The team at Berts Waterworks is absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a water heater start leaking on me and after calling around multiple places, I gave my business to Berts Waterworks. I find it difficult to find honest businesses and people these days that will be responsive, trust worthy and also provide a decent value. Leslie gained my trust very quick with her responsiveness and honesty. Cori was great to work with when he came out to swap everything out. I will use this team again for any future repairs as well as provide them as a recommendation for anyone I know. Thanks again for providing and exceptional service!

We had a water heater implode and leak into our finished basement for the second time in 6 years. Even though our water heater was still under warranty, we decided to switch to a tankless water heater and find a new plumber. I was so glad we called Bert’s. Usually the installation for a tankless water heater is an all day thing so most plumbers weren’t able to fit us in for a while. But we told Bert’s about our situation and they figured out a way to send two plumbers to fix it that same day. They even charged us less than their estimate because they finished faster than anticipated. They seem to have more experience installing tankless water heaters than other plumbers we called which was reassuring. The person who answers the phone is so knowledgeable and helpful, which is a lifesaver when making a big decision quickly.

Wow! These 5 star reviews are DEFINITELY deserved! First time using Berts Plumbing after my water heater died and leaked water everywhere right before Thanksgiving (businesses were already closed) so I left a message hoping for an appointment sometime this week. To my delight, I got a call right before 8 a.m. Monday morning (they open at 8 a.m.) and Hayden was at my house installing a new water heater shortly thereafter! They are so easy to use, professional, FAST and the price was VERY reasonable!!! Berts is TOP NOTCH, Hayden was WONDERFUL and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thanks Berts!!!

Our water heater was leaking so I called Bert’s to take a look at it. Hayden arrived about a half hour after I called!! They replaced the water heater and the entire job was finished less than 3 hours after I called!!!! I haven’t experienced that kind of service in a long time. I highly recommend them. Not only were they fast, but also very friendly.

Cory was amazing. When two other plumbers made it sound like we were about to have serious issued with our main sewer line in our yard and under the street, Cory came out and reassured us we had a very small belly in our line and if it wasnt backing things up we shouldnt have anything to worry about. He saved us $35K of unnecessary work and took care of the actual problem we had called in about, a hole in our inside sewer line.

Cory helped us with a number of different projects when we redid our kitchen and master bath. He had to come out several times, and we were impressed each time with him and his team. Cory’s experience in the business really helped us out as we moved pipes for a new tub. He explained his recommended course of action, and we are so grateful for his knowledge. It saved us from headache years down the road.Berts waterworks is the whole package. They called us before they were coming and arrived on time. And, when the job was done, they cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving a mess behind like many plumbers I have worked with before.I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing. I highly recommend them for both new and Existing work.

They did a great job. They redid ALL of the drains in the house as well as replace the main line into the house. Installed a tub and shower. They are very responsive and arrived on time. Berts waterworks is so helpful. We had an urgent water issue and Leslie was able to send Cori out right away. The leak was a nightmare to locate and required extensive work to get to. We had to call in a HVAC team to remove duct work, so the leak could be accessed and repaired. Cori was very attentive through the whole process. He was there when he said he would be, cleaned up after himself, gave us options and kept us informed. I was beyond grateful for the genuine care and service offered at such a busy time of year (Christmas Season). Berts Waterworks is easy to work with, their prices are more than fair and they will do the job right. I highly recommend them.
