My water softener starting dripping so I turned the shutoff valve. The shutoff valve started spraying water everywhere. I called Anderson Plumbing & Heating and got an appointment scheduled. Gabe came out. He was so nice and professional, explained what I needed and gave me a quote. He fixed the issue and assured me it was ok. I cannot recommend them enough. Each person answered my questions, were so nice, and I feel like they really took the time to listen. I highly recommend them.

Our water heater went out unexpectedly. We got several quotes and Andersen by far provided the most value for money. From getting the quote to scheduling the work, they were so easy to work with and turnaround time was great. The technician that installed our new water heater, Austin, was efficient and very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Andersen and would use them again in the future.

I recently had a great experience with Andersen Plumbing and Heating. The heater in our house stopped working in the morning, and they were able to send someone out to fix it the same day I called. I have used Andersen Plumbing multiple times and I have never been disappointed. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and, more importantly, honest. This time Sean and Tyler came and installed a new toilet. They got right to work and, in no time, were done and checked everything to make sure there were no leaks! For a small or large job I will always call on Andersen! Also , I would like to say when setting up the appointment, both Morgan and Erin are a delight. They are great representatives for the company because they are so polite and easy to speak to when you first call.

Always a great experience with Anderson Plumbing & Heating. Jon was able to come out the same day I called to help diagnose an issue with our furnace/A/C and was super professional and explained my options. Rather than have us spend money on a more expensive fix (blower motor) to start, we did the less expensive part (capacitor) first to see if that fixed it. We thought we had it fixed, but about 45 minutes after he left it stopped again. I called the office back and they had Jon back out within a couple hours. He was able to figure out the issue was the blower motor inside the furnace. Even though it was going to take some time to get the part in, they provided us with a temporary solution to get us through until the part came in and Jon was back out the day after the part came in to get it installed. He had it done and working again in about 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend. A/c is back up and running great! They are always friendly, professional, courteous, on time, & knowledgeable. Tried to fix a toilet problem myself and it didnt work. First time using Anderson and very, very pleased. Spoke to a real person on the phone. She told me they had a plumber in the area and when he was finished he could come by. Gabe showed up maybe 25 minutes after making my call and had it working maybe 10 minutes. I realize this may not be the same for every situation but Gabe could not have been any better! Very satisfied. Learned they also do heating and air. Will definitely call them again.

Andersen Plumbing & Heating installed 2 furnaces and 1 air conditioning unit for me. Chad and his team were extremely professional with their diagnoses of the problem, proposed multiple solutions and were able to get my installation scheduled immediately AND completed within a few days. The entire process was extremally easy and very professional. When our AC went out - they even gave us a temporary window AC unit to use until the problem was resolved. I 100% will use them for any and all Plumbing, Heating and AC issues I may have in the future.

We have used Andersen in the past for plumbing needs, and had a very positive experience. This time we had an emergency with our sewage pipe breaking at our foundation, and water backing up into the first floor bathroom toilet and tub. Sean quickly came out to assess the situation, and then told us he would be back first thing in the morning with the crew needed to dig up and replace the pipe. Sean and the crew showed up before 8AM, and had the whole project completed by noon. Sean explained the entire process to us in detail, and walked us through all the work that needed to be done before and after. Sean was very good with answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns we had. We also had some questions and concerns about the dig after the crew had left, but the supervisor Mario was able to quickly address any questions/concerns over the phone. We once again had a very positive experience with Andersen, and will trust them with any future plumbing needs.

I had a great first time experience with Andersen. I got a fall furnace check and signed up for their Furnace/AC inspection membership. Adam, the HVAC tech, was very thorough, pleasant, and explained everything. I also had a plumbing consultation with Nate regarding my sump pump, installation of a smart water shut off valve, and a water line for fridge. Nate was AMAZING! He spent a lot of time going over options, pros/cons, and explaining how things work, and providing written estimates. Super knowledgeable and very personable. I’ve scheduled an appt for Andersen to install a Flo by Moen auto shut off valve. The office staff are also great!

Antonio and Dave came out to work on my garbage disposal that was not working. I thought I would have to replace it but after inspecting it they noted that it clogged and worked using the conventional method unclogged the drain. But what impressed me was their analysis of an existing structural problem with my plumbing as it pertained to the operations of the garbage disposal. In addition, they took the time to go through options to fix it and showed me the cost estimate for all options. They were great and identified issues that may cause problems in the future and something for me to look out for. Now that I know the installation of the garbage disposal was poorly done and the pipe connections were forced, I can plan on future repairs. Would love to have them back to work on those.

