Tim and Parker with Quick Quality Plumbing are top notch. They were faced with an incredibly complex job at my home with a kitchen plumbing drain rerouting and sewer stack modification. They quickly came up with a plan which I approved. They successfully implemented it over the weekend. They were very courteous, professional, and efficient with their time. Their solution was a marvelous success. They cleaned up after themselves so well that anyone viewing the area would not even know they were there. Multiple other plumbers recommended a solution that was not as tenable as the one Tim and Parker implemented. Tim and Parker had a very deep understanding of plumbing which was essential to the successful completion of this job. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs and I highly recommend them to all that are in need of plumbing services.

We had a basement bathroom tub water faucet that only the hot water came out. The cold-water valve was so corroded that no water would come through. Quick Qualitys plumber came out and tried to open up the valve to replace it, but it was too corroded to open up. He said the whole valve mechanism would have to be replaced, but the cost could be up to $1500. We elected to do nothing since we rarely used this bathroom. The serviceman (dont remember his name) felt bad that he couldnt do something to help us. He left without charging us anything for his work.This was the second time weve used Quick Quality Plumbing.We would recommend them for any problems you have with plumbing. Their servicemen are highly qualified and will treat you more than fairly concerning your needs.

They gave us the best price for a sewer line replacement and did a good job. It has been almost a year since the repair and we have had zero trouble. They dug into our front yard and did their best to not wreck the rest of the lawn. =) They were amazing at communication! They were so quick to respond, were very accurate and friendly, honest, and were knowledgable about what they were doing and could answer all of my questions. When the project was over, I was less impressed with how they left the lawn. After filling in everything, the lawn was quite uneven, there were still some small piles of dirt on grassy areas that gave the lawn a hard time, and our family put in quite a bit of work to even things out afterward. But other than that, they are a great company that I would call again.

I should preface this by saying I have one-month old twins at home and didnt have time to shop around. I needed hot water. This is also not an angry review; Im more sad than anything. Quick Quality Plumbing charged my wife $1500 for a 3 hour, no parts, labor only install of a water heater. This is so dishonest that I dont even need to say anything else.UPDATE: Within an hour of leaving my review, Ryan called and cleared everything up. I really do appreciate that they took time to address the issue and did so quickly! I increased my score and edited certain parts of my original review accordingly. Thanks, Ryan!

It started out as a cool, rainy morning. I got up to take a nice hot….wait for it…..wait for it…….well, that’s exactly what I kept doing. But the hot never came. My shower was distinctly on the cool side.That was odd. We normally have 80 gallons of hotness. Well, the shower does. Not me.Our double-barreled 40 gallon water heaters had developed a serious case of incontinence. Hot water everywhere. Except in the tanks.For a brief moment, I thought about replacing the tanks myself. But then there were brief moments when I thought skydiving might be fun too.Anyhoo, we called Quick Quality Plumbing and they said that for a couple bucks more, they could replace Twin Leaks with a fire-breathing Ferrari of water heaters. A tankless heater that would deliver enough hot water to power six(!) roaring hot showers for hours on end.Quick Quality Plumbing’s crack crew arrived and started working their magic. Seriously. One moment these two hulks of rusted metal were there, and in the next they had been transformed into a shiny little hot box of water technology.Mind you, magic can take a moment. Or a few. In our case they worked until 9pm to get it done and make sure that my family and I could wake up to hot showers again.It was a tankless job, and I am glad they did it.

Jared got us a water heater for Christmas as a present. We got into our home after being homeless for several years and didn’t have a lot of money for anything extra. We were super excited to see that when we turned on the water heater for the first time, nothing leaked.....a ten minute shower proved differently. I contacted Jared after seeing a post about wanting to help out a family in need and he responded right away! Even being clear out in east carbon, he made our Christmas by making sure we had a new water heater. This meant so much to us due to my husband having congestive heart failure and not able to work long hours. I’ve been in testing for MS this past year and work has been spotty at best for me. Quick Quality Plumbing really does look out for people. They are extremely professional and kind which really does make a difference. Oh my goodness, what can I say but that Quick Quality Plumbing is simply amazing! We had a couple of problems and contacted Jared at 8:30 in the evening and he promptly took our call as well as many other calls. If he didnt answer, we would hear back within an hour. They answered my call late on a Sunday, walked me through troubleshooting to get past the scary water spewing part, and then got a tech out to me the next day to make repairs. Jared came out to my home and took notes on the work we wanted done. He sent a bid within a few days and sent a further detailed breakdown of costs at my request. Some other contractors didnt even bother taking notes or sending a bid, so Quick Quality Plumbing vaulted to the front of our selection list from communication alone. Quick Quality Plumbing returned my phone calls quickly. Best of all, Quick Quality Plumbing was able to complete the plumbing updates and tile subcontractor work within a few weeks. Other contracts explained that it would be months before they could work us into their schedules. The work was done quickly and satisfactorily.

My hot water heater wouldnt stay lit. I called Jared early Sunday morning, he was here that afternoon. He had to order my parts and I made an appointment for him to come back on Wednesday morning to finish the repair. His assistant called me Tuesday evening and said he had time if I wanted him to come by at 6 pm. Of course I did! He came by at 6 and was finished and gone before 7! Best Plumbing Company in Utah County by far!! On a Friday night my wife discovered water backing up in the basement and we thought it was a broken line or the septic tank might be blocked and didnt know what to do. I called all of the plumbers i could find on the internet but Jared was the one who answered the call and was to my house in 20 minutes. He took care of the blockage in the main clean out in under an hour. His price was awesome, I was expecting a large after hours charge as most plumbers would, but Jared could tell we were stressed and was happy to help. Very professional and honorable company. They unclogged the drain, removed all items ruined by the waste water and cleaned/disinfected the entire basement. They did an amazing job. Quick Quality Plumbing is exactly that.. Quick (GREAT) quality plumbing! We had a leaking water heater, and Jared answered our 11:00pm phone call. He was able to walk us through what to do in order to make it til morning. The sweet office lady, Tan, got ahold of us first thing the next morning and put us on their schedule. Their tech, Chaz, came out and was able to get things all fixed for us. While he was here he also found that our PRV was leaking and replaced that for us. If you have plumbing needs, we definitely recommend Quick Quality Plumbing!

I heard back quickly and got on the schedule for them to come out to look into a leak I wasnt able to identify. When Jared came out for a diagnosis, he identified it within minutes and gave me a tube with more than enough silicone caulking to seal everything up myself since that was my preference. My Lowes water heater started leaking after four years so I called Quick Quality Plumbing. They had been so good the last time my water heater broke that it was a no brainer to call them. And they were awesome yet again. Bridger and Jason came the very next day and coordinated my warranty with the manufacturer and installed a new water heater ASAP! They were prompt and professional and provided excellent customer service! Definitely recommended!!!I needed a water heater installed ASAP! I called Jared at Quick Quality Plumbing at 7 p.m. on a Tuesday and he came and installed it in a couple of hours on Wednesday...the VERY NEXT DAY!!! And he only charged me less than half of what all the other plumbers I called had quoted me. If that was all there was to it he would still be worth it...but on top of the speed and price he also did a meticulous job making sure everything was done in a professional manner and was to my satisfaction. I put his magnetized business card on my water heater so I dont ever lose his contact information. I will be definitely calling him first the next time I need some plumbing work done!
