Mike (Best Choice Plumbing) replaced my hot water heater today and did a great job. Communications were excellent both in doing the initial visit and the follow-up with the heater install. More than anything, Mike is a real gentleman with a very friendly and knowledgeable demeanor. Hes very hard working and quite professional. Though I offered, he preferred to bring up his supplies himself (Im on the 3rd floor of a building) rather than let me help him. Being organized, he managed to do this in only a couple of trips. He prepped the work area using a thick ground cloth and went about his work. During the install he listened to my concerns regarding placement (I needed space for an upcoming new washer/dryer). Here is a picture of the finished work. Youll notice that the expansion tank is mounted high so as to permit a stacked washer/dryer next to the heater. He made sure to mount this to a wall stud for structural integrity. I will definitely call Mike again for my next plumbing job. The price was very reasonable and it only took a couple of hours. -

Mikhail is professional, arrives on time and does quality work. He helped fix a gas leak at my house, replaced my water heater and replaced all my piping from galvanized steel to pex.If I could give over 5 stars I would, I was out of town when the leak occurred and he immediately came to help. I am for sure calling Mikhail if I ever need anything plumbing related in the future! He’s also very personable and wants to make sure the job gets done right and on time which I really appreciated. -

He worked with me on the placement of the water lines since there were other issues with the location of pipes, etc. He also swept up the area where he worked when finished. When we shutdown the sprinkler system we notices a small leak through where the shut off valve didn’t fully close. We called Mikhail who was very responsive and professional. Mikhail with Best Choice Plumbing has provided excellent service to my home. We have used him twice for our plumbing issues. The first time he came to repair a leak in our basement above a light fixture. The second time he replaced our old gate valve on our main shutoff with a ball valve, installed a water pressure regulator, and a shutoff valve to our refrigerator. His prices are very fair if not cheaper than anyone else. He is very honest about his work and very reliable. He is my go to plumber and I highly recommend him to everyone. -

Called on a Sunday evening and left a message that I had a leaking pipe at my sprinkler back flow preventer. Mikhail called first thing Monday morning, came out rapidly and fixed the active leak. Mikhail answered right away when I first called, and promptly showed up the same day in the time window he gave me.We called for a leak in our upstairs bathroom tub and shower that was dripping to the ceiling on the floor below. We were ready for the worst case news of having to cut out the wall behind our tub to access leaking plumbing.Mikhail showed up in a clean company vehicle, professionally dressed, and was very nice. After evaluating the situation, he deduced the problem was actually an insufficiently caulked plate /cover behind the main water control in the tub and shower. He took the cover off and immediately found the drain hole plugged and the seal erroded, along with inadequate caulking.Mikhail cleaned up the cover plate, made sure the drain hole was clear, then reinstalled and applied new caulking. He also verifed the piping behind the plate was, in fact, not leaking at all.We were prepared for the worst, but Mikhail and Best Choice Plumbing eased our minds with a quick and correct diagnosis that saved us a potential large plumbing bill. Mikhail charged us a very reasonable price for the repair, and I have verifed we no longer have a drip from the tub and shower.A big thank you to Mikhail and Best Choice Plumbing! We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future, as needed. -
