This is an organization that defies the norm for customer service and performance. Firmament Solutions completely took me by surprise with the level of knowledge the service technicians have and the level of A+ customer service I was given. I was kept informed of any issues that may have been discovered, outside of what I specifically needed done to my computer hardware. Firmament solutions prevented me from purchasing a new computer, not only by restoring me back to factory performance standards, but it appears they upgraded me as well. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking and needing a sound, professional and knowledgeable IT Firm.

Shane was able to complete this analog 7 camera install in 2 days and all the cameras are aimed and focused as needed.We had some minor tweaks but for the most part he was spot on!!!!I wanted you to know how refreshing that is.Shane did an amazing job. thank you!!!!
