My property sends a lot of business to Quality First, and they have gotten us back to normal more times than I can count with our 50 year old property at 333 units, but this specific shout out goes to Zach, who is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. He has knowledge, is fair and consistent and always takes time to communicate with our residents to ensure they receive not only a job that gets done correctly and quickly (which is super important) but also he excels in providing our residents with quality customer service. Dude is never frazzled, takes time to answer questions and always gets the job done with a smile on his face. Cole was amazing he triple checked everything also promoted all the other services you provide. He got me up and running same day. He went out of his way to clean up his mess after installation it looked better than it did before he got there. He wore the booties over his boots and was very personable. As for the appointment people on the phone I called late after 5 pm and got a real person not a recording pushing me to a book online thank God. 6 star review and Cole gets a 7 star review for getting me all the equipment and program ability I needed and not necessarily trying to up sell me. Just great professional service. Thank you

Dustin was wonderful! Timely, friendly and very courteous. He explained what work needed to be done step by step and was detailed in his explanations. Justin was very knowledgeable and provided visual of the parts to be replaced, showing the problem and what is needed to correct the situation.After informing me of the issues my furnace the age the life span of the items and choices I should think about.I was connected with sales to obtain a quote , looking at my options replace parts and cost or replace the unit long term with warranty.I used Quantity First before so the information of my unit was documented prior services which I was informed four years prior 2020 I would probably have to replace the unit. We’ve used Quality 1st several times for plumbing and furnace services over the last 8 years. Ty, Estevan and Eddie did a great job with our furnace and AC project. They were very efficient, friendly and professional. They gave us a rundown of the new system and answered all our questions. This company will continue to be our first choice for anything plumbing and HVAC. They may not be the cheapest in town but their sales/service team provides great service that is well worth the cost.

The boiler in my small office building stopped working and I called Quality First to handle it. Every other vendor I called didn’t have any availability for nearly a week, but Quality First was able to make the repair the same day. Sam was an amazing technician who quickly figured out the issue and got the boiler up and running within a few hours. And the cost was very reasonable. Definitely recommend Quality First and will absolutely use them for future plumbing needs!

Sam arrived to install several components to my AC- several issues arose- the pump was the wrong pump, the fan blade was stuck on the pump- he did get it off; however it could not be reused again. Sam was very kind and concerned about no AC until Monday. Overnighted the needed parts- won’t arrive until Monday AM. Sam requested a portable AC unit- so far, working out well.

These guys were great! They sent out Chris to switch out a hot water heater after an existing system went bad in my unit at Kent Place Residences. Probably one of the nicest guys ever and did an amazing job. It literally looked all shiny/new and they were great about keeping everything clean. Afterwards Chris was super friendly and described how everything worked, which was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

I’m very happy with Quality First. The person scheduling the appointment was helpful, pleasant and was able to move up my time.Chris showed up on time Sunday at about -5º. We went over the fun project ahead. He went with me to Lowes to get the right faucet. Chris put in a new main shutoff valve as the old one was getting iffy. He replaced all of the old valves under the sink and installed the new faucet. As with most home projects there’s always one rusted nut or drip that gives you fits. Chris had a few but with a smile he made sure everything was right and tight before he left at 7:45 pm. He took all of the old faucet parts and hoses. I had him give me an estimate on a new water heater, I’m thinking thats next.

I had a home inspector out for the house I was under contract to buy, and he discovered a sewer in severe disrepair. I called Quality First to come out and quote replacement of the sewer, and Thomas was who they sent. He checked over the report from the home inspector, reviewed his notes, and did a diagnosis all his own which led him to a proposal for replacement. I knew this would be a massive project but Thomas explained exactly how he and his team would take on the project and assured me it was something they could handle without issue. His confidence and knowledge and reassurance were tremendous and I’m so glad I called Quality First and got to do business with Thomas!

Pete Duran at Quality First Plumbing is absolutely terrific! The water pressure in our house has been getting worse and worse until we were down to a tiny trickle. Frank and Tre did an amazing job addressing a problem with my electrical service where it connects to the meter. Frank assessed the situation, explained what he needed to do and why, and provided reasonable pricing. I felt like he wanted to fix the problem and didn’t try to talk me into additional work that wasn’t necessary. Another electrician recommended I replace everything, which not only wasn’t warranted, but would cost way more than I could afford. Frank kept me informed throughout the job and he and Tre cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Quality First and in particular Frank and Tre to anyone who needs electrical work done. They were professional, fair, thoughtful, and reliable.

