    Absolutely outstanding customer service from the crew at Golden Rule Plumbing! My install was more complex since my soft water loop did not include the kitchen. They explained my different options to plumb the kitchen and I chose what worked best for my install. There was no demolition required whatsoever. I truly appreciate the extra effort by the crew to provide a professional install within my water system enclosure in my garage. If you desire exceptional service by a truly professional company give the nice folks at Golden Rule a call!

    This is not the first time we used Golden Rule Plumbing LLC. From the moment of contact they were very helpful. I had a pipe under my house burst. They were here to fix my problem in a short time. They got it figured out and fixed faster than I expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how low the bill I was. I was expecting it to be more. They were all professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I definitely got great value for my money. I will always use Golden Rule Plumbing and I always refer them to anyone needing a plumber.

    I appreciate Golden Rule plumbing. Nicki in the office is great to work with and all the plumbers are knowledgeable about all things water. They message me to let me know they are on their way. They arrive on time. They answer all my questions and teach me about water shut off valves and how to check the meter for a water leak. The teams at Golden Rule Plumbing is excellent.

    Wow, cant say enough about the great quality service provided by Conner, Clyde and Eddie during two service calls this month. Because of their service, we have an unclogged and now working drain and garbage disposal, new under kitchen pipes up to code, and a new dishwasher install. They live up to the their company name! Highly recommend.
