I can’t say enough good things about Cardinal Plumbing. I had a hot water tank leak on Christmas and filled out multiple requests for service online hoping to get a head start on getting it fixed the following day to avoid emergency fees and holiday charges. I didn’t expect an answer till the following day but Scott sent me an email 20 minutes after submitting my online inquiry, ON CHRISTMAS NIGHT!! He answered several questions and quoted me immediately after sending me a few photos. Not only was Scott knowledgeable, fair and honest, his quote was by far more reasonable than what we had been previously quoted. Scott and his team were out the very next day to replace the water tank and he and his team went above and beyond. If you are looking for great service and reasonable prices choose Scott and the team at Cardinal!

I cant say enough great things about Cardinal Plumbing and Drain for both commercial and residential work. At my home, they came out within a few hours and expertly replaced my hot water tank saving the day. I have had them back during a kitchen remodel and they did nice, neat work at a reasonable price. At my warehouse they snaked our main drains when they clogged up and got them flowing perfectly and I havent had any issues since! Cardinal is my trusted go to plumber.

Scott answered his phone after 4 on a Friday afternoon when I had a problem connecting a refrigerator water line for my new kitchen remodel. He promised to come out early Monday morning and showed up on time and fixed the problem with a new fitting for the line and was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call him again with any plumbing items I have in the future-- I highly recommend him.

You really can’t predict plumbing emergencies but you can arm yourself against disaster with Cardinal Plumbing’s number in your phone. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. Scott and co came out to assess our plumbing issue (cracked cast iron drain pipe) quickly, talked me through the repair, and got the job done lightening fast. Extremely kind and professional.

Can’t say enough good things about Scott! We had a pipe bust Scott showed up tracked down the leak and fixed it within a couple hours. I should add he had to take down drywall, wet insulation and crawl through my attic to find, but he got us fixed and back on track. I highly recommend Scott and his crew. Very professional, reasonable and a great guy. I can’t thank you enough!!

Scott is second to none when youre in need of an exceptional, reasonable, and honest plumber. Our sewer line buried underground had a big root mass and 3 different plumbing companies said it would have to be dug up and quoted over $10,000.Scott came out next day, and cleared up the roots in less than an hour, getting us up and running again. He also gave great advice prior to us even asking him to come out. Its obvious he cares and isnt just looking to make a quick buck off people.He explains things in a way thats easy to understand, and gives multiple options/advice based on whats in your budget. Next time I need a plumber, I wont be calling anyone but these guys.They say when you find a good plumber, electrician and mechanic to never let them go... Scott is now that plumber for us.

Scott is excellent! Dont hesitate to call! Weve had several jobs done over the past few weeks and all have been completed with great care, knowledge and professionalism! When installing our water heater, Scott discovered a potential problem with our chimney vent that could have been devastating. He went the extra mile to make sure our family was safe and even followed up to make sure I had the repair complete. Thank you for the outstanding service! Everything is not only in perfect working order but Scott also left everything clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciate!
