I called Circle Plumbing & Heating for a complex boiler/radiant in-floor/indirect water tank issue I was having. From start to finish, I was very impressed. I own a fleet of rental properties in Anchorage, and perform the bulk of repairs and maintenance myself (as I have an extensive mechanical backround). Ive used numerous heating companies over the years. I would rank Circle at the top. The receptionist Autumn was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Communications w/ Will the technician while he was enroute + in-person was 5 star plus. Tech was extremely knowledgeable about my complex heating system + the specific issue I was having. He was friendly and professional and got my problem solved efficiently. He answered all of the many questions I threw at him, and talked me through preventative maintenance procedures on my system. I will be calling Circle Plumbing and Heating in the future, and I will be referring to all I know.

Excellent service from the first call (friendly and efficient), to quick follow up and scheduling, finishing with a great hot water heater installation. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, helpful and gave great service over all. Their pricing was very fair. I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else, even with slightly better pricing, because of the service Circle Plumbing provided. I dealt with Megan (on the phone) and Aaron (Plumber) the most, and they were rock stars, and I had a couple quick interactions with others on the phone, and received great service across the board.

My (ancient) indirect water heater had rusted through, started leaking and needed replacement. I requested quotes from four different plumbing/heating companies and Circle Plumbing was the only one who got back to me, and it was the very next day. They gave me a quote up front and we scheduled a date (about a week later).They called me as they were headed over, the installer wore a mask, worked quickly, and cleaned up after he was done. Great communication throughout, no surprises, the work was quality, and I felt that the price was fair. I would highly recommend them, and theyll be the first I contact in the future if I need anything else.

We recently had them replace our hot water heater and boiler. I was so glad we used them. The estimator who came out did a great job of describing what would and could happen and offering us options. The installers did a good install, moved quickly, and cleaned up after. Everyone communicated well. No surprises or issues with the furnace replacement.Being in the building trades myself, I think these guys are a good shop, and Id recommend using them or at least getting a quote.

Over the years, Circle has done a variety of work for us and its always top notch (new hot water heater, regular maintenance/repair work, etc.). But the reason Im writing this is because Circle came to our house within an hour of the 7.0 earthquake and fixed our flooding hot water heater. They were calm and collected during a crazy time and got the leak stopped immediately. They also checked for broken gas lines while they were there. Great company!

Circle replaced both units in our home in one day and we were up and running with an energy efficient Heater and Hot water tank. We are vey pleased with the Technician, the work and the price. We later had them install some gas pipes to hook up our new gas range, once again we were very pleased with the Technicians and Circle Plumbing.

I contacted Circle plumbing and heating to repair a zone valve that was bad on my boiler. I had previously used a company that rhymes with PLEBS. I will not recommend plebs any more they charged me to come out and tell me the zone valve was broken. I was like no S&%T, I already new that. Ed with Circle plumbing and heating came out, he repaired and professionally handled the situation cheaper and faster than plebs. I would highly recommend Circle plumbing and heating, they will be my go to company in the future.
