Mike arrived on time for my scheduled plumbing job first thing Monday morning.He was courteous and trustworthy from the beginning.He did a thorough inspection of my main line water leak problem..and assessed the issues easily.He replaced the 1978 leaking pipes with new, as needed, and replaced the old corroded shut off valve and spikot as needed. No extra add on work or up sell.He spent the time that was needed to do the job correctly the first time.His fees were fair and reasonable.My previous Gold Canyon plumber retired. This is Don talking. Karen was elsewhere when Mike came by on Friday morning to complete the repairs. I/we were very impressed and pleased with Hindsight Plumbing. Service was awesome. We called on Monday asking for help. Mike said he would be here on Wednesday. He arrived promptly at the time he said that he would be here. Once he determined the nature of the job he went and searched for the required parts at several outlets and when he returned, rather promptly, I thought, he informed us that he had to order the required parts from Amazon and the they would be here Friday. And he would return Friday between 9 and 10. He came at 8:20 a.m. and completed the job within 1.5 hours. Excellent service at a fair price. We highly recommend Hindsight Plumbing. Thanks, Mike

So, I needed to get some bathroom faucets and a toilet installed, and after spending all day doing just one last time, I decided to hire an expert. I was driving home and saw a truck that said Hindsight Plumbing and a phone number. I called Mike, told him what I needed, and he gave me a great quote over the phone! Many plumbers will not do that, instead they want to visit to quote.Anyway, he got me in right away, and all 6 faucets and the toilet were installed quickly and professionally. Mike really knows his stuff, he tackled my job with a fair price, and I plan on using him again!

Mike was very responsive and available to come to my house and find out what my problem source was. He got the utilities companies involved right away as it was an outside job, had materials, ready to go, and came and fixed the problem in short order. He was very good in communications about everything and very fair priced. Pride of workmanship as well, everything that was moved, every rock, piece of dirt, etc., was cleaned up and put back very nicely, better than when he found it.

I found a leak under my kitchen sink - I’m new to the area and don’t have a plumber to call - panic! Doing an internet search I found Mike - very good reviews. Contacted him on his website - it’s now after hours but he called me immediately. He told me what to do to contain the leak and showed up the next day. After evaluating the problem I needed to replace shutoff valves, faucet, etc. Mike told me what to buy (brand) and he came back out to install everything after purchases were made. In the mean time I looked at other things Mike could help with and he looked after those as well. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Professional, courteous, quality work, fast and reasonable. I’m still new to the area but now I have a go to plumber. Highly recommended!

Had 3 outside faucets and garden hoses attached. They had gotten corrosion so I couldn’t get them off. Called other plumbers and was way over priced and didn’t seem to care. Found this company on google and great reviews. I called and Mike the owner actually answered the phone which isn’t done much here in Arizona. I explained my issues and gave me a max cost 💲 depending on what was needed. Offered to come same day but had plans because not expecting that kind of great service. They came out next day and on time as we planned, because he worked around my work schedule another unheard of scheduling here again in Arizona. Two gentlemen showed up and proceeded to work immediately, I was very impressed with work ethic and politeness. Was done quickly and was $325.00 quote which was $25 and $325 less then previous quotes. They did get one off easily for them and replaced other two. Got bill for $225 because they are HONEST good people. Charging what they thought was fair. Number 1 here and more then 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The copper pipe attached to our bathtub faucet broke so we called Hind Sight Plumbing for an estimate. They came out that day and gave us a very fair estimate and also included an estimate for replacing the bathtub valve. We decided to go through the exterior wall rather than through the shower to make the repair more cost effective. Another plumber said they couldn’t replace the valve from the exterior wall. We called Hind Sight to schedule the repair and they were able to come out the next morning! Ed was very knowledgeable and skilled and did a great job of completing his work and sealing up the hole until we could get a somebody to come and repair the stucco! Hindsight was very professional and responsive so I would definitely recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

He has efficiently and cost effectively installed 2 tankless water heaters, replaced the water softener and filtration systems, replaced bathroom faucets, and exterior pipes that had become corroded. Hindsight Plumbing is now scheduled to install a water automatic shutoff system, which reduce our homeowners coverage approximately $600 per year. Mr. Hind has demonstrated on numerous occasions that he is trustworthy and reliable, which are two of the main reasons we use him because we are seldom home.

Mike with Hindsight Plumbing and his crew did a phenomenal job on a service line replacement! His follow-though was great, as was his turn-around time, professionalism and expertise. I had gotten 4 quotes; the highest was $4000, the lowest was $2000. Mikes quote was $2500. All four plumbers were proposing a different solution to the problem. I went with Mike because his solution seemed like the wisest (use a boring machine to have a new line going from my main water to the street). Another plumber’s “solution” involved cutting through my entire concrete pathway (about 25 feet); another had the new pipe re-routed through the garage and the shut-off valve relocated; yet another did not instill confidence that he could do the job right or in a timely manner. Mike not only scheduled the job earlier than the other guys, but it took him less time than I anticipated….and he gave me a discount ($2350). I am happy to say that I’ve found a great plumber for life….and that’s such a relief. Highly, highly recommended!

We were advised by another company that we had a drain line leak under our slab. I contacted Hindsight to get a quote for the repair. After meeting with several companies, we decided to go with Hindsight.Mike was the most knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with the repair. He was also the most reasonable.Before tearing up our floor he did a camera check and determined there wasnt a crack in the drain line. He advised against tearing up the floor and slab because there was no issue.I appreciated his honesty about the issue and not just tearing up our floor based on another company. Instead of costing over $1,000 for the repair, he only charged us for the camera check.

I have to give credit where it’s due, I don’t usually give reviews but this company did an amazing job Resolved my water line issues very quickly. Previously it was a struggle finding someone that could fix it. They play no games, straight to business when they assessed water lines, agreed to their estimate. The work was completed and I was a happy camper. It’s hard to find someone for this kind of work. For people having similar issues/or plumbing issues, take it from me, just a regular guy that works, have a family to care for, need all the help I can get. CALL HINDSIGHT. They won’t disappoint

Couldnt figure out the low water pressure to my ice maker -- Im a computer engineer, so of course I assumed I could research the answer myself! After many wasted hours of internet searches and videos, I finally decided to ask Hindsight Plumbing since so many neighbors and members of the community spoke so highly of them. Wow, what a breath of fresh air. Easy to communicate with, very professional, even confirmed appointment and showed up exactly on time. Turns out I didnt need an expensive repair, there was an easy fix. Great customer service! Highly recommend.
