I wish I could give Brian of Perfect Home Services 10 stars. He is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable of his job. We had a plumbing problem which Brian figured out and fixed the problem. Not only is Brian wonderful, it started with my phone call. The lady who initially took my call was courteous and professional as well. I also was sent a text to keep me updated and if I text the company I received a prompt response. I am so glad I found Perfect Home Services. I am referring them to family and friends. I will tell them to request Brian if possible.

Alex Arellano came to service my furnace a couple of days ago and discovered an alarming amount of issues. He was here for quite awhile and I am so glad he was!!! We were waiting on the home warranty company to come out as they could not come as quick as Perfect Home Services could. It was only $49 so I figured, why not? Alex deemed the unit unsafe and not to be used which was legit.The home warranty came out and they did not know that Perfect Home Services came out before. They said everything was fine. When I finally showed them the pictures and the documentation showing that it was not, the tech literally goes, Um... I am not even sure where they were looking at.Due to this the company called my home warranty and told them all this information and it is now getting replaced. We have the option to get a check instead of having the home warranty place it in. Most likely, Ill be calling Perfect Home Systems back to purchase a unit.Alex not only was friendly but he was thorough. If I would not have him look at it I would have thought everything was fine and then the unit would have broken. Also, I was told that Carbon Dioxide could be coming out of the unit.Alex is amazing and deserves praise as well as a raise! You dont have techs like him everyday and for that... I am so very grateful he was here.

We rejoined the VIP club and had our heating system inspected. Our tech Theo was on time, introduced himself and set about his work. He was polite, worked methodically completing the inspection. He offered some suggestions for our furnace operation.We had been VIP members in the past and used Perfect when it was time to replace our system 2 years ago. Because it was new then we let the membership lapse.

I’ve had occasion to use two of your services The furnace work was superb. The two gentlemen were just fantastic. They worked and worked and worked. Did the furnace and the air conditioner in one day then my hot water heater broke and the plumber came out Brian and he was just super he came came. It was late afternoon when he came. He also stayed and got my got the hot water heater. Got me a new one hooked up ready to go took a shower when he Left. I’m very pleased with your company also, I had the occasion to meet Randy. He gave me the price on the heating and cooling spot on nice gentleman.

Just replaced the furnace, AC and humidifier- the workers were really nice and looks like they did a great job, and that is really the most important thing. From an administrative side it is hard to get questions answered or accurate follow up, almost too automated for my taste. Not a big deal but a bit frustrating. The employees are very nice and polite they are just lacking a few efficiencies. So far the system seems to be working great -time will tell - but overall really happy with their work.

They arrived promptly the next day. Even though out furnace was not operational we still made it through the night with portable heaters. Unfortunately when they diagnosed our furnace, financially it was beyond repair. They quoted a new furnace and by 7pm had installed it and the house was warm again. 😊 Nice warranty too. Great job and they cleaned up after themselves and removed the old furnace.

Very happy I chose Perfect for my heating & cooling needs. During routine inspection, Perfect tech found a crack in my heat exchanger. Company that installed the furnace came out for scheduled maintenance a month later. They were getting ready to close up the box when I asked them to inspect the exchanger at which point they noticed the break. While seeking estimates from two other firms on new units, several other mistakes in installation of that original unit were pointed out. I feel very confident that I now have a correctly installed unit that is engineered for my home to deliver the most efficient h & c. Techs were EXTREMELY knowledgeable and experienced. Installation was completed in a day and it was like they were never there…all clean & tidy. Highly recommended.

Brian the plumber from Perfect Home Services came out and did an awesome job for me rodding out my drain pipes. They were backing up from the sinks in the basement from the upper floors. Everything is all good now. And he recommended doing a bio treatment every few months to keep the build up at bay. I would recommend Brian to anyone I know. I have had work done for our hvac and had great results as well.