Yesterday (11/19/24) I called Andersen Plumbing to check my water heater which had a leaky relief valve. Jonathan Crague and his assistant David arrived about 2:30. After Jonathon diagnosed the problem, and explained the alternatives, I decided to have them replace the water heater. The entire process, including clean up, was completed in one and a half hours. A couple of hours later we had hot water, and everything appears back to normal. I appreciated the prompt and competent work from Jonathon and David.

I dont write reviews a lot but I must give Anderson Plumbing 5 stars for the jobs they have done.Gabriel is very helpful, knowledgeable and nice, he arrived on time today and tightened the packing on our main water valve as we have a concern about imbalance water pressure/future water leak after valve replacement. Many thanks to Gabriel, the shower drain cover with a deadly rustic screw was removed, this has challenged me for months!!

Sam was great. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem (a new thermostat had been wired incorrectly by a previous company and caused the AC and heat to run at the same time😳. This created a lot of condensation inside the unit and corroded some of the parts). Sam went right to work correcting it and the AC is running smoothly now with no condensation. If you have plumbing or HVAC needs, call Andersen! They have always been honest and professional. This past week, my sewer line collapsed, backing up into the house and causing water damage. The office dispatched Gabe Padilla to my home in the evening to access the situation. Gabe did everything he possibly could do to get me up and running so the toilets could be used minimally overnight. He took great care of my home, cleaned up, and explained the next steps thoroughly. The next day, Sean Bell arrived and inspected the line with the camera. The line was collapsed just outside the foundation. In less than 24 our hours, Sean and the office took care of everything to have the line dug up, repaired, inspected, and have our plumbing back up and running. Sean took the time during the repairs to explain what was taking place and did not leave until every last speck of dirt was cleaned up. It was impressive watching him lead the repair team. Gabe and Sean also recommended CWF Restoration for the Mitigation work. CWF showed up in less than 12 hours and Sean and Gabe were also in contact with them. I cannot say enough about Andersen, their employees and how they go above and beyond to make a stressful situation less stressful.

My wife and I wanted our old 2 bowl kitchen sink & faucet replaced. We wanted a new single bowl sink and faucet installed as well as the leaky garbage disposal removed. There was a lot to do. 2 drains down to one, multiple holes drilled in the new sink to allow for the soap dispenser, RO and cup/glass rinser. Joe and Tyler were on time, professional and fast. This was as close to a custom install as you could get. They even had to modify the counter/cabinet. After all was said and done... it was not only beautiful, but functional. Hats off! A job well done.

After a conversation with the overnight receptionist, we were left with some confusion how how Andersen could help us with the matter. After some easy troubleshooting from our side, the problem was resolved, and we cancelled the service call scheduled for early this morning.Chad, the owner, called me directly first thing in the morning to walk through the issue and ensure everything was to our expectation and satisfaction. Rarely do you still see companies and owners that look into every detail for their customers (and this is not the first time the owners have reached out after a job). Chad also offered a free install to upgrade our Nest Thermostat which is notorious for causing some issues in the long run.Overall, we would highly recommend any home owner or business owner that value prompt friendly customer service, excellent response times, and knowledgeable technicians to consider Andersen as their plumbing and HVAC service provider.

I contacted Andersen Plumbing in regards to replacing my dual system water heater i.e. it not only provides me with hot water, but it also heats my house, this is a fairly uncommon system and they were truly experts! Their final quote came in significantly lower than other competitors and every person I spoke with, or came to my house to work on the water heater was wonderful! Morgan is extremely friendly, and had a technician out to my house within hours, Steve was the technician who initially looked at the water heater and provided me with a detailed breakdown of how he intended to replace the system, and the cost associated with the fix. Mario was the technician that removed my water heater, and was very friendly and punctual. Both Mario and Steven then installed my water heater and they did a fantastic job (not only did they clean up after themselves, they went the extra mile of sweeping my kitchen floor for me and locking up my house as they left). I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any plumbing work!

