    Jason was a great technician. Timely work and communicative in talking through the options and how he could help.APC seems to have a bit opaque billing when it comes to billing for repairs. Id prefer a materials and labor cost, but they bill as standard drain line repair and have their set price. Their price was $456.95 for changing out an old copper pipe from the leak site 16-24 to the juncture behind the particle board sink access. Seems a bit pricey. Jason was great and helped as best he could to give the homeowner the best situation possible.

    Aurora Plumbing Company did not disappoint. I read great reviews online and chose them to replace some piping inside the house.     Back in March we had water collecting in the basement ceiling. I called Aurora Plumbing Co and they sent Lance out within a few hours. Lance did his best to trace the cause but after about an hour, realized that without cutting into walls, he would not be able to locate it. He recommended that we call a leak detection company and have them find. Its a good thing he did because the it was actually coming from a broken vent stack pipe in the attic. It took the leak detector several hours to find it.I truly appreciate his professionalism and integrity in knowing when a situation is outside of his scope and advising accordingly. He could have just torn into walls and charged us thousands of dollars, but instead he did the right thing and referred us to the proper professionals. Thank you Lance!

    Five stars all the way!!!! This is going to be my go to plumber from here till I die! Very kind the whole staff from my phone call to set up appointment to the technician Sammy coming and fixing the problem. They have great prices as well and it took him a whole 10 minutes! The best company in my opinion. You know how no one will tell you a price for a simple clean out of your drain so you get a company out to your house and they quote you some outrages price but there going to give you the “VP Membership” and it’s just as much as price they quoted you may be $10.00 cheaper. And they are there so you want to get it done. . Yesterday I told a company “NO” I would find a different company. He was shocked but the price was about $300.00. I then found APC plumbing. So much cheaper!!!!

    Had APC install a water heater about 11 months ago, they were the most affordable quote at the time and they were super quick in and out.I woke up this morning to water in the drip pan underneath my water heater. This was the first sign my last one needed replaced so I was stressed.I called and they got Jason out here within the hour. He took the time to explain where the water came from and how we could avoid the situation going forward. He shared some tips on how we could extend the life of our water heater and avoid the same issue we had again.I appreciated the time he put in to educating us and making sure we understood what he was doing and why he was doing it.Would definitely recommend him to others!

    I had a frozen cold water line, after the latest Denver cold freeze. Called Dustin (manager) on a Sunday afternoon (very good customer service). He was able to get me a plumber, named Jason, out the next day. Jason, came out, looked at it, tried to thaw the pipes. Unfortunately, the line had cracked in the ground. The Price was affordable, Jason, Sam, and Charlie were very professional. This company is upfront about the cost, were on time every day, and have great plumbers, like Jason, Sam and Charlie, who went above and beyond in the process. I have been burned by other plumbing companies. This company will now be my go for Plumbing, Hvac services.

Definitely recommended!20210530- Update: Spring Tuneup done on special in less than an hour including compressor mesh cleanup! Malcolm fixed my Xcel-purchased, Emerson Sensi Smart Thermostat installation perfectly. Cant say enough good things about APC.I have been using APC for decades, and they are yet to fail me. I have had hvac, toilets, water heaters, and piping handled expertly. Caleb is the latest in a long-line of pros who do the job for me just yesterday on my water heater. Just had another special tech, Marty helped me out with a leaky faucet; same day service with a smile and a ready story to listen to while he fixed it. Great work again!

    Jason was tasked with a job of replacing a shower manifold and a tub shoe that was leaking into an apartment below. While on site we had a main shut off break, so we called the city had the water shut off he completed the new ball valve shut off and then restored water to the building returned the next day and finished the shower manifold and tub shoe. No leaks and all the tenants that were affected are now happy. Great work Jason.

    Amazing experience with this company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy- HVAC specialist Malcolm came the next day.     Steve came to my condo on Sunday, February 12 in the morning. I was going to be late for church so he did his very best to fix our clogged bathroom. We only had one and every other company wanted us to wait until the next day.     APC was very responsive, they were able to dispatch someone the same day I called for what I thought was a leaky kitchen sink. When Steve arrived he was very professional, I especially liked that he gave me a call to let me know he was on the way. He quickly took stock of the situation and explained clearly to me that the problem was a leaking sewer line. The remediation company Steve referred me to was also able to arrive that same evening and removed the sewage so that Steve could return the next day for repairs. Steve was great about explaining things throughout the process and I feel confident the work he has done has resolved the problem.

    *Knock wood* We seem to be at at least a pausing point in all the work these guys need to do for this house, so I finally feel comfortable writing up a review.We bought a house back in December that of course had way more work needed than we anticipated, and weve brought these guys out probably almost ten times at this point. They have:-Fixed a variety of random leaks and brought some items up to code-Replaced the water heater and brought that entire set up up to code-Moved our laundry lines so that that would be up to code-Repaired a drain line leak-Replaced all of the ducting in our crawlspace following asbestos abatement work down there and did seasonal check-ups on our furnace and A/C while they were at itTheyve been fantastic about all of it with fair prices and warrantied work (theyve already been out to adjust the fix they made on the drain line leak). Weve worked most with Jerry and Malcolm, and both of those guys have been amazing explaining everything that they were doing and the why, though everyone else thats been on site has been great as well.Definitely use these guys if you have any plumbing/HVAC concerns.

    My furnace quit and I called APC. The came out that same day and fixed the problem and changed my filters while there were on the ladder. Malcom is the best!     Had a problem with my HVAC unit, specifically the heater was not functioning. They sent a technician within three hours (surprised me!) And he diagnosed the problem, found the cause, and had it running within twenty minutes. That, and he only charged for the basic diagnosis.This is quite surprising considering the last plumber / HVAC business I called for a minor issue found several major problems and handed me an estimate well over $3000 for a system that was only five years old!     I have a bathroom above a pantry and would notice leaking stains on the ceiling drywall overhead. Applewood Plumbing charged me $100 for a diagnosis, where the tech informed me the issue was a deteriorated gasket around the P-trap for the shower drain. Applewood wanted $1,400 for the repair and I invited him to leave after he told me that it would be about 1 to 1.5 hours of labor to repair. Parts were less than $30.I called around and found APC Plumbing. Jerry came out promptly and performed the repair for the problem Applewood diagnosed in about 1.5 hours for $350, which is a little more than 25% as much as Applewood wanted.According to Applewood, they charge a flat rate for their work, whatever that means.Jerry was courteous, honest, did excellent work, and good conversation too.     I would totally recommend Aurora Plumbing Company! Steve was super professional. They came first thing in the morning after I waited all day the previous day to be stood up by another company, and waived the trip charge because of the other (awful) company! Hopefully I don’t need a plumber any time soon but I will call them for sure!

    It was fast to get in . Such very nice people helping to keep us safe. My grandson loves it there , i enjoy haveing snacks and drinks also. It is very clean and a nice place to go and have fun and enjoy life. Thank you very much for being there during this covid-19 , we still have to live our lives. Thanks again👍