I have been a VIP member for over 5 years. Recently there was a problem with my furnace. Corey Arce was the service technician sent to my home. Once the problem was located and rectified, he sat down with me and explained what was going on with the furnace. This was the first time that a technician spent time explaining the problem. Honest, courteous, and professional.

Today, Chris came out and replaced the faucet and water line connections in our kids bathroom sink. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He also walked around our 3 bathrooms and gave me other suggestions for the future with no pressure at all.We have used Perfect Home a number of times including a light fixture replacement, a new furnace, ac unit, and water heater.

I’ve been using Perfect Home Services for a few years now and have always been impressed with the knowledge they bring to their appointments. I recently had an issue with the AC and Zach Olson came out and diagnosed that it was a leak. Zach took the knowledge up a level and was beyond thorough and helped me understand what the problem was and how it would be fixed. I appreciated all the details he went into as he made me feel a part of the inspection from start to finish. Five star reviews across the board, Zach and Perfect Home Services earned them.

I was referred to Perfect Home Services after multiple attempts at solving an AC issue with the original installer. Todd (and Alex) arrived and within 10 minutes had diagnosed the issue, complete with video for me. Todd gave me 3 options to fix and what the differences might mean. I made my choice and they spent the next 5 hours making the repairs. I left them alone, but Todd checked in with me a few hours in just for a progress check. Cost of the project was very reasonable (considering all the $$ I already spent...) and the invoice included pictures of everything they did. I was extremely satisfied not only with the work, but with the professionalism, knowledge, and communication. I will be using Perfect Home Services as my go to now (VIP member!) and look forward to a long relationship. Thanks again!

I was shocked to see in today’s service world that could have a rep like Erich show up to my house .He was polite , respectful and genuine. One of the nicest reps I have seen in a long time . He was able to trouble shoot my air conditioning unit and got it working in 10 minutes. It was like he was the homeowner trying to resolve without spending several hundred dollars . I couldn’t believe his honestly and told me exactly what he was going to do to get it up and running . He’s a rare breed in today’s society. What a sincere class act . We always look forward to when the PHS team comes by. They check on all our equipment to make sure it is in perfect working order. They always keep us informed and educate us on how best to take care of our home. Today Zach came by and spent so much time with us, shared all the pics and info he gathered and had a lengthy conversation with us about how our new air conditioner/furnace was doing. This was a big investment for us and PHS helped us every step of the way to finance and set up a payment plan. This allowed us to schedule a few different services at the same time to make the air in our home healthier.

The outside compressor for our central air failed and it was hot in the house. The service man from perfect home services was able to promptly come out and he was great. Our technician was Zach Olson and we would highly recommend him. He inspected the entire system and promptly identified the problem. He had the part in his truck and we were back to cooling. He also took the time to explain several things we should be aware of in the future but not urgent right now. Zach was awesome and we will be asking for him in the future.

He is also very knowledgeable about the subject matter and was happy to educate me and answer my questions.

All indications were the recent high winds probably caused a draft down the vent and blew it out. So happy to have the VIP service it’s been well worth the cost!

The outdoor unit of our air conditioning system started making loud popping noises. Immediately turned off the A/C and called Perfect Home Services. They sent Lucas to the rescue who quickly diagnosed that a critter seemed to have crawled into the unit. Problem quickly fixed and Lucas even stuffed the access point with steel wool for me and suggested spraying both the unit and steel wool with a 50/50 solution of peppermint oil and water to deter future problems. I have been using PHS for the last several years when my previous HVAC service owner sold their business. I immediately noticed a big difference in the professional work that PHS personnel exhibited in my semi annual maintenance. The in-depth use of taking pictures of the key components of the HVAC system made it a more productive review of potential failures and risk analysis.Recently there has been problems with the furnace due to a water leak from AC unit. This caused a crack in one of the burners. After reviewing the detailed pictures, I made the decision to replace the 11yr old Trane furnace with a new higher efficiency Carrier unit. The potential for carbon monoxide leak is not worth the risk to the family.Met with PHS estimator (Donny Stoneberg). We spent several hours going through best options of equipment that best suits my needs and is not over or under sized. Also went through the evaluation of using Aero Seal service to seal any leaks in the ducts. The house was built in 1967 and has a number of vents in the 2nd floor that have poor air flow.Once the decision was made to move forward, we were able to get installation scheduled within two days. PHS sent three technicians to the house and they promply arrived at 8am. The 3 men (Onon, Ted and Alex) briefed me on the details what was going to be done and the anticipated duration. Tarps were put down over carpeting. Materials were unloaded and transported to basement at a fast pace. The team of technicians kept me updated through the day on progress and worked at a fast pace but with focus on quality of construction.I was impressed with the attention to detail on the sheet metal work, piping, electrical and ductwork. Much higher professionalism than I have experienced with other companies in the past. Kudos to Olon, Ted and Alex on a job well done and in a timely manner. Completely satisfied.

