Ive used Rescue Plumbing since I bought my home over a year ago. In total, they have serviced my home at least 3x. The most recent service was for faucet installation in my two bathrooms.My initial contact was with Yolanda, who is always pleasant to talk to. I explained the service needed and we made arrangements for Enrique to come out and give me a quote.Its been a couple of weeks since the faucets were installed and so far, so good. Enrique is always pleasant and when I ask him plumbing questions, he answers them directly and in ways a non-plumber like me can understand.In addition to this most recent service, Rescue Plumbing has performed other plumbing work (garbage disposal, irrigation) and Ive had no issues with the work.As a first time home-owner, I am glad God led me to Rescue Plumbing and the quality work they do.

Two days before leaving town on a scheduled trip we discovered water bubbling from the foundation of our house forcing us to shut the water off to the entire property at the meter. We contacted Rescue Plumbing mid morning. They were able to send someone out by mid afternoon. Within a couple hours Enrique was able to troubleshoot the problem and offer us a repair solution which we agreed to, and Enrique had us back in service with full water power within a matter of a few hours that evening. The next day Enrique returned in the morning to double check the repairs before refilling the holes. Our thanks for getting us back in service that same day. We highly recommend Rescue Plumbing Services.

Enrique was awesome, I explained our situation of having a plumber out every 6 months to a year after moving in. The previous plumbers snaked the line, felt like they got whatever was causing the issue and left.Enrique laid out his plan of putting a camera down the lines first to see what we were dealing with. Once he did that we knew we had blockages of grease so he hydro jetted the lines (some multiple times).After hydro jetting, he ran the camera through one more time to make sure we were happy with the job before leaving.Enrique did an excellent job of explaining his plan, of keeping me informed all along the way, and making sure we were happy with his work before leaving - I know a couple of other plumbers that could learn a lesson from you.Thank you for the excellent service, we highly recommend calling Rescue Plumbing Services with your plumbing issues.

Rescue Plumbing Services is such an amazing company! All the services I requested was completed in such a professional manner. I needed the shutoff valve replaced in the bathroom sink, the plumbing under the sink and the faucet replaced. I was trying to DIY it myself, but failed. They were here in no time and corrected and completed the work with no issues and in a timely manner. I was so pleased with their work I then requested a shower head replacement, kitchen water shutoff valves replacement, under kitchen sink plumbing, water filter install, garbage disposal install and dishwasher install. I was pleased with all the work completed! I love that when you call, Yolanda is always able to accommodate the date and time for the service. Enrique is very professional with his work. I definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs plumbing services! My sister needed plumbing services and I recommended them to her; she was also very pleased with their service. You will not be disappointed! Their customer service is exceptional!

I had rescue plumbing coming to my house several times to do some major work under my house crawl space and replace my toilet They did a super super clean job and it was a very reasonable price. always on time and concerned. And will get the job done right. Did I mention his wife that handles the calls is super friendly and will help in any way to make your transaction go smoothly I will always use rescue Plbg for all my repairs . You should too!

We called Rescue for a leak under our bathroom sink. Their customer service was excellent from the first point of contact to finishing the repair. First time we had used them. We had an emergency septic issue and they responded within 2 hours. Called when they were on their way. Diagnosed the problem and facilitated the repair within the week. They couldnt get an excavator in the area so they said no problem we will dig by hand. After they completed job, the area was pristine and looked like they had never been there. Easy payment options as well. Highly recommend these folks.

We got rescued! It’s 10pm and we’re getting ready for bed. My husband comes in horrified that waters coming up the showers and tubs and it won’t stop. Lucky for us Rescue Plumbing is 24/7! They answered on the first ring, consulted my husband on a quick temporary fix, and came out to fix the issue with our septic tank! So professional and efficient!

My wife & I had Rescue Plumbing Services do a repair for us at our home. We had a plugged up drain in our kitchen island sink. We called and spoke to Yolanda and she was very courteous and professional in how she handled everything. She sent her technician, Enrique, out to do the repair. Enrique was also very professional, and he repaired the area of concern. We are very pleased with the work that was done and the overall experience! Absolutely deserving of their 5 star reviews. Had a different service out the same day that had no idea what they were doing. Enrique and Marcos arrived, at our request, later the same evening and figured out what was going on and resolved the situation. They made it clear what they would be doing each step of the way, asked relevant questions and found the leak in a way as minimally invasive a way as was possible. Not only were they courteous, professional and skilled, they were excellent conversationalists. I enjoy their presence more than people I had spent years alongside in the Marine Corps. These guys are THE upper one percent.

Enrique and Marcos overheard me talking to the home depot person on a plumbing issue on our RV. They came up and said they don’t work on RVs but recommended what to buy and do!!!! I went with their recommendation and got home and took 2 min and issue fixed!!!! I will definitely recommend them to people with regular homes. Highly recommend! Was referred to Rescue Plumbing by a friend, and they are the only plumbing service I’ll be using from now on. From scheduling to arrival to troubleshooting, it was seamless. The owner was so friendly and was able to send someone out same day, and the techs that came did a thorough job and explained our options carefully. They also spoke to me and my male partner equally, which is rare in my experience.
