Great experience. Super honest and reliable. Came out the very next morning and we were not able to find an issue with the plumbing below our sink even though there was water there the day before. We did find moisture in other areas and so they put me in contact with a restoration company to come look and try to isolate where water was coming from under my bathroom sink. They didnt charge me for the visit since nothing could be found which is such a nice gesture. We didnt have a go-to plumber before this first visit but we do now given our experience. Highly recommended!!!

In my personal opinion, this crew should be on your speed dial. Best professional service i have ever had. On time, great communication! Even if you text them at 3am. I called Terrance at 1UP Plumbing to install a soft water system I purchased from Home Depot over their 4th of July sale. He had someone over the very next morning. He thoroughly explained the entire process and was very honest and upfront about costs. He even explained how to use and maintain the system that was purchased from someone other than him. While he was there I mentioned a leaking hose spigot and he jumped right on that project also. He couldn’t have made the process any easier if he tried. I couldnt be happier with Terrance and 1Up Plumbing. He did some work for my Aunt who is suffering from Dementia and I was able to coordinate everything with him by phone and text.
