I have had numerous interactions with ownership and office staff, And I have nothing bad to say about them if I could give them six stars, I would Joey and his sister companies have also done a lot to boost the Construction side of my business They’ve been extremely helpful for my company and we are currently starting two projects with them and look forward to doing more with them. They are very transparent in what they expect as well as great at listening to concerns that we may have on the projects but overall, I would say that they are very knowledgeable and a great company to work with.

We started working with KDK Construction just a few years ago. I would love to say that every project we did together encountered zero hiccups but that’s not the case. But show me a project that doesn’t encounter some type of unforeseen issue that deals with, scheduling, logistics, current scope of work, and additional work? You will not find it!What we do know and can always count on with LDK Construction is they’re reasonable to talk too and will help to resolve any problem that comes up.Our experience is in the end they do what’s right and fair and it hasn’t always benefited them.

I used KDK on many projects and always had great experiences. In construction we know no project is perfect and something always arises whether it’s missed in the drawings, owner changes, unforeseen site conditions, etc. However, KDK’s team was able to pivot and tackle any issue that would arise to avoid schedule delays.
