I called many companies and contractors about my patio concrete to be lifted, Rhino Foundation Systems were the most professional and the most responsive one. They were the first to send someone to check my patio and give me an estimate. Today Russel showed up right on time and did all the lifting and filled all the voids that my patio and walkway needed. I absolutely loved the job he did and the professionalism showed by him and his crew. They did an excellent job and I totally recommend their service to anyone.

Im so glad we decided to hire someone to protect our basement from water! We had to dry up our floors and remove our carpet a few times, and finally had enough. Rhino Foundation Systems did great work and it was rough work. Carrying all their supplies down into our basement, up and down the stairs, and taking 2-3 days to get it done well. They worked together with Blair from Utah Basement Systems and installed a system that has addressed the specific problem in the basement of our 1941 home. We did some of the demo ourselves, and it made me appreciate when they came in and did the more detailed stuff. As you can see from the pictures, it was a pretty extensive job, with putting pipes around the inside of the basement floors, wall coverings to help direct the water into them, updating our sump pits, and then gravel and concrete on top of the pipes. Battery back up for the sump pump brings a sense of security. I wish Id taken some better before/after pictures, but I looked over everything after they were done and am very happy with the quality of their work.

If I could give 10 starts I would. I wasnt even sure that my old leaking basement could be fixed. But these guys not only fixed it, but fixed it beautifully, and came back when I had a follow-up problem (not due to their work). They were professional and upfront and friendly and responsive and treated me like a big client, even though I know my project was small for them. And my basement is dry! Its a miracle! I am so pleased, I will recommend them to everyone I know.

In the end I was happy with this company, but only because the customer service from Travis was awesome. I was very frustrated at first with the project because we still had leaking in our foundation after they finished, and the additional repairs were expensive. I realize its difficult to bid correctly when you cant see whats under the dirt and inside walls. Travis went out of his way to make sure it was done correctly, the bid was fair, and spent a good amount of time explaining all the options and details about how to get a good outcome. I appreciated the extra time he took and could tell he was genuinely concerned that I was happy with the project in the end.

Rhino Foundation was great, when we first talked to them it was the middle of winter, and they still came out to give a quote.They made sure to let me know it was best to wait a few months until the ground thawed so they could get the best results possible.They showed up on the day of the appointment, on time, Russell was great to keep me informed the whole time what was going on.We had a larger cavity under our garage slab they had to be filled, and they were great to make sure we knew that they may go over their initial budget, but were happy to stop at that time or keep going to finish the job correctly.I would definitely use Rhino again and will let my friends know as well when and if they need their concrete fixed.Thanks Rhino

He was honest and real that the solution was likely a simple solution I could easily do myself. He was 100% right and everything is perfect now. I didnt need to use Rhino after all, but if I ever have any issues, I know I can trust them. Definitely recommend them and Casey.

I contacted a couple of companies, Davenport Foundation Systems and Rhino. I ultimately chose Rhino because they were very easy to work with and tried their best to give me a good price. I didnt know what this job entailed but I was surprised how much work is involved. The workers were easy to communicate with and kept me apprised of the progress and I am very pleased with the outcome. Now I feel much more secure with the added stability that the east side of my home needed. And, there is a warranty, I think 10 years, which adds to my satisfaction. Thank you Rhino!

Last fall (1999) I received a bid from Rhino Foundation Systems to lift a portion of my RV concrete slab. Over time a portion of the pad had lowered and was no longer level, smooth or aesthetically-pleasing as it had been when it was first laid. I felt the bid was fair and competitive so I contacted Rhino Foundation Systems and set up a time for the work to be done. The weather started to change and I was concerned about having the work done when the ground was getting below 40 degrees. I contacted Rhino, expressed my concerns, and cancelled the scheduled time. (this was very easy with no resistance for them) I had already paid 50% of the bid which Rhino immediately gave back.In the spring of this year (2020) I was contacted by Rhino asking if I would like to reschedule the work. We set up a date and time for the work to be completed.On March 23, 2020 I was contacted by Russell and told that he was on his way to my home and would be there at a specific time. Just a few minutes after the scheduled time Russell was at my house. Russell looked at the job and said that there may be an additional cost. I told him that this was giving me some concern…thinking that this was a version of bait-and-switch. Giving the customer a bid and agreeing to the price. Once the workers show up the customer learns that the price quoted may not be the actual cost. After a short dialog with Russell he started the work. As Russell and his helper (his cousin) started lifting the pad they told me what to look and listen for. It was interesting and went very smooth. The work was completed and the job was done at the cost that the sales person and I had initially agreed on last fall.After Russell and his cousin finished they cleaned up the job site and wanted to know if I was satisfied with the job they had done. They asked if there was anything else that they could do to make sure I was happy. I told them that I had an initial concern when I was told the price may be higher than was quoted but was happy that Russell was able to do the job for the quoted price.If I can make any constructive comments to Rhino Foundation Systems it would be to their sales people. When they give a quote they need to make it perfectly clear to the customer that it is nothing more than an educated guess and that the actual cost may be higher or lower. In my case it was the quoted price, but I did have initial concerns and took it out on Russell. (It isnt/wasnt his fault but he took the brunt of it.) I believe it would make the customer much happier and I know it would make the job much easier for the people who do the actual work when they show up to do the job and the customer get an unexpected surprise.

