Honest and professional. Gave a quote after looking at pictures and a video and was on time for the appointment. Unfortunately I didnt check with the building on all requirements and when Steve arrived he was not allowed to enter the building, even after going shopping for replacement parts. He didnt charge anything for the trip or inconvenience. Its rare to come across such a professional. Would highly recommend him.