Carlos & Carson worked incredibly hard to delivery on my very challenging 4th floor condo HVAC repair. AAA and 2 other companies couldn’t do it. It took us 3 days to solve. We burned through 3 transformers before solving it. It finally came down to a part on the AC unit on the roof, but it was literally hailing outside during the repair!(see picture attached) And it was Friday and 8pm, yet they were both onsite in the hail making it work soaking their clothes and shoes getting pelted! I was very impressed, I was in it with them, but amazing they didn’t call it and come back Monday, Carlos and Carson got it done. They are a well oiled team, if one tech finished their job early they went to help another. They shared parts and tools. They fixed my HVAC about 8pm and then headed to help another tech on an install that took all day! They don’t call it a night or weekend till it is for their whole team. That’s the real special sauce in the Quality First service, it’s their teamwork. If you have a tough job like mine you’ll get a whole team and their trucks full of parts till the job is done!

It was a pleasure to work with Zach and I appreciate his kindness and professionalism.

Sometimes when it rains, it pours. And it quite literally did for us during the freeze in January 2024 when we had two dozen pipes that burst in our commercial property. Thomas worked for 2 days finding all the problems in our very difficult to navigate attic plumbing. He ensured everything was fixed and was reasonable with the cost.Because of this good experience, I then asked Thomas to take care of replacing my household water heater. Desiree and Holly helped get everything set up effectively, even when I had to reschedule. Thomas, Carter, and Chris were able to get it installed quickly and correctly (vs. the house builder who definitely did not). Carter and Chris are apprentices and they were fantastic, which I heard my dog also thought as she assisted with the install.Ive already recommended the company to others and will continue utilizing them in the future.

I called several reputable plumbing contractors and, to my surprise, none would service my area in southern Douglas county. I finally called Quality First and was relieved that they serviced my area. The service technician, Ray, had over 30 years experience. I was amazed that he could remove my old water heater, and install a new one, in only a couple hours. Ray was very professional, very polite, had a kind demeanor, and was extremely knowledgeable. He was fast, efficient, but also very neat and organized. This morning after looking at the water stain on the concrete leading back to my water heater, I decided it best to find someone who could take a look at as soon as possible. Having dealt with water heater leaks in the past, this looked like the heater cracked in a spot. Looking at my communities FB page, there were recommendations for Quality First. I’m quite thankful to have contacted them as not only were they able to get a professional to my house today, they were able to do so earlier than anticipated. Ray and Taylor were dispatched to my place and looking over things agreed that the original water heater was leaking and needed replacement.In this day and age, I’m usually prepared for waiting a week or more for parts or hardware but was very delighted that not only did they have a replacement tank available they had everything ready to go in less than an hour. They pulled the old tank, put in a newer smaller one (original was really too big for the house) and had it up and running far quicker than I had hoped for.Overall, I’m quite pleased with their service and timelinesses today. The new heater is working well and I’m quite pleased with the components and materials used to install the heater. We will definitely use them again for service and other work in the future.

We contacted Quality First and they sent out Brandon to try and resolve the issue under warranty. Unfortunately the issue wasn’t with our own plumbing but with the shared main sewer line for the building. Brandon called in Chris to help diagnose the issue and found the clog over 200 ft away from our basement drains. Together they made a very great team, were very transparent throughout the entire process, were very friendly, had excellent customer service, and expressed genuine concern for their customer. Overall, we’ll definitely reach out to them and this company for any future issues and maintenance.

Quality 1st has been great to work with from the phone call to the office this morning to the finish a few hours later. Desiree asked all of the right questions and set up an appointment right away. Holly continued to keep us advised of the status of the appointment. Gavin arrived well within the time quoted, and ready to work. They were all very friendly and helpful. Gavin took the time to ask us for the details of what had occurred before the back up of the water into the basement. We advised him of what another company had found, on 2 separate trips here, which was that the drain to the sewer was clear. However the basement flow drain, although no longer overflowing, was still not draining properly. Gavin checked the drain to the sewer, but also took the time to investigate all of the possible drain problems, and found the clog in the pipe system in our crawl space. He was able to clear it and then tested it all to make sure the basement flow drain was operating as it should. In other words he did a wonderful job and we all appreciate it!

