I had to get my 20+ year old water heater replaced because it was beginning to leak. JP had a new one installed within 24 hours of my calling them. In addition to this, they billed me $200 less than they estimated. You cant beat that.

I had a plumbing emergency a couple weeks ago! About 5am I noticed water coming from the wall behind our main bathroom toilet! Right where the shut off valve is but of course on the opposite side, in the wall!Jp opened at 8am and i called and explained the issue, also explained I would gladly take care of the wall after!Brian came out around 1015 and by the time I took lunch my plumbing problem was FIXED!!!! My bill was like 250$ and I would have gladly paid more, I honestly thought it was gonna be more!I will definitely recommend them, and use them in the future!Thanks so much jp plumbing!

We had an emergency this past winter when the pipe to our outdoor spigot cracked open in freezing temperatures. Without a repair, we wouldnt be able to turn the water back on to the house. JP Plumbing was able to fix our issue within an hour of our call, despite being booked out until the following week. We got lucky, and I am grateful that they were so willing to help us. The gentleman who did the repair (I dont recall his name), was efficient and friendly. We would not hesitate to hire JP Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We had J.P. reconnect plumbing to a new sink, install the new faucet and run a new water line to the refrigerator. Their rep arrived right on time, was professional and helpful, and got the work done in less than 3 hours. Later we had to have them replace the faucet (we had bought the wrong kind); they were able to get here the same day and complete the work quickly. We also consulted with staff in the store a couple times to figure out how to adapt the new faucet to hook up a portable dishwasher, and they explored all possibilities with us and found a little part that did the trick.

I spoke with Barry on the phone. I gave him our long list of what we needed. This was on a Monday. On Tuesday evening I called back and spoke with Barry again. Just checking on eta because 1- I have been a week already w/o my kitchen sink. 2- Checking on the day that they were coming out so I could go out and get Ernst done. Berry was a little snippy with me.Berry called the next morning and said Brian will be out in a half hour or so. Brian was early.Brian was a delight. He fixed our kitchen sink plug, Plumbed our new fridge for water, He changed out our hoses for our washing machine, fix our 2nd kitchen sink shut off valves and the aerator. He also came back on Thursday to install the new kitchen faucet.He was wonderful and everything was a success.When we went to JP Plumming to pick out the new faucet and drain baskets. Berry helped us and he was a delight.Overall they were kind and present, very helpful, and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased once again.

I had a gas leak from an outside gas line. I called JP Plumbing and spoke with the service department. Because it was after 10 am I made a service date for tomorrow at 10 am.J P called me back around noon and was able to come and make a repair. I rate this company a 5 star rating. The service man was courteous and very knowledgeable. I give him a 5 star rating as well.

John has to be the nicest person ever on the phone. Asked great questions to get to the bottom of the problem. Bryan was great as well - hes helped us twice now and Ill definitely be using JP Plumbing again. Our small issues were fixed and work perfectly now. They were even able to get us in a week earlier than planned!

We have an old (almost historic) home in Seaside with original clay pipe sewer line. Over the last years it started to have problems and J.P. not only replaced it in one day but they put back the dirt/sand and smoothed it enough that we could replant lawn. Highly recommend for cost to value and professionalism.

I brought in an old faucet to see if they could help me with replacement parts. The gentleman who helped me was not able to identify this old faucet but helped direct me to a store in Portland where I might find parts. Super friendly and helpful. Top notch customer service.
