This company is fantastic for all plumbing needs. Krasi was responsive, made practical recommendations that made sense, and took care of multiple issues at once. My tenant who complained there was no hot water and the kitchen sink water pressure was low is super happy again. I appreciate Krasi for working around my tenants and my schedule, for providing a no fuss estimate(no extra charge for top floor delivery), and for promptly and neatly installing a new 38gal small boy water heater and pan. He also installed a main shut-off valve and fixed the kitchen faucet’s low water pressure. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Krasi was great! Very responsive, honest and professional. No upcharging or games. I had a leak under my sink and couldn’t figure out the source he quickly realized that my garbage disposal had a crack. Didn’t charge me for the visit and told me which garbage disposal to purchase and came back out to install it when it arrived. I thought that was very kind of him and will definitely use him again in the future!

After weeks of trying to find someone “Reputable , Reasonable and Reliable” to install 4 new bathroom faucets and dealing with unanswered calls, ignored text messages etc., from various plumbers, one of my neighbors here in Danbury Park told me about a very positive experience that she had had with a plumber and referred him with glowing recommendations. I am happy to report that Krasi, with On Point Plumbing, checked off the “3 R’s” and then some! He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced to install the 4 faucets AND 4 new sinks!

Very helpful and actually saved me hundreds of dollars in repair by noticing a leak I thought was happening in my tub faucets, turned out it was a leak in my glass shower wall. I will definitely use Krasi again and easily recommend him to others for plumbing needs.

I have to call 10+ plumbers to get a FAIR PRICE and On Point did an AMAZING job on installing my OWN water softener. I would not recommend anyone else. A lot of places sells you warranty with a marked up price and their so-called service that I dont need just to rip you off. My experience with On Point Plumbing was fantastic and Krasi will be my only plumber moving forward. My hot water heater started spraying water all over my basement one weekend so I called the first emergency plumbing company I could find. They told me my hot water heater died because of an insufficient airflow issue that would require installing a 3” pipe through the ceiling and out through my siding. The price for that and the hot water heater replacement was $10,000! Thankfully I told them NO and starting looking for a well reviewed company to help me.I found On Point Plumbing from numerous positive reviews. Krasi came out the same day, showed me online the exact hot water heater I needed so I could see the price he would pay for it. I asked him about the airflow issue the other company insisted was critical and he said it wasn’t a problem and my current setup was compliant with code. Krasi installed my new hot water heater the next day, even adjusting his schedule to accommodate mine when I had a last minute meeting. I had the new hot water heater inspected the following day and the inspector said it all looked great.Thanks to Krasi and his honesty, I paid 25% of what the first company quoted me. Krasi answered all my questions, took time to explain everything to me (I didn’t know anything about hot water heaters) and was extremely easy to work with. On Point Plumbing is the only plumbing company I will use moving forward.

I cannot recommend Krasi enough. I had two previous quotes to fix a thermal expansion valve, both of them tried to upsell me with an expansion tank for $850. One of the plumbers said the part I needed was out of stock (flat out lie).When I called other plumbers, they refused to give me any type of quote over the phone and insisted on taking a look, even though I had two previous quotes and plumbers diagnosing the issue.Krasi was able to quote me over the phone after seeing a pic and hearing about the issue. He replaced the thermal expansion valve which is available at a specialty plumber store for more than 600 less the lowest quote.He also gave me an accurate window when he would be at my place, how long it would take, and kept me posted on his ETA.I can’t recommend Krasi enough, he is honest, reliable, and provided great communication. I have my plumber for life.
