Ive lived in NYC for over 50 years and Vuksani is hands down the best plumber Ive ever worked with and the most professional. Always, always responsive immediately and on time. Always gets the job done and done well. Vuksani has helped me cope with an old townhouse that has needed some kind of repair every month or so and I dont know what Id do without them. Every member of their crew is so nice and friendly as well. You will never use another plumber.

This guy is wonderful! Edison had me send pics, got some info from me on phone and took care of my needs the same day I spoke to him. I still cant believe it all got done in one day. Another Plumber left me hanging over a month with this toilet replacement. His workers are great, friendly, and courteous. Jake did a wonderful job. So happy I found these guys. HIGHLY recommend them.

My shower had a temperature control problem. After contacting Vuksani Plumbing company, they quickly asked for details through text and a phone call, they identified the possible cause and got the parts. Although it took two trips to complete the work, Eric was always on time regardless it was pouring or cold. Eric did a great job fixing the issue, and the pre- estimated charge was fair and reasonable. Id ask them again if I have plumbing work.

I highly recommend Martin! He has worked on my property four times, handling various issues like a first-floor leakage, a stubborn drain clog, and a persistent odor. Each time, he responded quickly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and completely fixed the problems efficiently. Martin is professional, reliable, and always provides excellent service. If you need a skilled plumber, hes the one to call!

Edison responded my calls and texts fast and professionally, and did everything as asked. The price was fair for the insurance certification that was required by the condominium maintenance group (which is ridiculous requirement and was expensive from other companies) - and Edison handled it real fast for me within the week.

Vuksani Plumbing is my go to plumber for the apartments i manage, and they are amazing. They are responsive, show up when they are supposed to, do the work quickly and are fully insured. I have used them for at least 4 apartments now, including repairing a leaking toilet, replacing a 50 year old shower valve and unclogging a shower drain. They are very reasonably priced, and I highly recommend them!

We used Vuksani to replace our hot water heater. After talking to several plumbers, Vuksani was the only one that took the time to understand which model we wanted. He didnt try to change it on us like another plumber did, and he offered same day service at the best price. Edison was very friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain what he was doing and he left everything clean. Were now enjoying our hot water again!

Was desperate to get my sewer drain unclogged .Called numerous plumbers and got nothing but frustrated leaving messages and or getting very high quotes to get the job done quickly —- I called Vuksani way after business hours and got a person !Edison was a tremendous help- I sent him a video of the problem - we agreed on a reasonable price and the job was done THE NEXT DAY ! What a huge lift to have it fixed that quickly and professionally!! I will keep Vuksani’s number very handy . ‘Love these guys !

I called several plumbers for a water heater replacement. Some werent able to do the work for a couple days and some never returned my call. So I came across Vuksani and spoke to Edison. Explained what had happened and asked if it could be done ASAP. He came out the next day and replaced my water heater. And on top of that, he was a great guy. In short, Edison is fantastic and very responsive! He was able to add a drain line as well as a cold and hot water line to our kitchen area so that we could have a washer/dryer in our unit as well as hook up a water line to our refrigerators ice maker. After he finished the installation, he double checked his work as he made sure that he took care of some of the finer details that I had asked about at the consultation. I strongly recommend him!

We needed a hot water heater replaced and I decided to call Vuksani because of their reviews. My husband called and was arranging the work. Eric came by and checked the water heater and told us it was under warranty. The next day it was installed. I didnt get everyones name but service was top notch from the person who answered the phone to completion of the job. If anything comes up I will be calling Vuksani Service group

Vuksani Plumbing and Heating get the job done! I had a catastrophe in my basement with leaking pipes during the last big snow storm of the winter. I called several companies, but no one could come! However, when I called Vuksani Plumbing, Edison asked me to immediately send a video of the problem, so he could start to figure it out right away. He helped me stop it getting worse via the phone! I knew the plumbing in my basement was substandard and continuously problematic, and Edison figured out how to fix the immediate problem (caused by a blockage, bad pipe joins, and corrosion). He then offered to get the piping up to code for a reasonable price to avoid further problems. Amazingly he summoned a six man crew and did it all within the same day! I cant even tell you how great the pipes both look and function now. Edison sent guys back the next day to take away the old pipes etc. I was really impressed by both the professionalism and the kindness of Vuksani Plumbing. They were masked the entire time, and they clearly know how to deal with people going through a crisis!My house is a hundred year old brownstone, so something inevitably leaks, and Im really glad to know I can call Vuksani Plumbing from now on.

Arrived within a day of when I called them ready to replace water heater that was destroyed by IDA remnant. Removed old water heater within 2 hrs of job start. Left the area dry and clean. Had hot water 1 hr later. Great job.

I do not write reviews often but I had to for Vuksani Plumbing and Heating. They saved my day, actually my month - I cannot say enough about this company. Eddy and his team are actually honest and trustworthy, which in my experience is hard to find in NYC when it comes to plumbing - they also wont gauge you. You can tell they truly care about their customers. They do amazing solid quality work too!! I am so glad I found them and highly recommend them.I rent in a poorly maintained building an my super just wasnt fixing the issue. It was terrible - the sink wasnt draining at all and had been left for a week suddenly got much and I work from my apartment and also have had guests there since the pandemic to help me cover the rent and I cannot afford to have things not working. Vuksani Plumbing & Heating team arrived in literally 20 minutes from the time I called (in a panic no less) - they are a whole team but are also personal at the same time (not corporate or disconnected). Eddy made sure his team could reall fix the problem fully and they did - they got to the bottom of it and when I found out all they had to do I was so scared, but it was a maneagle price. Also - such a bonus - they cleaned up afterwards beautifully!!!Also - for honesty...I had a shower emergency this summer (again terrible condition in apartment) and Eddy the owner was so honest that he said it would be an expensive job with parts and labor, and that he could do it and would but it would be better for me to wait for my super to do it (who takes days sometimes weeks to come fix things). He gave me a way to patch it up on my own so I could wait for my super - no charge just step by step on the phone - such a great person!I am so very thankful I have them now for any future plumbing or heating needs and DEFINITELY would recommend Vuksani Plumbing & Heating to anyone!!Sorry if this is a long review but I truly cant express how thankful I am for them saving my day!

Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbors apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. Vuksani is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you!
