Cody from the office was incredible, he was consistently keeping us informed of what the technicians were finding and what the next steps were. He took the time to explain all the details of the repairs with us and also would keep us informed of how long it would take to find replacement units; since our units were older I think he had to work with his suppliers quite a bit. Curtis and his team installed the units exactly on the dates and times they said they would, the team was incredibly professional in the install and took care inside the house by wearing booties and things like that. Will use them for all my AC needs in the future!

AC and Plumbing Pro were called as a “second opinion “ in regards to a previous company’s diagnosis of our air conditioning unit’s malfunction. After paying the other company 1500+ dollars, the original problem was still existent! Upon that company’s third visit they wanted more money to fix a new problem with another $1500+ quote. AC and Plumbing Pro professionally came into our home and diagnosed a multitude of serious issues (that the other company failed to find) and articulated them to me explicitly. Without hesitation, I asked them to repair all of the current issues. Their work was done within a three hour time period. The total was approximately $300 LESS than the other company’s quote. They are friendly. They are efficient. They are compassionate. They became my new air conditioning/plumbing specialists! I am happy and relieved, there are good people in the world. AC and Plumbing Pro are at the top of that list! Thank you Jeff and Curtis!

I am extremely happy how things turned out for us with this garage air conditioner installation. The unit works great and really cools down our garage. AC and Plumbing Pro sent out three staffers to do our installation. They were all super professional and competent. My garage was 99 degrees when the unit was installed. It took a few hours to cool down to what I wanted it at, which was 78 degrees. Once cooled down, the unit doesnt have to work hard at all to keep the temperature at what I like. On a side note, I live in a 55-over community north of Tucson, and ours is the third house that I know of who had AC and Plumbing Pro do one of these garage air conditioner installs. All of us are wildly happy. This company does a fine job and their staff are exceptional. I could never go back to having a 99-degree garage. The folks who did our installation were amazing. This is definitely an upgrade I am very happy with.

The experience we have had with everyone at this company has been exceptional. They are very honest and brought up things the previous company did not notice. They also did the work for a fraction of the cost. We signed up for their 3 year maintenance plan which includes water heater maintenance, annual AC servicing, discounts and more. They have definitely earned long time, loyal customers from us!

When trying to do a simple DIY thermostat change, my partner and I accidentally overpowered our AC unit and needed someone to come out to look at it. Same day, really promptly, Austin came and fixed our system. He did a really good inspection and educated us on how to maintain our older unit and what options we had if we wanted to upgrade. He wasn’t business sale pushy at all. He genuinely wanted us as new homeowners to understand what we needed to do and what we could do. I also met members of the company at a recent Home Show event.Well, I had been considering adding a Whole home surge suppressor and hard start kit, for my home & AC system. I contacted their rep Mark asking about pricing a scheduled an appointment for installation the very next day. Their lead tech Curtis arrived as scheduled and performed the work to my amazement in most professional manner. He and his assistant (sorry I dont recall his name) had my system(s) back online in less than an hour. Recently had my ac go out and its still a little warm here in Arizona.I researched companies in my area and found these guys. They were great. Customer service was great and they came out so fast.I felt like the issue I had with my AC was explained in terms I would understand and I felt like I wasnt getting one over on me. Curtis came over to perform annual maintenance on my water heater. He had another person with him as his helper (I didnt catch his name- sorry). I tried to do it myself but was not able to get the anode out. He performed the maintenance AND checked out my AC/furnace all in a timely manner. The cost was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again for my annual maintenance and water softener for our new home.

When I needed help with my air conditioning at 120°. They were right here and were able to fix my AC issue. They also found issues from the last company I had hired. That company did not repair or tell us about the problem. AC and Plumbing Pro told us what was going on, repaired the vents so I would have better air flow. The back of the home was cooler within 30 min. Very happy home owner. I think I will be able to trust this company.

And each time that they come into your home. They were very respectful, clean as they go, They do not leave any trace of a mess. Not only did they get everything working and efficient. Even though we are dealing with air conditioning systems and the equipment behind them and we know it’s an expensive situation they don’t make it as painful as it really is they don’t punch you in the throat with the amount that it’s going to cost you. extremely professional.
