Our old boiler finally gave out and we had no hot water in our home! Budget plumbing took good care of us and got things taken care of quickly. They did excellent work, were very professional and their quote was much less expensive than one given to us by another plumber. Our old boiler was large and the boiler room was cramped and hot and it was a mess for them to deal with, but they worked all day and late into the night determined that we would have hot water in our home the next day. I was very impressed with their service and will highly recommend their company to everyone.

Called and was able to make an appointment for the next day when I wanted. I was given a 4 hour window of when they could show up, and no one ever showed up or called. I called in and they were very polite and called the plumber and got back to me. We ended up rescheduling for the next morning. I the same issue with no show and no call. Called back in and they promised the plumber would arrive in an hour. He showed up about an hour and a half later. He was very polite and friendly and resolved my issue quickly. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergent problem because I did enjoy the service, I think just poor communication.

I had a clogged sink in my garage. I had another plumber come out and fail at removing the clog. Mike sent out his guys and they were able to clear the clog with no problem. They were also a lot cheaper than the other quotes I had! 5 Stars for sure!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had my appt. on Wed, Oct 07. Michael M. was my tech and he had a plumber in training, Robert, who assisted him. Both techs were professional, knowledgeable, and super nice too! On the morning of my appt, Michael called me to let me know he was on his way to my house; and he arrived shortly after that. I had several plumbing problems that needed to be fixed and Michael & Robert did a great job. When I expressed my concerns about the problems I needed fixed, Michael was very patient in explaining the problems I was having and the options available to fix them. I used Budget Plumbing last year and had a great experience, thats why I chose them again. Overall, GREAT JOB done, and final bill was very reasonable. I will continue to use Budget Plumbing in the future...and so should you!

Chad plumbed a water line and hooked up the water to our new refrigerator. He was very professional and friendly. Came on time. Finished within his estimated time. No hidden costs. Cleaned up after himself. Very respectful. My husband was working from home and we have a dog. Chad was very sensitive to how loud he was and would warn us when he was going to use loud power tools. I really appreciated that. He thought of things that I didnt think of and I appreciate that. He went the extra mile.

These guys scheduled a visit with me for just two days after I called which was amazing. I have had so many plumbers ignore my voicemails etc. They were on time, patient with me when I had to grab another part for them to do an extra thing I added on at the last minute, and fixed two ancient valves. They are on my list as the people to call again!

I work in real estate and had a client that needed their water main pressure regulator valve replaced for their home that was under contract. My clients had already moved out of state and the home was vacant. I called several companies. Budget quoted me the best price over the phone and got the work done fast. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Ross Downing was very Professional and Knowledgeable on what needed to be done. I am the Office Administrator for the Orem Community Church and our sewer lines backed up again. Just a brief history, weve had sewer problems for a number a reasons over the past several years. Weve been told by other plumbing services that our sewer lines needs to be fixed or replaced due to either Bellies or what I like to call Zig Zag Piping because I dont know the proper term. Anyhow, our sewer lines backed up again and it flooded the bathrooms and the sinks drained in to our utility closet and flooded that. I decided to call another Budget Plumbing rather than our usual go to commercial plumbing service. With in about 20 minutes Ross showed up cleared up our lines and said from what he could see that our pipes look pretty good, He did give some great suggestions to handle the continuous problem. What a sigh of relief this is for our Council!! Weve gotten bids to have our sewer lines replaced and its something that our small congregation can afford. What a relief Ross was to us, his suggestions were great and very suitable for us right now.Thank You for your honest and amazing service to our community!!

Chad was awesome in quickly diagnosing and repairing what we thought was a water heater problem which could have cost us hundreds but just needed to remove a regulator that wasn’t needed for a residential home and ta da! Hot water again! Only $180. Worth it!The person making the appointment for us was delightful and has a great sense of humor.We used Budget over a year ago to remove a serious blockage of a basement drain during a basement finishing. Another big name company said we had to dig up the concrete floor to get to the blockage. Budget had a super duper blaster that the other companies don’t have. Problem solved for a fraction of the cost of the big companies.I’ll call them anytime. They’re worth the possible wait.

Budget Plumbing did an excellent job on my home. I discovered a leak in my basement wall, was feeling very concerned about where the water was coming from, and could not find the source. I called Budget Plumbing, he showed up right on the same day I called. I was expecting him to look for the source, give me an estimate, and find a time that they could schedule the repair. Eric showed up on time, immediately found the source, and told me he could do the repair right away for a VERY reasonable price. He left to get a couple of parts, came right back, fixed the leak right away, and immediately gave me some peace of mind. He showed me exactly where the leak had occurred, and showed me how he fixed it so the same issue wouldnt happen again. Very pleased and satisfied with their work. I highly recommend them. They are skilled at their job, and it was very worth it.

Ive used them several times and have always received professional and reliable service. This last time was for a cartridge failure in our shower. Water was leaking out the shower handle pretty bad and it turns out water was getting into the wall as well. I called and they were on site within an hour or so. Got the cartridge replaced and everything fixed up. Theyve given me sound guidance and service at a reasonable price. Cant ask for more!

I had a main sewage drain problem. Rented a machine to try and fix it myself, but to to avail. A friend recommended Budget Plumbing & Rooter so I gave them a call. They gave me a window between 12-4pm. At 12:30 I get a call saying they would be about a half and hour. 45 minutes later I get a call from the plumber saying hes fifteen minutes out. He was friendly and we chatted while he ran the machine and unclogged the main sewage pipe (roots and diaper wipes). Cost was $194 even, much better than roto rooters.Liked that the appointment was sooner than later.Didnt mind that their timing was a bit off, and the price is competitive.I recommend them.

I had one of those emergencies two weeks ago where I needed a drain cleaning service and needed them immediately. BUDGET PLUMBING was the only service I called who said they would get me taken care of that same day. The two technecians came and did a thourough service on my system and repaired another incindental problem that came up. And their price was well worth the service they gave.I have been using BUDGET PLUMBING for the past 5 years whenever I have had one of those unforgettable problems and they have consistently exceeded my expectations.
