Rob is a great plumber. My water heater was leaking water, I called Rob and he came the same day to look at it. Rob gave me different options and explained everything. He came the next day and installed a new water heater. Thank you Rob.

My hot water tank / heater failed (like an inch of water on my basement floor type failed) and I found it at about 5:30am. A quick call to Rob from Astoria Plumbers at 6, and he was at my house by 7:30 and had a new tank, and installed before I got home from work for a very reasonable price (that he quoted me on the spot when he arrived, and was true to at the end of the repair)Rob talked me through all the options for various grades of heater and offered rough order of magnitude pricing on each option.I can’t recommend Rob and Astoria Plumbers highly enough to do work fast, accurately and at a completely reasonable price. Great guy, great service!

There are a lot of horror stories about amoral plumbers who price gouge and take advantage of customers who dont know any better. Any anxiety I had about that was gone after my experience with Rob from Astoria Plumbers. His prices are more than fair. There werent any hidden or miscellaneous charges that inflated the final cost.I was impressed with how efficient and thorough Rob worked. When he was done, I really felt like he went above and beyond because the product that he installed is actually much better and has more features than the one that was replaced. He also gave me some aftercare tips which was appreciated.All of these five star reviews about Astoria Plumbers are spot-on. My experience with Rob definitely warrants a five star review as well.

We had an emergency with a clogged pipe in the bathtub. After calling several places and inquiring about price and availability we can say without a doubt Rob was the best choice. He was very accommodating when we requested a specific time due to our busy schedule, and he got the job done very quickly and professionally. He also kept checking to make sure everything was working properly and he was very organized. We would definitely request his services again if needed, and most certainly recommend him to our friends and acquaintances.

Rob is very responsive and respectful. He wont price gauge you. We had a leak in our sink drain and water hose. He responded quickly and was able to fix the same day we inquired. I would highly recommend his plumbing service to friends.

I Highly recommend!! The plumber I was going to use canceled on me twice. And so I got fed up and did a google search. I live is Astoria so when I saw the amazing reviews on google I took a chance. I’m so happy that I choose to use Astoria Plumbers!! Rob was super accommodating I called him at 4:45pm since my first choice of a plumber canceled twice on me. I really needed the hot water cut off valve under the kitchen sink to be replaced that led to a broken dishwasher that was leaking. The valve was not working so when I went to use my dishwasher that broke it was just a leaky mess. He said he had an opening for the next day in the afternoon and I ask him if he could maybe squeeze me in for that night and literally he came at 7pm that same day! He was punctual and respectful when I had ask him to wear a mask in the house since because of an elderly parent. I even asked him to text me when he was outside since someone was taking a nap and he was very respectful to the amount of noise he made during the job. He was very polite he knew exactly what he was doing. I sent him a photo and he brought all his tools and the materials he needed for the job. And when there was water on the floor he cleaned it up right away. I will be calling him whenever I need a plumber and I will be recommending him to allmy friends and family. I took a chance on a random company and I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received! I’m so happy I could use my hot water now!! Thank you Rob!!!

I had a great experience with Astoria Plumbers! My bathroom sink had been leaking for months and I had called a couple other plumbers but no one showed up (understandable right now, but I still needed my sink fixed). I finally found Astoria Plumbers and Rob was able to come by the same day. He quickly identified the problem and fixed my sink, and he’s a really nice guy! I was also able to text him pictures in advance so he could see where the problem was (I live in an old industrial building and I had no idea what was wrong with the sink). For my issue, they charged a fixed price (which they told me in advance) and it included all parts, labour, and a 12 month guarantee. Very reasonable and I appreciate knowing the price in advance. Rob is my new go-to for all my plumbing needs and I highly recommend!!

I highly recommend Rob. Hes very nice, direct, and doesnt price gouge. He just wants his clients to be happy. We had a leak in the kitchen sink as well as a broken handle in the bathtub, both were fixed quickly and easily. Robs our go-to plumber. If you need one, give him call.

We found our new go-to plumber! We hired Rob from Astoria Plumbers and were very pleased with the overall experience. I called him early on a Monday and left a message, and he texted back right away. I texted him photos of the leaks we had under our kitchen sink and he wrote back with a very reasonable estimate. After getting estimates from 5 other plumbers, we went with Rob because of the combination of excellent prices and solid reviews online. He came out the same day with all materials needed and replaced three sections of kitchen drain pipe, along with one leaky shut-off valve. He was in and out of my apartment within an hour. He was very professional, wore a mask the whole time, and left a very clean work site.Ill certainly be calling him again with any future plumbing work.Highly recommended.

I had a hole in one of my pipes behind the wall of the kitchen sink causing a leak that was dripping into the basement apartment of my home. The house is over 40 years old and the pipe wound up being corroded. Two previous plumbers had also failed to detect the issue. I was desperate to resolve this plumbing issue and came across Astoria Plumbers. I called the number and got a prompt response from Rob. He set up a free estimate and detected the leak and replaced the pipe the very next day. He was beyond professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and potential fixes. He also quoted a very good price. I am so thankful to Rob. Will definitely reach out to him again if I have any future plumbing issues!

I called Astoria Plumbing to fix my toilet after another plumber failed to do the job. Rob was knowledgeable and polite when we spoke on the phone and he immediately knew what the issue was. My tenant requested an early morning appointment and Rob accommodated. When she didnt answer the door upon his arrival Rob was extremely flexible and came back later in the day. I honestly dont think theres a better plumber out there.

My handle for my flushometer had a problem. other plumbers instantly said they needed to replace the whole flushometer. this guy said oh, its probably just the handle FIRST before saying replacement. Felt like he knew what I needed and didnt take advantage of my inexperience. fairly priced, picked up parts needed and fixed my issue in 10 mins. My mom is super happy with the service. 1000000% would recommend to any inexperienced person with plumbing issues. did not do same day but thats understandable when they busy and as it wasnt a leaking issue it was not an emergency.

We’re on the Upper West Side and we’ve had trouble finding a good plumber who’s willing to come into Manhattan at all, let alone promptly and at reasonable rates. Rob’s installed two faucets for us (one indoor, one outdoor) and replaced a stubborn radiator valve that had welded itself to the piping under the floor, a much bigger job than expected. (This last job, I should mention, had to be done after another plumber, from Gateway in Bklyn, had just tightened the valve a bit and assured us that it was fine.) Rob’s a good guy, skillful, punctual and reliable. We have him in mind to replace our new kitchen faucet as well if it ever gets delivered…🙄
