Everyone at Mr. Rooter was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had to have major work done to replace about 20 feet of aging sewer pipe. They were on time, made sure that we were comfortable and they caused us the least amount of desruption to our daily life. They protected floors, put up plastic sheets to keep down on the dust. When they finished with the work both inside and outside they cleaned up.I would definitely recommend Mr. Rooter!

I had their team come out and replace my dishwasher supply line last month, which had sprung a leak. The original technician (Colton) was very upfront about the cost and definitely went the extra mile to get the job done. He not only had to shut the water off at the street due to my interior shut-off not working completely, but also had difficulty pulling the dishwasher out from the counter due to a stuck leg.Despite this fix, I noticed over the following weeks that it was still leaking while running the dishwasher and called them over 30 days after the original work was done. I fully expected to be shut down and told that their warranty is only valid for 30 days.Instead, not only did they send someone out that same day,, but he (Logan) replaced a leaking shut-off valve for no charge and advised me on additional work that I may need in regards to actual dishwasher repair.Ive seen that they have some horrible reviews but that was not my experience at all. They were professional, reasonably priced, and stood by their work. Ill definitely use them again if needed.

My phone says I placed the call to them at 10:06 am, Luca was at my door to save the day at 10:35 am. He was absolutely amazing!!! He was thoughtful in his approach to solving my problem. He didnt try to sell me services and products I didnt need, he didnt pressure me into things I didnt want. Between this and his wonderful, polite attitude he made me feel like I had a friend over to solve my problem. I will absolutely call Mr. Rooter for my needs again and will be asking for Luca specifically.

I wish I could remember all the names of everyone who helped us because they all deserve huge acknowledgment. These people were absolutely amazing. I cant speak highly enough of this company literally every facet of how they do business was amazing. They answered the phone with a human they were able to get to me that day and it was affordable for the work that they did snaking my clogged sink. Rocky was the gentleman who arrived and I really appreciated his professionalism quality of work and how he explained what needed done. I had a very nice young man come to my door this afternoon to rescue me from my sewer problem! He was very knowledgeable given his young age. He took a look and then clearly showed me and explained my options. Knowing I was on a fixed income, due to my age, he parlyed for me and gave me a more than fair price. They are coming back tomorrow to take a video of the drain to find the actual problem.There was no wasting of time nor money. Very clean cut fella that cares about his customers!

I would give Duval a five-star rating. He was personable, trustworthy and did a good job. I just wish the company would give me all my options for clearing my home’s pipes. I would have saved myself $95 and opted out of the snake, which was incapable of fully clearing the pipes, and opted to go straight to the high-pressure flush that was insured to do the job thoroughly. Also, there was a disconnect between the initial call center and the local branch. I never received a confirmation call. That said, the company came through and got the job done on the prescribed day.

I used this company a few years ago during COVID when I rented a house and could not get the landlords to send out a plumber to deal with the actual issue in the home. They were fantastic and I felt the pricing was fair. They also had the soonest availability by far compared to others.Recently I needed someone to come out and do something similar to our shop. Again, soonest availability (they offered same day I opted for next day) and came out and did exactly what I needed.Both times their techs were very professional, clean appearance and so incredibly helpful. Both times the scheduler on the phone was just as amazing.Seriously, the two homes I rented I had nothing but major plumbing problems. Had to deal with multiple plumbing companies as a result. Mr. Rooter takes the cake over all of it. THANK YOU!

Was my tech. This guy had me fixed up and out the door within an hour! Did I just get lucky? I dont know, and I certainly hope not. That being said, Ill call nobody but Rooter from here on out. Excellent job by Jackie who answered my call. Excellent job from their dispatch dept with great communication. I advice we understood and he completed the work and explained next steps should it continue to cause problems.

Had a leak pop up in my laundry room, they were able to send out a plumber same day. First guy who came said I needed a drain tech to fix it so they sent someone else. They were able to get Luca out here within the hour, hes a rockstar! He proved pretty quickly that the first guys diagnosis was just wrong, then spent close to an hour here just trying every situation to recreate the leak the way I saw it. We found where water was coming from and a pretty straight forward path to what needs to happen to fix it. Luca was super professional and frieythe entire time and clearly knew what to look for and how to diagnose the issue 10x better than the first guy they sent. Feels lucky they sent him out here after getting the diagnosis wrong the first time!! Having a plumber come out tomorrow morning to resolve the leaking valve. Overall happy that we can resolve all of this within 24hrs.

