Treated me with respect and fixed my plumbing issues (gate valves) i think the cost was pretty pricey, but they were much better priced than the other companies i called for quotes and they gave me a slight discount, which i appreciated. Also no trip charge which the other companies had, so that was nice to see. I would use anytime Rooter again and would recommend their services.

We have mixed feelings about Anhwhere Rooter, but leaving full stars for Kimball.We found a leak in the basement a couple days before going out of town so were in a rush to fix. Points in favor, Kimball got there same day to check it out.The experience took a downturn with scheduling the fix. Anywhere Rooter scheduled a window from 12-4. They didnt make it during the window, and we had to keep calling every hour to ask someone to come because they kept trying to push to another day, which would put us in a very tough spot given the leaving town. Eventually Kimball made it to us after 7p at night. He fixed the problem very quickly and was kind and professional.
