We hired Monument Construction to partially finish our basement. A full bathroom and bedroom. Joey and Brad as well as their subs are top-notch and delivered the exact spec and design we were looking for, at a reasonable price. Best thing about the experience was that either Joey or Brad were present almost everyday to ensure that their subs were working to the high standard that we all expected. Id use them again without question for any project big or small. Monument is the standard in construction/renovation.

We had a tree fall on our house back in January that demolished our bonus room above garage. Monument Construction handled the restoration. Did a terrific job. High character, high quality company. Joey and Brad held their subs to a very high standard and we are 100% satisfied. They were good for their word. Highly recommend.

Monument Construction renovated my house by moving walls, adding doors and closets, and adding a bathroom. It was a lot of little things that needed to be done, and I’m so grateful that Joey and Brad were there to make sure everything went smoothly. Whenever I had questions or concerns, they addressed them quickly. I could tell that customer satisfaction was their highest priority. I’m in love with my updated home!

I hired Monument Construction to remove carpet and install hardwood floors in my living room and take carpet off of front stairs. They were extremely professional and great to work with. The floor installers were punctual and great to work with! They did an amazing job matching new floors to the existing floors that are 35 years old!! I have them lined up to do some more projects for me!

Bought my first house in Alpharetta. Took me a while to find a good contractor for some renovations. Joey was really knowledgeable about all construction and codes. They were a bit more expensive than some of the others but I felt comfortable with the knowledge and communication they all have. We are thinking about building a new home from ground up in 2 years and will definitely be calling them for that project. Thanks guys.

Joey has been great to work with! He’s very knowledgeable and professional. My family contacted Monument to quote a huge renovation/investment project we were planning. Joey came out to the property (1+hour drive from his office) twice to do a walkthrough, take pictures and provide a quote. He provided a thorough scope of work and made everything easy for us to understand as first- time investors.Unfortunately, due to some issues with the seller, we decided not to move forward with the project but we have no doubt that we will contact Joey and Brad when we find the right property for us! They didn’t even do any work for us and we still had an awesome experience. Great communication, easy to work with and understood our vision. 10/10 recommend.
