We hired Dupage home services for a sillcock ( water spigot ) replacement of a 40 year old leaking sillcock that is in our garage and between a very thin separation wall as well as adding an access panelTim and his crew showed up on time and were very professional , courteous and knowledgeable.The job was completed in a very timely manor with no shortcuts taken on parts or installation and no mess left behind.Would not hesitate to use this company and their services for any future home repairs or installations , They were accommodating to my work schedule and budget. His pricing was very reasonable and affordable and the job was done professionally and cleanly .These are Good honest people / company I would definitely recommend them for any of your home repairs and installations .5 stars *****Thank you Tim and crew I can now water my garden and wash our cars again with a hose in the front.

Called Naperville Home Services to replace some bathtub plumbing we encountered while doing a remodel in a 1920s home. They were very responsive and able to do the work within 24 hours. Tim was very experienced and courteous. He had to do a bit of trouble shooting, but had some practical solutions. He was able to complete the job within a few hours! I will definitely be using their services again.

Ive had a reoccurring plumbing issue (clog) that multiple different plumbers have come out for and have cleared, but havnt fixed for future occurances. Tim was the first to recommend an actual solution. Quick to make the estimate and setup service for the repair. Communication was excellent and so was the service.

Once was to do a sewer dig up and install an access line and root cleanup from my sewer, the second was to do a complete change of the kitchen sink pipes and kitchen tube that leads to sewer was galvanized and needed replacement. Tim was thorough, timely, and very professional. I thought his services were very fairly priced. Would definitely recommend.

Had a shower clog that I could not clear and it lead to water leaking downstairs. I called my home warranty place who fishes out jobs to local contractors which is how I came across Dupage Home Services. My home warranty refused to cover it (surprise) despite efforts by DHS due to the problem stemming from atrocious “repairs” done by the previous owner. However DHS was very knowledgeable about the issue and still helped diagnose what was wrong, so I had them come back and fix the issue a few days later. They were fair in sticking with the quoted price and did the work properly and throughly instead of just “getting it done.” I would recommend them.

Tim will be my all time guy to keep my house in good shape. It is very hard to find someone that will take on your jobs and actually respond. If you need someone to respond in a timely manner, call this guy. If you need someone that will give you a fair price for work needed (and thorough) call this guy. If you need someone that is going to do a great job, call this guy.He did a bathtub drain repair and valve replacement. The home needed drywall done as well as a result of what needed to be fixed plumbing wise. He found a part of the plumbing that was not up to code and fixed it. I live 2000 miles away and he was very easy to get a hold of and can handle the job while I am all the way over here. Gets it done.Ive asked for a floor replacement/upgrade due to the great work so far. Call this guy.

I used Dupage Home Services Inc to repair and restore damage from an ice dam to my ceiling, walls, floor and windows in my family room. It’s beautiful; new ceiling, walls, carpet and they put in new lighting for me and replaced my entry tile.I am so happy, these guys were excellent.I was very stressed because the room was a wreck and didn’t see how it could be fixed. They said it would be better than it was when they were finished and it is!