I had a small but active leak trickling from my first floor into the basement. I contacted Andersen Plumbing and Heating based on a recommendation from our neighborhood social media page. Andersen’s representative called me within an hour. Their schedule was slammed, but because I had an active leak and because they wanted to prove their value, they “squeezed me in” the schedule between 10 am and noon the next day (today). The company texted me when the plumber was on his way to my house; this gave me time to prepare for him. Note: the text was from an actual person (we texted back/forth a couple times) and not a bot.Jason, the lead plumber for this job, arrived with an associate (I believe his name/nickname is Raven) and proceeded to get to work quickly and efficiently. Jason explained the initial charge, the diagnostic steps he would take, potential outcomes, etc. Then, they got to work and fairly quickly found and repaired the leak. The final bill was less than I expected.Throughout the visit, Jason communicated his progress and next steps clearly and frequently enough so I knew what to expect.Based on his abilities and customer service, I opted to buy into Andersen’s annual program that provides HVAC cleanings/health checks, discounts on service, and escalated response time.Time will tell if the company stands up to the level set by the scheduling team and Jason and Raven. However, this was a great customer experience and addressed a problem before it became a big issue. I highly recommend Andersen Plumbing & Heating.

A couple of months ago I had called on Andersen for a service call for a clogged sink at my business. Ill admit they were the second company I had called but they should have been my first! (the first one went to a voice mail and they didnt call me back until days later!) The receptionist was friendly and professional and secured an appointment for me right away. When the plumber arrived, he was very courteous, professional and thorough. He explained everything to me in detail. He went to work and soon informed me it was all fixed and showed me it was now working. I had a lot of clutter under the sink and he organized everything nice and neat when he was done. Thank you! (sorry I do not recall his name) Soon after the service call, I also received a nice thank you card in the mail. Andersen came back with a very reasonable honest quote. They were not the cheapest nor expensive...they were just simply talking to me as a basically homeowners themselves and understood not only theyre not in the buisness for only money but to give back to the community that supports local buisnesses. Andersen came through for me again, in a very big way this time. I continually use this HVAC and Plumbing company because of their quality of work, great communication, and friendliness of staff from the owner and office staff to the service technicians.I had an air conditioner that went out in one of our investment properties in Forest Park. Even though Andersen does not service this area, they made an exception and went out there for me. Cody came out and did a diagnostic and quote, and then talked to my husband and I. He was very thorough in his explanation. The very next day John, Alex and Danny went to the property to install a new air conditioning unit and also a new furnace. Andersen’s pricing was very competitive. This wasn’t an easy job as the men had to get up into the attic to replace a unit.I initially went with a company in the Forest Park area and something just told me I needed to call Andersen before making a decision. I’m so glad I did! For Andersen to go out of their way to a town not in their service area, quickly respond giving us a quote and then installing two units the very next day, I had peace of mind knowing I was using a reliable company that has serviced many of our investment properties, as well as coming to the rescue a few times at my elderly mom‘s house in Woodridge. They even send out Mario each time to my mom‘s house because she’s 94yo and comfortable with letting him in the house because now she knows him.Every time I call Andersen, they respond quickly, and that is important when dealing with tenants because you don’t want them to go without. I love the relationship we have built over the years, knowing that when I have a need that they will be there for me asap. This last job proves it as they went way out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this HVAC and Plumbing company!

This has been my third experience with Anderson plumbing and heating. Let me start off by saying that they are extremely professional, and always honor their quoted pricing, which is quite competitive. They stand behind their work, and always leave the area cleaner then when they came. I have used them for a backed up sewer line, the redirection of pipes in a bathroom, and most recently the installation of a new garbage disposal. No job is too big or too small. I highly recommend this team.

I needed an old kitchen sink drain line replaced. They replaced the lead and cast iron pipes, which were very clogged and in terrible condition, with a new plastic drain pipe. They worked hard at it and got it done. The only issue is that tapping into the existing venting system would have been difficult, so they installed an air-admittance valve. While it works, a full sink drains slowly and there are concerns over reliability over the years. Sometimes you cant have the best option, but at least my sink drains again! Good work.

I chose a few companies based on how many 5 * reviews and how long the company has been in business.I called a few. Two came out.Nate from Andersen came out, looked everything over and knew what had to be done from personal experience. Wrote up a quote before he left. The other company never got back to me.It was an obvious choice. And Im really glad that I went with Andersen. They came out the following week and had it completed in half a day. No complaining about the bad situation they had to fix. Nate and Kyle were very concerned about making sure everything was completed, and that I understood what was done. JC was our service person from Anderson and he said he could fix the handle without cutting the wall open. He fixed it quickly and saved us SO much money!
