Superb, expert, and outstanding work ethic. jonah and samuel from marco & sons water heaters came over and had to swap my sewer line with the citys main line. there was a glitch along the way, which wasnt unexpected for my house, but they clarified it to me and completed the task. there was never a delay in days, they were punctual and polite in aurora. ill be hiring them again if i ever have any other plumber needs.

The wax ring on our toilet failed and we were faced with a leak. though we only had one toilet, marco & sons water heaters were quick to schedule us for early the next day, being next available due to a cancellation. at around 5 pm, we received a call asking if we desired immediate service. jonah arrived shortly after. he got straight to work, discussing several options with us before proceeding with the wax ring replacement. it turned out that the existing ring was the wrong size and the water line had been cross threaded. jonah corrected both issues with professionalism and a pleasant demeanor. i should also mention that our initial call to the office was handled excellently. they were thorough in identifying our problem and assured us of their ability to fix it on-site, having all the necessary parts in their truck, including a new toilet if we chose to replace ours. we were so pleased with their service that weve already scheduled them for some kitchen plumbing work.

After finishing the routine water heater installation, he went the extra mile to reinforce a hose connection to the dishwasher with a sturdier clamp. Samuel also took care of a broken valve. He took the time to walk me through all the work he had done and even offered some advice on what types of food to steer clear from when using the disposal. He worked with dedication and managed to wrap up the job in roughly an hour and a half. Hes truly a proficient plumber in Aurora!
