We decided to have most of our house renovated after almost 20 years. The marvelous design firm, Hill House Interiors and Design, that we used, hired Rolando and Austin Construction Design to do most of the work.This wasnt a simple job. We totally redid our kitchen, dining room, living room and two bathrooms. From day one it was obvious that our satisfaction was going to be very important to them.Through all the stages of this several month long process everything was carefully explained to us. Every single person who worked in our house was polite, professional and very respectful of us and our home. It was a pleasure to have people like this working in our home.The high quality of the work was obvious at once as everyone wanted to do as good a job as possible. Of course with a project this large and complex some problems came up. None of them however werent resolved intelligently and quickly. I was particularly thrilled with Rolandos idea to bury the wires to my rear surround sound speakers under crown molding (that looks great and matches our ceiling).Rolando has come back when we needed a few final touch-ups done. We never felt that hed disappear like weve heard in some horror stories. Considering how stressful a project this large and long could have been, it was almost fun.Now we have a completely updated home to enjoy and were thrilled with it! I still feel like Im in a hotel every morning when I shave in our gorgeous new master bathroom. The few pictures here dont really do justice to the excellent work that was performed. Particularly since you cant see the before, but were very happy with the results and wouldnt consider ever using anyone else for any future projects.

Imagine: it was a Monday morning, power outage for 1 hr, then water heater leaked. Found out bottom was rusted out on the 7 year-old unit. Through word of mouth, happy to have discovered Rolandos team to get the water heater replaced. Now we know many contractors will skin us Austinites ALIVE, but not Rolandos team. Cost was very reasonable, and we had hot water the following day. Huge THANK YOU to Austin Construction Design!

Great workmanship. These guys made my house look like a million bucks at an affordable price. Cannot recommend them more!