Rhino foundations was incredible!! They turned an unfortunate situation positive. I was thrilled that we went with this company. Blair set up the appointment and he was incredible to work with and answers all of my questions and made me comfortable. We had two separate crews come and both were amazing!! The second crew with Brendon, hyram, zac finished it up and made sure I was satisfied and were also amazing! I would highly reccomend this company!!!

The original bid came in excessively low. We ended up needing 250 lbs of foam compared to the 90 lbs that was bid. I think there is a lot of room to improve that bid system, our final payment was 2x what the original bid was. So make sure to plan for that when getting the bid. Also, negotiate the price per lb of foam over what was bid. Of the 3 companys that bid our work, this company charged the most for extra foam. I thought that would be fine as they were actually the company that said they needed the most foam.Russell came out and did the actual work. He knew what he was doing and was upfront with the work. He let me know that there is a possibility of cracking with the lifting. Work turned out great, and Im glad we have it fix (hopefully forever).

At first, a couple details for the work order werent clear to the crew when they started, but after some work was done, we discussed what the original intent of the scope of work to be and they completed it quickly and professionally.In all, I believe they provided excellent service especially when it was realized that an unanticipated change order was required.

Joel came out to do a foundation inspection and was absolutely fantastic. He gave us information on how to best fix the concrete that had sunk in around our foundation. He then inspected our whole home for any foundation issues and gave some DIY tips. Joel explained that our best fix would be to have the concrete replaced, so we didnt have Rhino do any work. But Id recommend having these guys come look at your problem since they seemed to genuinely just want to tell you what your best solution would be.

Rhino Foundation Systems did a great job lifting a concrete pad on my front walkway. Jairus checked all the concrete on my property to make sure it was in good shape before he started working on the sinking sidewalk. He explained exactly how he was going to fix it and went to work. The sidewalk is now perfect and is not a tripping hazard. If anything else starts to sink I will definitely have them come back. Great customer service and work!

Interwest Concrete lifting recently leveled my slab driveway that had sunk in a number of places over the years. They responded immediately to my request for a quote and Troy was very knowledgeable regarding what it would take to make the repairs. I was impressed with their follow up and follow through. I had reached out to a few other businesses for quotes but was disappointed in their lack of follow through and apparent disinterest in taking the job. The work Interwest did looks great and their pricing was quite reasonable. I would highly recommend them if you need any kind of concrete work. They are honest and dependable.

Brian and Ferron were amazing! We had a small lift to do on our front porch that has been getting progressively worse since at least the early 1980s (when my Dad remembers it to). It had dropped the corner of the house about 3 inches at least, making the brick column crack apart, the roofline look all screwy, and even the screen door would rub the ceiling on the porch.They were available for this job super fast. Everyone else couldnt come for at least three months, and their prices were about double what Rhino offered. All the other guys wouldnt even consider trying to lift it back into place, just drive piers and stabilize it while leaving it all crooked.When these guys came out, they texted beforehand to let me know when to expect them, and showed up on time with all the equipment necessary. Brian walked me through everything he would do, and explained any of the risks of trying to lift the porch. They dug the smallest holes possible, and kept everything neat and tidy on tarps. The lift went super well, and Im thrilled with how straight it all is.10/10 I will be using Rhino for more work, and recommend them without any hesitation. Thank you!

Joel promptly came to do an estimate on an RV pad that has slowly been sinking. He provided a quick and professional estimate, explaining options, and asked if there were any other questions or concerns while he was there. I remembered a couple of questions on a couple of cracks in the sheet rock in our house, and a few floor areas that creak and he again quickly diagnosed that it was normal settling of about 1/2 at the back of the house. There was no pressure to go with them, and I was impressed he didnt try to sell me the moon when showing him other possible concerns. Instead I left the exchanged relieved that thankful for the professional opinion. He was professional and personal and I am very impressed with Rhino!

Got a quote from them in October 2019 to lift our concrete patio. Didnt pull the trigger then, but they honored that quote in April 2020. Showed up on time (actually a little early). Got the patio lifted to about 90-95% of what I was hoping for. They started to notice some signs of stress and they pulled me over to thoroughly discuss my options. Brian was respectful, concise, and informative. In all honesty, concrete lifting seems like such a crapshoot that I was very pleased they got my patio up as high as they did. And Brian gave me solid advice. Their quote was easily the most affordable of the 5 or so businesses I got quotes from, and it ended up being exactly what I paid, which I know isnt always the case. Id recommend them for sure.

We had Joel Anderson, Estimator, come out and look at an old house we just purchased. This home has big problems. He did a complete inspection, proceeded to explain why the floors were collapsing. We told him we were trying to decide whether to demolish the home or repair it. He quickly calculated what the cost would be to repair just the foundation. He was still willing to share his knowledge even though he had a good idea he would not get the job. Next time I need foundation work, I will call Joel. I like working with honest, knowledgeable craftsmen.

