Great guys, very knowledgeable. They were able to set me up with a new water softener last minute and took the time to explain to me how to maintain my system and how it all works. They even installed my bidet for me for free while they were here! I definitely recommend them if you want your job done professionally and quickly.

They were timely and did a great job! I do think theyre on the more expensive end, though. They charged about $500 for 1 hour and 15 minutes worth of just labor. Our problem is fixed, but it was pretty pricey for just the labor.

MAC is top notch! They were fast, responsive, and had an amazing price. Our water heater broke last night and I called MAC. They had my water heater replaced in less than 2 hours of my call! They answered all my questions beforehand and were very professional. While replacing my water heater, I mentioned a problem I was having with an outdoor spigot and Miguel fixed it in minutes, no questions asked. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best! Use them, you won’t regret it!

This company was AWESOME !!! I tried to change my shower cartridge but could not remove due to hard water. I turned the water back on but the faucet was leaking. I called and they were incredibly understanding. They scheduled me that day to come rescue me. Miguel was great on the phone. Terrell came over at the time promised and removed the old cartridge and replaced with my new one. He was quick and very professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future

These are just some of the services MAC Plumbing has performed at my home over the last few years. They are my go to plumbers and I recommend them to anyone who needs work done. The owner is easy to work with and refreshingly straightforward. I always get direct answers and advice from them and they are always willing to answer my questions. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with this company. Even during these hard times they put their best foot forward. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. I cant say enough great things about MAC Plumbing. Their customer service and the work ethic are top notch. Al (the wonderful plumber sent out to repair our plugged pipe issue) was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly before starting. They showed up on time when they said they would (which for any contractor these days seems like a miracle!) and did excellent work. If you need reliable, quality plumbing work done, MAC Plumbing is the way to go!

There are two parts to my review. Mac plumbing is the company of record with my home warranty company and came out promptly when called when our bathtub started backing up. Krystal (sp) was very friendly and helpful on our phone call and Miguel came and was the same. He and his crew discovered that our entire main sewer pipe was collapsed and needed a whole new replacement which would include excavation services. This of course became more complicated and expensive. With different options came different prices and we settled on what we both thought was the price for service rendered. At completion of the job, which included 1)city inspectors, 2) excavation company, 3) and the plumbing, Miguel coordinated all the work and came up with a price different than what I thought was the final price. We met together as gentlemen and worked out a compromise in which I felt satisfied and was acceptable to him.The job was admittedly complex and expensive but I feel I got a fair market price and appreciated Miguels professionalism during the whole process. I will use them again if the need arises and give them my hearty recommendation as a quality run company from the initial call to completion.

I am so impressed with MAC plumbing! I needed a last minute second opinion on a sewage line and potential costs of replacing. Miguel was speedy to come over. His estimate seemed very honest and realistic but he also made us feel better in sharing his opinion about the urgency of the fix and offered less expensive options to keep up in maintenance. All of his quotes on other areas of the home were half the cost of the previous plumber. He is knowledgeable and well experienced. I know I will be using MAC for future plumbing issues!

Our tenants had an a.c. company come out to our rental property. They quoted the repair starting at $1600. I called mac plumbing for a second opinion and they fixed it for 65% cheaper then the other company. Honest, hard working, fast company. Ill never go with anyone else.

MAC Plumbing is great. We had a leaky faucet from the upstairs that was dripping into our kitchen. Everyone else said they couldnt come until the next day or later. These guys squeezed us into their schedule and didnt have to cut into our walls.

I had a kitchen replaced because of a warn pipe and it bursted,and flooded . The insurancestry was involved too. That being said Mac Plumbing was sent, and restored my plumbing in the kitchen. Sine then Ive had different needs and fixes and Mac has been there . Its a great peace of mind that there is professional, company that has professional workers.

My water heater was in its 12 year of a typical 10 year lifespan. I wanted to go tankless, but most vendors wanted to keep me with a tank. I was keen on a Rinnai, but they took the time to explain to me the benefits of the Noritz so we went with their suggestion. I pulled the trigger on Friday and the following Tuesday they were here--starting around 9am and done by 5pm. Clean work, great communication and one more happy customer. I compared prices with a local big box retailer and their associated local installers and their price was significantly higher. I went local and am very happy with my decision.

I had an issue with my drain being clogged and Nick came and took care of it for me with a hydro-jet cleaning of my drainpipe. He also noticed an issue in the way my drainpipe was connected to my sink and fixed it for me on the spot. Couldnt be happier with the service, professionalism, kindness of these guys. My drains are running like new!

Had a water leak in our main supply line. Used 218,000 gallons during the winter. Luckily had insurance through HomeServe that covered the repair.The crew showed up on time and had everything organized. They worked efficiently and sold cut the lawn, used sheets of plywood to hold the dirt during the process, carefully removed the pavers by the flower bed. When finished everything went back in place and looks better than before.As a side job also replaced a toilet in the basement.Very happy with their work and highly recommend them.

If you are looking for a local company that doesnt beat around the bush. These guys are it.They also did their best to not disrupt day to day tasks.The receptionist is also very easy to talk to.

Called these guys this morning and they sent someone two hours later. Nick came and fixed our issue. It was a lot more involved than either one of us were planning on but he was very knowledgeable, friendly and walked me through the process to fix the problem. He was persistent in fixing the issue that had some complications. I will absolutely use these guys in the future and highly recommend them. They are honest, reliable and skilled. I’m relieved to have the problem fixed.

This is the plumbing repair company that you want to call for all of your plumbing needs and problems. They did superior work on my daughters house where there was a tiny leak in the water main, causing water to pool up in a basement closet. We thought that this would be a major operation, going through several inches of solid concrete and perhaps requiring an entire change-out of the main pipe to the street. But, MAC plumbings highly competent workers were able to target the problem and reduce the fix to the problem area itself, resulting in minimal disturbance to the landscaping and interior of the basement. They not only fixed the leak, but the poor construction that was the cause of the leak. They cleaned up after themselves and its virtually impossible to see the area of repair. Highly recommended!
