work in the same day. We were very pleased with how everything turned out and I do plan on using Austin Jones again when it’s time to replace the rest of the siding on our home.

Brad and his team are very professional and rebuilt my back room correctly. They also did a real good job of painting my house. If I have to do it again it still would have been Austin Jones company. They took down every note during the bid phase and I did not have to repeat my self. Communication was good as well.

The Austin Jones team did a great job painting the exterior of my house. This was the first time I had used them. I was pleasantly surprised by how thorough they were with all of the prep work. The old paint was 15 years old and needed a lot of cleaning before painting. They took the time and did the work. I got 5 quotes before going with Austin Jones. They were at the low end of all the quotes- much less than two of the bids. I will use them again if I need house painting. I strongly recommend them. The new paint looks great.

We had a great experience with the Austin Jones Company and highly recommend them. Brad came out and explained everything we needed to know..length of time, price options, etc. After scheduling, they finished before the timeline even with intermittent rain that week. His staff was friendly and meticulous even adding in extra paint for a small patch that wasn’t being updated so it would match. We really appreciated them taking time to cover everything so carefully including our windows. Thanks again and we love the way it looks!

As a property manager I have many different types of projects pop up and Brad and his team always do a great job.The projects include fence replacement, drywall repair, installation of fixtures, and general interior and exterior repairs.His prices are competitive and a great value.I highly recommend Brad.

I had new electrical work done, including a new 50 amp dedicated line for a kiln that they had to run all the way around the house and through the attic, new windows, new doors, new siding, new paint, a chimney fix, and had 2 new windows added to the house.After the work was done a number of neighbors asked for his info. The pricing was great. I definitely recommend Austin Jones!

I am so grateful to the Austin Jones Company in Austin. I had a redo of a powder bath, plus a new address stone, some electrical work, etc. They were the third contractor who came and the only ones who stayed to do the work. Fabulous! Their subcontractors were excellent and their Mr. Solis made sure they came in a timely manner and checked on progress by phone or in person daily. We appreciate that ours was a small job but it was gratifying to see what excellent work they did in our home! Molly Rose

We hired Brad and Charlie to renovate our 1970s two-story home. The only thing they didnt replace was the foundation and roof :) It was a whole house renovation. The crew did full gut jobs on 3 baths and added a half bath where one didnt exist. Resurfaced our walls and ceilings, painted all rooms, replaced all interior doors, baseboards and door casings. They installed new recessed lights all over home, repaired our cracked chimney, installed new laminate flooring throughout bottom floor and painted home exterior. Its 2 years later and we absolutely love our new home. We get so many compliments on how beautiful everything looks and what an amazing renovation the guys did! The teams were efficient with their time (job completed in 3.5 months) and we discussed our budget beforehand to be clear on costs.