He was efficient and kind, retrieved my keys that I miraculous freak accident tossed in the toilet right as flushing! It was quite expensive at $245 (95 for the call and 150 to remove toilet). I do think that for the price, if you have to break the caulking to do so that it should be recaulked when finished. All-in-all, for my first plumber experience, job complete!

Throughout the entire process he helped keep me informed and also worked with adjuster/insurance companies to ensure I was reimbursed for the work. Their pricing was extremely reasonable and they were quick to perform the job. As icing on the cake after they backfilled the sewer line I replaced sod in the area and had an excess amount of dirt leftover that was piled up in my driveway. I contacted them again to see if they would be willing to remove it and Justin had the crew out in less than an hour to take care of the dirt!

Eli is a great tech. Just following orders from the people in charge. I would recommend your company with a strong consumer beware, not to buy the scope for $200 as my price went to $150 then down to $100 I would suggest you start telling your techs to stop upselling this unneeded service. Charging customers $100 to $200 just to tell them what they already know (you have a blockage) Seems ridiculous to me as Eli had said to me he was out a 100 feet when he hit the blockage. 100 ft out would put his cable at my neighbors driveway across the street. I remember the last time I needed a snake and another company recommended I buy a gallon of a liquid substance for only $149 to pour down the drain. Eli confirmed what I already knew that stuff doesn’t really do anything. Im guessing the Tech would have received $49 and the company the other $100..Its been 10 days since I’ve had you folks out and everything is as it should be…

We had a mess! It involved a very old solar heated water system with a leaking hot water storage tank and also, a leaking hot water heater. When I called to get a plumber they were the first I called, were able to get me an appointment earlier than the other places I called, after calling them, and they didn’t charge hundreds of dollars to show up. Long story short, it was a major problem and required more than one plumber and several visits for various reasons. James and Tyler were knowledgeable, honest, extremely punctual (to the minute) and did a fast, High Quality job. In my opinion they were affordable for the work required and I feel we got our monies worth! If I would have had cash on me they would have gotten a tip they certainly deserved it. THANKS GUYS!! I highly recommend based on my experience. And I WILL be calling this company first in the future if other work is needed.

When I called Mr. Rooter yesterday I didnt realize it was my lucky day! I got the A Team.My experience began around a year ago when water was backing up from the floor drain in the basement when the washing machine went into the spin and rinse cycle. Google maps foundMr. Rooter for me. The tech they sent me snaked out the drain and stopped the backup. He also sold me a few bottles of enzymes for monthly maintenance to keep the flow going. I first learned about the enzymes from another home owner at an HOA meeting where I live. She told me that once you get the drain cleared, keep it cleared with the enzymes once a month. That method worked beautifully for a year, but I noticed a gurgling noise coming from the drain a couple months back and got worried. We had anHOA meeting that dealt withSewage issues a few days ago, where I learned that my issue was my problem. So my brother and I called Mr. Rooter yesterday and they sent out a tech immediately. One thing led to another and it was discovered the main sewer line which was made out of cast iron under the concrete floor was rotted out!Our man Sam carefully explained what would need to be done, and he gave us a reasonable estimate. He called in his crew and they got to work right away.Im amazed at how fast the job was done, by 6:00pm we were able to use the toilets and the sinks last night. They came back early this morning and finished buttoning up the plumbing work.They replaced all the cast iron with PVC and it looks really goodall in less than a time frame of24 hours. They cleaned up after themselves also! We never feltPut Out Thanks guys! Good Job! All thats left is filling it back in and the concrete floor work.Truly Amazing!!!

Sunday we received a call saying that they would be out to do it then and we told them that Karl said Monday. No return call. Monday it got done. Was texted it was done after reaching out to them first and would finish up Tuesday. Texted on Tuesday mid-morning and then didnt hear back until Wednesday morning. Communication was great up until the process was getting done and as my husband said, they got their money. Karl did reach back out and and sent pictures and video. I understand moving on, but MY job still wasnt done and wanted answers. Please keep in communication, in a timely manner, with the client until the project is finished. Overall, great service and got the job done before a problem occurred. Thank you

Noah Mistretta is a young man and fairly new to Mr. Rooter. He was very professional and competent. For years we have had ongoing issues with the flow from our kitchen sink. Noah is the first to explain what the issue is. I thought a single single clog developed where the pipe bends. Noah explained over time it is build up of sludge in the pipes. He cabled the pipes and then used a hydro jetter. We are hopeful that we will have years problem-free in our kitchen.
