This company has a group of all stars that did an amazing job, providing us with outstanding service. We have been keeping our 26 yr furnace and AC on life-support for the last six years and lost the battle. Tony and Sean were great to work with helping us get through the high heat this summer until we could schedule our new installation. Sean has great knowledge of the industry and provided many valuable options for us to choose the right equipment, payment options and scheduling. There were many challenges in scheduling, but Sean was very accommodating and very quick to respond with answers to any of our questions. Then the morning of the install our hot water tank went out. Mike and Cody tried to troubleshoot the hot water tank, but our 12 year-old tank needed replacement. They provided excellent communication and knowledge pertaining to the hot water tank, furnace, and AC. Sean quickly rushed out the hot water tank to our house so that all components would be installed in one day. Outstanding job! We are very pleased with their services. I highly recommend Buchner heating air and plumbing.

My first time experience with Buchner’s Heating and Cooling was extremely impressive! Sean, the Sales Manager, was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He thoroughly answered all my questions prior to purchase. My installers, Mike and Cory, were prompt, friendly and respectful of my home. Drop cloths were put down to protect my floors. They worked quietly and efficiently. I appreciated their explanations on how to use the equipment and their helpful tips. When the installation was completed, they promptly cleaned up the work area. I’m so glad my friend referred me to Buchner’s! I will definitely use them in the future— beginning with the maintenance program. I highly recommend them!! A-Plus Service!!!!

My AC unit had been on the fritz for a while and they came out multiple times to try and keep it chugging along for me and I eventually decided to have an entire new furnace and AC installed through them. Our air conditioner went out in the heat of summer and we didn’t know what to do. We called Buchner and Joe came out on time during the window they provided. Joe did a very thorough diagnosis and was able to isolate the problem. I appreciate that he was so knowledgeable and he took the time to explain the issue. He suggested maintenance for prolonged function of the unit which entailed calling for a cleaning of the furnace and A/C unit in the fall and spring. Anytime we’ve ever had A/C issues, Buchner has been our go to. It’s technicians like Joe that make a world of difference! We wanted to be a little proactive with our home mechanicals as we were running up to, or even past, the expected life of our furnace, A/C, and water heater. We chose Buchner over any other local HVAC company not just because they were the most competitive, but because they offered a easy, smooth process from sales to install that I dont think could have been matched. Sean was extremely friendly and answered all of our questions regarding the quote and sizing of the equipment for our home, and I like the presentation of our options of equipment which made it really easy for us to compare and choose what best suited us for performance and budget. All we had to do was make a decision, and everything else was completed and scheduled by Buchner, including permits with the city.The team handling the install was some of the most polite, personable, and knowledgeable people I could have met. Jesse and his team really knocked it out of the park with not only the obvious quality craftsmanship of their work, but their attention to detail, especially with the install of our tankless water heater. It looks like it was a commercial install! Seriously, see for yourself!I cannot recommend Buchner enough to anyone else needing HVAC and plumbing work!

Buchner does a great job for a fair price. I’ve used them for HVAC and plumbing for 10+ years, and every tech who has come to the house has been knowledgeable and friendly. Have never had to call them back, they do the job right the first time. They also don’t try to upsell, which is another reason they are a pleasure to deal with. Finally, the person who schedules the appointments is also pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.Wish all service companies were half as good as Buchner is.

The tech was on time, courteous, and provided us with the furnace cleaning and inspection. The tech told us the filter needed replacement and marked the size on the report. For the price of the inspection, it would have been nice if he replaced the filter.However, after I ordered the size on the report, I realized the filter sticks out by an inch which I understand is not ideal for max efficiency, but this depends on where the filter starts/stop, so only cardboard sticking out seems okay.Overall, we had a good experience and will reach out again if needed.