Called you company for a 2nd diagnosis on a plumbing issue (called Jim Needam first). Their technician was great but after snaking the kitchen drain didnt work the next option was shocking.Got connected with your company and you sent Gavin the same day within a couple hoursGavin is young but very knowledgeable. In about 1/2 hour Gavin had snaked my line again. That attempt also didnt work. He gave a quote for the next step which was to jet it. Same results as , Needam and the price was close but a little higher. The difference is Gavin didnt give up. He sat there deep in thought, then he said he wanted to try one more thing that hed come across before. Cant remember what he called it but he took off a plastic ring between top of sink and bottom of the faucet tapped it s couple of times which released some fine sand and pebbles, rinsed it off,reattached it and both drains emptied. You could hear the water rushing thru the pipes. He even went further to make sure I knew how to do the process of this happens again. He also enrolled me in a program with his company for free. Dont remember the details (doesnt matter)Gavin is fabulous he. Changed shoe guards each time he went out to his truck and he did it rach times What impressed me the most about Gavin is how consistly he explained everything, he didnt give up, he is very professional very courteous and truly s a asset yo your company. I originally called Quality First for a problem with the water heater. Vince Armstrong ensured that all the gas pressures and voltages were within limits. He ultimately diagnosed the problem as a circuit board in the controller being faulty and confirmed that this was indeed the case with the technical support folks at the manufacturer of the unit. The circuit board was replaced.He noticed that the condensate drain from the air conditioner was not functioning properly, and after some investigation, he found that the line was not only blocked, but it had been plumbed incorrectly when originally installed. Vince was also able to incorporate the discharge from the PRV on the water heater into the condensate drain line. He explained what he thought the best way to correct the problem was and discussed it with me before doing any work.I will definitely use Quality First for my future plumbing needs.

Ricky Smith the plumber listened to our needs and met all our expectations. Cole inspected and cleaned our AC, installed a needed upgrade and explained all changes perfectly. Both technicians were first class, professional and friendly at the same time. Highly recommend! And Ricky returned today to help us when our toilet broke. Once again, he was exceptional and professional.

I cant say enough good things about Quality 1st. Ive used them for over 3 years and am so impressed that Ive joined their Quality First Service Club and will always use them from now on. My most recent experience, yesterday, was just an annual check up on my heating and air conditioning equipment. From the time Katie answered my phone call, to when Nate arrived to do the service, to when Emily followed up to check on how the visit went, I was impressed with their friendly, professional, and caring service. This is a great company!Carlos came over to check on our A/C system as it was not blowing cold air. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and present us with options for repairs. We are very happy with his friendliness and professionalism.Esteban and Aiden arrived on time to replace the cooling coils on one of our AC units. They were friendly and efficient and left the work area very clean. I’m very happy with their work.

Part 1 - Called to have a gas line inspected, they had someone out by the next morning without a service fee. The plumber, Gabe T., was on-time, professional, and upfront about his recommendation to start with the gas company. I appreciate their honesty! Will work with them again.Part 2 - Turns out there was a leak and Xcel tagged out and turned off our gas. But Gabe helped escalate and we were fortunate to get Thomas, Carter, and Chris by that evening to replace a failed regulator. They had to go above and beyond by grabbing the part from a local supplier. But thankfully, they were able to get the leak fixed and tested. All of this before a snowstorm later that evening. Thank you to the trio for their hardwork!If I could suggest one thing to management, it would be to have each truck outfitted with test tools and replacement parts for these types of common repairs (from what I can tell).Thanks again for getting us back up and running, warm and safe!

June 2024: Requested Zach again for a garbage disposal replacement. Once again he did a great job!Oct 2023 Zach was fantastic. Clogged septic line, sewage back up…YUCK! But he handled it with humor and professionalism. Cleared the clog, sanitized the shower, took nasty mat and rug to dispose of at their facility. Super nice guy and great work!!

We installed a sump pump system under the basement after the storms in May. Brian and Josh walked me through what was needed and laid out three different options. They were very clear and helped me understand the work that was going to be done. The excavation crew did a fantastic job getting everything ready and cleaned up and Holly was my customer service representative for scheduling and communication and she was always very kind and flexible and helped everything go smoothly. I would recommend them and will call them if I need more work.
