    Man oh man!! Drain Masters gets 10 Stars!! We had leakage coming from the main water panel and the garbage disposal since Saturday and had to shut all the water off to the house. Aiden and John came through and replaced both the panel and the garbage disposal in a remarkable amount of time. I am super happy with the service and his knowledge of the plumbing services he provided. I would definitely recommend Drain Masters for all of your plumbing needs. They are efficient, friendly, accurate, and timely. What more could you ask for! Great job guys!! Keep up the amazing work!

    This is a great service company for sewer drain issues! The young man they sent was polite and excellent with his communication. He worked through the problem at our house and actually listened to our theories. He knew his business and solved a two plus year old problem because he did not give up (even though I bet others would have). He also worked with us to come up with a savings option on the work which was greatly appreciated. He was also organized and clean at the work locations. I would recommend him and Drain Masters to anyone who asks.

    Excellent! I can’t thank Ryan enough for his hard work and diligence in getting the repairs done in one visit. The project (replaced all sump pump hoses, fixed/extended external hose to ensure proper drainage, and replaced water heater flex hose) turned out to be much bigger and more difficult than anticipated. Ryan is extremely personable and knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. I’m a very happy customer! Thank you Ryan!

    I had a plug between my downstairs toilet and the drain in the utility room. Joey was able to clear it after I cleared the “stuff” in front of my back bedroom so he could get to the clean out. After that, it took about 10 minutes for him to clear it. The only problem was the backflow was holding his snake and I had to go into the crawl space and help him retrieve it, he could have done it himself. But, all in all it was a good experience for me. I’m glad I called Drain Masters.

    These guys saved my ass! Twice. As a husband, when I reach the end of what I should know, I at least know enough to call a professional before I turn a $100 problem into a $2500 problem.Anthony came out and helped me with a sticky bath tub drain and Gerald & Mason came out to troubleshoot & replace our sump pumps. Ive seen way too many scary movies and read too many scary books to go down into my crawl space alone, which is where Drain Masters comes in...send them first to make sure its safe.So, turns out one of our stupid sump pumps was dead in the water, literally, and the other was constantly running. Also, one basin was nothing more than a damn Lowes 5 gallon bucket with no drain rock to help it drain. Out comes Mason with his happy attitude and magic hands and digs that shit up like he was a beaver working on his dam. In no time he comes up (still alive) saying everythings properly installed and working properly. I grab a crucifix and head on down to double check and sure enough; I was good to go.Also, they have an app to track their vans so you can monitor where theyre at when theyre heading to your place (like we see with Uber). I was impressed. Will definitely call these guys again.

    Reasonably price. Friendly staff. On time. They took care of my toilet and bath tub pipes on the second floor. They also have a 3 months warranty when they fix something. If it needs to be fix again during that time they will do it for free.

    Gerald and crew dug up and replaced a broken drainage line for me this past summer. The whole experience was pleasant and smooth (at least, as pleasant and smooth as plumbing issues can be).     I’m leery of 5* reviews when there are so many but in this case it is clearly well deserved. The owner showed up soon after I called, texted he was on the way and actually showed up. Aiden and Rebecca were amazing, email reminder they were coming, texted they were in the way and again actually showed up. There’s nothing better than the reassurance that your nasty problem is completely fixable and a quick one at that. They showed up at 9 and left at 1 after digging up and replacing the leaking, 60 year old, copper sewer pipe in the crawlspace. It’s rare to have full confidence going in but starting with the camera scope last week, proposal the same day and on the schedule within a week I am sold. Hopefully if you need the same work done it goes as smoothly for you.

    DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. I cannot recommend Drain Masters enough. They first helped me and my family out in 2017, just a week before Christmas and I had their number built into my contacts to give them a call today. They are one of the only businesses that were open on the weekend at the time and quick to respond, which if you work a M-F schedule and needing someone fast, they are a godsend. I gave them a call and Jason had someone out here in about 30 minutes. Everyone from Jason, who took my nervous weekend call, to Jake, who came out and got the job done in about 30-45 minutes, were all friendly, professional and did not make me feel embarrassed at all. It looked like Jake even cleaned the bottom of the tub, where I had the issue. What a guy! They really take care of you and their craft is built into their name. Thank you so much and I could not be more grateful!

    They actually answered the phone after the first attempt of calling unlike the other three places I called before. Once I advised them of my situation they sent a technician out within hours. Very happy and satisfied with services received and military discount that was applied to the bill. They also don’t charge by the hour.     During the coldest spell Anchorage experienced this year we had the unfortunate incident of water heater leak! The leak started Sunday evening. As we didnt need hot water during the night we decided to wait to call for help and started calling plumbers Monday morning. Because of the extreme cold 99% of the businesses we called were swamped and could not help us - except Drain Masters!They were able to send a technician in the afternoon and replaced the leaking valve and got our water heater working in no time.We were particularly impressed with the advice we received from Gerald - because of the age of our Water heater, we asked if we need to replace it? Upon inspection, Gerald Tyson recommended to replace the leaking valve and not the entire heater as it was still in good working condition - at $350 vs cost of new water heater! He essentially saved us almost $2200.Prompt and very professional service ... We whole heartedly recommend Drain Masters for all plumbing needs!

As he explained to me the problem he was troubleshooting to solve, I learned things about my plumbing and hope w this knowledge to use to avoid such problems jn the future. This tech explained things thoroughly, very easily and well so I could understand. When I call Drainmasters in future I want this Navy trained expert on my side to repair whatever is the problem w my drains and plumbing, such an important part of living.     Great experience. Called this morning at 9:00. Had boots on the ground a couple minutes after 10:00. Came prepared, we’re neat about their work, and were reasonably priced. Shaun was a competent technician, was respectful, and listened to our description of the problem.

    Just bought a new home and it came with numerous sewer problems. When other companies were telling me it would be a week before they could come out, Drain Masters was out the next day. They provided an outhouse when the problem took longer to fix than expected, and coordinated with the city and took care of reporting all the repairs the city needed to do. The next time I called them they were equally responsive, and remarkably affordable for several days of work.

    I was impressed with this company from the moment Olivia answered their phone. Everyone was professional and timely, from Grace scheduling the appointment, to James completing the work. James was thorough, professional, communicative and personable. Having a clogged drain is never fun, having contractors in your home during a pandemic unsettling; however, Drain Masters handled everything perfectly.

    Drain Masters really made it happen!!! Douglas did a great job of sending a tech over ASAP to assess our problem, after hours and on a Sunday. After arriving, Daniel immediately went to work and quickly resolved the issue. Daniel was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. When video revealed the root of our problems, Douglas was quick to assist in connecting us with a professional contractor to replace the deteriorated sewer line.We really appreciate Douglas and Daniel taking their time to discuss and explain things as they did.     Very good. Typical water heater R&R, fittings on new heater werent quite the same as old one. Mark & Shaun had to make couple parts runs, still got my new heater installed in what I consider record time. Wouldve taken me DAYS to do on my own. Well worth the money.

    Chris and the team were very knowledgeable and did a great job on the CIPP project. With no real disruption to the home I would highly recommend this company to any homeowners with older systems of cast iron piping. This crew made no mess whatsoever inside the house and made a great effort to keep the carpets clean. 5 stars to these guys for a job well done.

    Aiden arrived on time to take care of a clogged drain and assessed the problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost depending on what needed to be done, either remove and clear the trap or snake deeper. He completed the work quickly and I paid via credit card. It was quick and easy and he did quality work.
