This company is by far the best around! I have issues every year with tree roots. This year, they have come out a couple times to solve my issues and have been the most upstanding, knowledgeable and professional people to work with. Jake and his crew are phenomenal! I won’t call anyone else!

Richard arrived on time and walk me through the whole process of having our septic tank pumped. He was also gave great feedback on how the condition of the the tank and everything inside the system looked. My mainline was clogged up and had caused my basement bathroom to flood. Jake and Justin came over and were able to diagnose the issue and have it repaired and working very quickly. These gentlemen were very friendly and explained what was going on while they did the work. I am happy with the repair and recommend Roto Rooter and also both Jake and Justin.

We were in desperate need of help with our basement drain backing up with sewage during the week of Thanksgiving. We called Roto-Rooter and got in contact with a guy named Aaron. He went out of his way to properly diagnose our problem. It was just days before the holiday and he and the office worked to get us taken care of before Thanksgiving.During the actual visit, he and another gentleman (Im sorry I didnt catch his name!) came to fix the issue. They were both helpful, professional, and efficient with their time.We are so grateful for their expertise and working with us when we were in such a bind.Everyone involved went above and beyond and well definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again if we need help. While we didnt plan on having issues, our church had them and there were problems after problems but they handled them professionally and always kept us in the loop. Other companies recommended them and we are so fortunate that we called. Working in 90+ degree heat and in a 14 foot hole, the employees never batted an eye. Thank you for your prompt service!

Jake came out today and did a fantastic job! Our main line was clogged which caused our bathroom tub and show is not to drain.The person who came Saturday didn’t fix the issue. He was responsive, timely, and fixed the problem without extra charge. Thank you!

Mike came out in a pinch and helped us out at our business on Main Street yesterday afternoon. Total professional, and showed me how to try cleaning the drain trap myself. He ended up needing to snake the floor drain for us, which made an immediate improvement. Hell definitely make Roto-Rooter our go-to for drain issues in the future.

The staff at the Ames Roto Rooter are always professional, courteous of your home and do an amazing job. I’ve had them over to my house multiple times and they fix the issues the first time and make sure you are satisfied with the completed job. Also ask if you want to pay with a check to lower the bill instead of credit card. Don’t be dumb, call them when things go south.
