We cannot not wait to work with Ponce design Build again! We recently had, our floors redone, the majority of our house painted, and our 1/2 bath redone, and we love everything. Wowww! Barbaro is the guy to get the job done!!Adapted Living Spaces (Ponce Design Build) saved my kitchen backsplash. They patched up holes, repaired drywall and re-installed my kitchen backsplash. Ponce Design Build was contracted to take two bedrooms and make a main suite in my rental property. This would include a bedroom, walk in closet and en suite. The house was built in the 40s and I wanted to keep to the integrity of the period, so I chose bathroom finishes that were updated but a nod to that era. Barbary’s team were able to execute my vision perfectly. I was extremely pleased with the craftsmanship, the professionalism and the pace at which the work was completed. When I did my walk through and pointed out some very minor things that I felt needed touching up, Barbary’s team addressed those items straight away and left the project work site clean and debris free. In a world full of nightmare contractors, I’m so happy that I was able to find such a reputable company. I would not hesitate to use PDB again and recommend them to my family and friends.

Working with Ponce Design over the past several months has been an overall good experience. Barbaro and the architect we worked with (Robert) were polite, professional, and made us feel comfortable as we went through the process of designing a sunroom addition and making some interior changes to our layout. When we noticed something wasnt aligned with our discussion and communicated it, the problem was quickly resolved. Overall I thought that Ponce Design offered good value for their service and we are strongly considering continuing to work with them to execute the construction.Update (7-31-23): The work is done (sunroom + screened porch added; interior walls removed, flooring/lighting redone; half bath added), and we love it! Barbaro and team got us back into our home before school started for the kids. The entire process was transparent, and we were brought in for key decisions. Thank you again and we’ll think of Ponce Design first for future needs.

We used Ponce Design Build to remodel our master bath in 2017. They showed up on time and worked on our job until it was finished. Minimal disruption to our family. Great quality and attention to detail from the team. We liked them so much we asked them to paint the outside of our house. Painting is not their line of business, but I liked the quality on our bathroom and felt comfortable hiring them for this job. They performed very well on this job as well. They worked on our job consistently from start to finish. I would hire them again and have referred our friends to them.

Barbaro Ponce and his team designed and built a deck in back of my house. Throughout the process, Barbaro was accessible and responsive to all my questions. At the beginning, he outlined the design, permitting, and build process, and made clear what services were included in his price vs. items I was responsible for separately (mainly hiring and paying a surveyor). Permitting took longer than it should have, but that was the City of Atlantas fault and not Barbaros. Once the permit was secured, the entire demolition and build was completed in less than 2 months. Barbaro was communicative throughout the process, and his team were all professional and respectful. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up all unused materials and trash promptly when they finished. I highly recommend Ponce Design Build.

Barbaro worked with us a few years ago to remodel our kitchen, two of the bathrooms, and several other areas. This work involved many design changes and continued modifications throughout the process. Everything was explained and discussed in advance, and Barbaro went out of his way to accommodate our preferences. The total cost for this remodel was approximately $30,000 and was completed in about 2-3 months.His company did an outstanding job in all aspects of the work. Barbaro was always accessible during the work and often was physically on-site. His workers and sub-contractors were all first-rate and reliable.