We have used Buchner for over a decade to keep our furnace and A/C humming along. The old furnace kept going way beyond its years and I attribute that to the regular tune-ups we received from Buchner. When the furnace finally met it’s demise last month, we got a quote-which was fair-for a new Carrier unit. For them it was a difficult installation since the new unit was bigger than my old machine. They were able to make it work. I love my new Air Handler. Its so quiet and works properly. Update: I have mentioned their skilled technicians in the past- but Jesse is an absolute miracle worker! He came out during the winter to fix a motor in the furnace. The motor was originally replaced and seemed a little loud. They were able to find another brand and set it perfectly to be quieter than when the unit was first installed. In addition- Jesse was on call during a weekend evening when my air conditioning broke. Even though it was late at night- he took the time to ensure that everything was fixed and working properly. My water heater was leaking from below and needed to be replaced. I called different places to compare prices and Buchner Heating had the best price and were available to come out the SAME day. Brendan was scheduled to come between 10a-12pm. He showed up at 9 am to prep all of his work and left to pick up the tank. He returned promptly and got the job done. He even went out of his way to help me clean one of my aerator from my bathroom sink which was not working well. He was very kind, professional, and very helpful. He took his time to explain how to maintenance my new water heater. I will surely use them again in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We wanted to share our experience with Buchner HVAC technicians Jesse and Cory, as well as estimator Sean Gallagher. A recent service with our old air conditioner by Buchner led to the decision to install a complete new Carrier system due to the age and condition of the old unit. This enabled us to receive the utility company rebates as well as the generous credit offered by Buchner on the prior service. Along with the financing offer, this made the decision to go with the complete system including furnace, a/c, humidifier and smart thermostat much easier. Our install crew arrived on time and worked in inclement weather to install the entire system in one day. They protected our floors and cleaned up everything at the end. Due to the outside temperature, the a/c could not be tested that night and a follow up service was scheduled. Due to rapid weather changes, we requested a weekend call the next day and our installer Cory returned to finish the work and make sure the cooling was working. After a week we are still learning to use the new system, but are looking forward to reduced utility costs in the future. Buchner delivered as promised and continue to enhance their reputation. As a licensed building code professional, I can highly recommend Buchner and look forward to their service on our new system.

I absolutely love the service provided by Buchner Heating, AC & Plumbing. They are the maintenance providers for my HVAC system. I take advantage of their Spring and Fall Maintenance Plan. Buchner was able to rearrange schedules to quickly diagnose our problem and complete the repairs. The original estimate was about $895 for a 5 hour job. After completing the repair, the technician said our circuit board had been damaged sometime between his original diagnosis and his scheduled repair visit(a day later). This resulted in another $700 charge. The techniciian arrived early and completed the entire job in 6 hours. So far four days later, the furnace is working flawlessly.

Removal of clog in kitchen sink system. Serviceman was informative regarding his evolving arrival time. He worked very quickly & neatly. Only negative would be what appears to be the standard charge related to use of machine to clear this clog. This would seem to be a machine standard for plumbers so the charge for use of this machine for less than 15 minutes seemed excessive though I believe usual in the industry. The most important thing when hiring a plumber is trustworthiness & thats what one gets with Buchners. Two thumbs up!

They took care of everything from start to finish, even setting up the inspection from the City of Aurora. In addition, they have great warranties for their equipment and labor. I have been using their repair service commercially for the last 5 years. I lease in a strip center and the commercial unit was about 30 years old when I opened my business in 2013. Since 2015 Ryan has been our regular tech and he really goes above and beyond with his service. He even helped come up with solutions to prolong the life of the unit by installing internal ceiling filters that we can maintain daily, so we dont have to access the rooftop as often.When it was finally time to replace the unit last month, unfortunately my landlord went with their own person to replace it. Needless to say, their person did not install the unit correctly and they had to pay emergency fees for Ryan to come out and figure out what was wrong.

He said they were clear of any obstruction but because theyre at the end of the run is probably the problem. Great response to my call. My AC was buzzing loudly for days on and off, but when they came it had stopped. I was upset as I didnt think it could be fixed with it not acting up in front of them. They looked my AC System over and made some adjustments. I was told he was not sure the buzzing would go away, but that an adjustment was needed for proper operation. He said we he would be back later that day to listen for it. My AC has not buzzed yet since his adjustments were made. My system is 20+ years old. Great job!