On Monday my family woke up to a 45 degree house. Our furnace was dead. I called Perfect Home Services since they were only a couple towns away. A technician was scheduled to come out that same day. We felt so lucky because we were so cold! Larry arrived with a smile and did a thorough inspection of our unit and answered all of our questions. He confirmed we needed a new furnace so he called in Jeremy to show us the various options. Jeremy also came out the same day even though it was already after 5pm. He too was very thorough and answered all of our questions. We purchased a unit and were told the install team would be there the next day. Ted, Isaac, and Pete arrived around noon in the negative temps but with a smile. They worked for 8 hours to install our unit having to go outside in the negative temps multiple times in order to drill openings for the intake and exhaust pipes. Once the job was completed they took the time to go over the unit, it’s filters, the humidifier, etc., even though it was almost 8pm. I was very impressed with Perfect Home Services and their entire team. We will definitely be calling them back in the summer to replace our air conditioning. Thanks again Perfect Home Services for saving us during this crazy Chicagoland winter!

Taha was a personable and knowledgeable technician. He checked both our heating and cooling systems thoroughly. We had him clean the blower wheel and then seal the unit to prevent dust build up. He also removed unnecessary screws that impeded the insertion of the filter. He explained everything thoroughly including how a different type of filter could be better. We would welcome his help in the future.

My heat has not been keeping up to the set temp. When Erich checked out the furnace, he found all sorts of things that the previous company did not catch and found a slew of band-aids that the previous company put on. He was super kind and informative. I learned more about my furnace than I ever did in the last five years of living here. He gave me detailed options to fix the problem and made sure I understood them all. Once they get the parts, they will be back out to fix the problem. Very grateful to have gotten such a kind, trustworthy tech to explain the whole process.

Kyle was our technician. He really cares about the customers and the furnaces he services. I am so impressed with him because he absolutely went beyond the extra mile, as a matter fact, many extra miles, even his trip to Rockford to obtain a furnace park for us.Kyle is personable, easy to speak to, really, really knows his vocation, and is an excellent teacher. I sat and listened to him explain to me the intricacies of our furnace. He spoke, not down to me, but with me. As a retired teacher, that always impresses me! I know all of your technicians are good, but Kyle is just great! He was patient, understanding, and totally focused on the job while coming upstairs and giving us updates. Plus, I know more about my gas furnace than I’ve ever known in my life, and that is most excellent. if I were able, I would give him a raise immediately, and I’m not kidding. He is the most professional, furnace and air-conditioning person I have ever met. His knowledge, which he explains so effortless to me, is such a valuable part of him for your company. if I was still in the military and not retired, I would say, promote Kyle ahead of others. I am not over stating one fact here. Kyle was great, and we are grateful!

The young man who did our air conditioning inspection/tune up was amazing!!! He was super polite, professional, kind, helpful and thorough. He was excellent at explaining everything he was doing and made comments about things that were/may be a future concern. He even made an adjustment/repair that makes our unit even more energy efficient which we greatly appreciated.