Basement waterproofing 3 day job (concrete demolition and reinstall) with Russell! He worked hard and communicated well from the start with a call ahead before arrival. He also retrained his staff. I have changed my review from a 1 star review to a 5 star review. (Original review-Salesman was 35 minutes late. Didnt call. I finally called the number. Internal staff was unapologetic, made excuses and even said the appointment was 8-9 and indicated they the sales person was still 5 minutes away and then said It isnt 9 yet. I couldnt believe how flippant she was. I would recommend a more professional company for something as important as the foundation repair of your home.)

We have had major settling in our driveway and patio, needing it to be repaired/lifted. After calling a few companies, we decided to use Interwest. They were prompt and very fair with pricing. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We were very pleased with the work done. The following spring we continued to have settling (due to the soil in Saratoga). Interwest has a one year warranty and came back out to fix the settling issues under warranty. They were again very easy to work with and stand by their work. I rarely write reviews but just wanted to say that I was very impressed with Troy from Interwest. He came out to give us an estimate for foundation repair and also some concrete we were thinking about lifting. I previously had two different companies give us estimates that were so drastically different that I wasnt sure what to do. One company gave us a bid for almost $7,000 to stabilize the foundation and $4,600 to lift the foundation. The next company told us the foundation was fine and suggested we spend about $1,000 to only lift one section of the concrete. Thats why we called Interwest to get a 3rd opinion. Without telling Troy we had other estimates, he came in, took measurements, and assured us that our foundation was fine (big sigh of relief). He also said that he could lift our foundation but wasnt sure if we would be happy with it because the concrete was already badly cracked. I feel that Troy is someone you can trust and appreciate his time and honesty.

Blair came and spent 30 minutes going over all the water issues in our basement, and said our problem was not with the foundation. I was blown away by his expertise, professionalism, integrity and character. Needless to say, I would use this company based upon this experience alone.

We had walls and a ceiling that were cracking as our house sank. I was really impressed with every worker who came to work on our project. They were very polite and worked non-stop, efficiently and fast. I was amazed how one gaping wall crack closed up to just a line as the foundation was lifted.Everything was explained clearly to me before I accepted their proposal, including how the price could change if they had to send the piers down deeper. I was scared to death that it would cost me an arm and a leg and my first-born child, but their prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend Interwest.

I called this company to look at my foundation. They were very responsive. In fact, the guy who came out to provide a bid (Troy) even swung by my office to give me a ride to the project site (because my car was in the shop). Troy was very detailed and got down in the dirt (literally, with a shovel) to accurately diagnose the situation and give me a good estimate. He took time to go over a couple of options for my unique situation. I felt like he was honest about what could and couldnt realistically be accomplished, and didnt over-promise -- which I really appreciated. I was very impressed.

Blair Scoresby, Russell Lewis, and co-workers at Rhino Basement Systems completed the crawlspace encapsulation in my home with excellent results and in a highly professional manner. There were some bumps along the way, as in all construction projects, but these issues were resolved quickly, and the final results were top-notch and professional. Blair quickly responded, inspected the crawlspace, and immediately provided a detailed estimate. I received two other estimates from other companies but these were sub-standard. Rhinos work included removing mouse-infested fiberglass insulation, sealing the rim joist and sill plate with spray foam, installing rigid foam board on the concrete walls, dimple-padding over the floor, and CleanSpace liner on the floor and walls. This type of crawlspace encapsulation protects your home and adds value- you should have the work done by the pros at Rhino.

Unfortunately they tried to do the work but after 5 hours of work they were unable to lift it with the procedure they tried (8 holes in the cement and blow concrete in the holes). I called Interwest to come out and within a couple of hours the porch was lifted back to its original placement! It was amazing. The employees did a great job and we are really happy with the work. We just wish we would have called Interwest first. Sometimes cheaper isnt always better!:> Highly recommended!!!

The guy who came out was Troy, He was really nice, he explained what had happened to cause this, he also said that we would be better off doing something else than paying to have him lift it. Interwest Piering raised up a very heavy (almost 3 feet thick) concrete pad on my property. This pad sits on a spot that is wet 6 months of the year.I like knowing that this pad cannot sink after having the piers installed.Thanks for the great work!

Our HOA had numerous areas of uneven sidewalks caused by settling. Since many of the residents are elderly the board wanted the problem resolved in the quickest and most cost effective way. Interwest Concrete Lifting had the most competitive bid and scheduled the work within a few days. The crew was hard working and knowledgeable, completing the project in a timely manner and excellent workmanship.

Great work. I had a problem where theres a downspout drain in the slab in addition to other places. The installers explained what could cause problems rather than just plowing through the work order. Honest and helpful. The result is exactly what I wanted. Thank you!

Interwest was very professional to deal with and provided a very straightforward and timely response to my first inquiry, sending out a representative to quote the work, scheduling the work and performing the work. Matt and Cameron who did the work did an excellent job and even helped do some additional work that was extremely helpful and great quality.
