    We recently hired HomeTech Renovations to transform our unfinished basement into a beautiful and functional living space, and we couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the HomeTech team was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.The project began with a detailed consultation where they listened to our needs and vision for the space. They provided valuable input and creative ideas to maximize the potential of the basement. David guided us through the design process, ensuring every element would seamlessly come together.The crew arrived promptly, worked diligently, and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. The craftsmanship is excellent - the hardwood floors are stunning, the walls are perfectly finished, and the separate areas for the home office, gym, and second family room feel thoughtfully laid out.Overall, our experience with HomeTech Renovations was outstanding. Our new finished basement looks great and has enhanced our homes value. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch renovation team.

    Hometech did a great job on our kitchen upgrade. The space is more usable and matches the existing cabinets. We enjoyed their work so much, we are using them for another project building a custom butcher block piece.

    HomeTech recently completed our master bath/bedroom renovation and we couldnt be happier with the final result. HomeTechs team was great from the start of design, through planning, construction and final punchlist items.Dave worked closely with us to develop a design that would solve our problems. Ken planned and managed the work and Brandon did the construction. All performed at the highest level of professionalism.It is risky hiring a contractor to do a project. We have all heard the horror stories. The HomeTech team was fantastic and I would hire them again for any future projects.

    HomeTech recently completed our master bath renovation. We are very happy with the transformation. The design and new room feel and look great!Saying that - construction in a lived in space is not simple! The hill has to be worth the climb. Looking back, we can now say it was. We chose HomeTech after walking away from 3 others, with whom we did not discover the same level of finished work or find sufficient trust, through the references we contacted.And at some point, after due diligence, if you want a significant change, one needs to take a leap. The difference here was in the design and construction as integrated but separate very professional processes.Yes, we highly recommend this company.

    David and the team did a fantastic job of upgrading our two bathrooms and turning them into spaces that we absolutely enjoy being in! Starting from the design help and project execution, we could not have asked for a more professional job. The project manager, Ken Baker was on top of everything, clearly told us the milestones they were going to achieve and the sequence of activities.All the team members were a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and extremely professional. They were quick to react and resolve a few unanticipated surprises that are bound to occur in such projects.David guided us on the right material for the bathrooms fully taking into account our style and wants. We have got multiple compliments from visitors on the rooms.

    We are so, so happy with the design, craftsmanship and installation of our new kitchen. The design looks amazing and fits our needs perfectly. David Cerami created something we’ve never seen before. The installation was performed with great attention to care and detail. Danny who did most of the installation was always on time, worked incredibly hard and always tidied up at the end of the day, the electricians, the plumbers, tilers, painters were all well coordinated and we had very little down time. Bottom line, we’ve had a fabulous experience and highly recommend HTR, without hesitation.

    We decided to remodel our kitchen and dining room, gutting both rooms. We met with David, working with us on design concepts and then choosing vendors and materials. From cabinets, flooring, island design, and more his teams that came everyday were very professional. They left us every day with a clean home. Our project took close to 3 months as we had added additional work which they were able to accommodate. Our new cabinets, island, hardwood flooring, and appliances all exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend HomeTech to anyone looking to have a professional team doing a wonderful job.

Their expertise was applied to all stages of the process: design, fixture selection/guidance, modifications with consideration of budget constraints, and top notch construction/implementation. In addition, they were considerate of keeping our living space as un-impacted as practical. Start to finish, the project was on time and on budget. We highly recommend them.

    Hometech Renovations is easy to work with, knowledgeable and dependable. I felt like I was their only client because of the amount of time they spent with me to discuss my vision for the reconstruction in my condo and ongoing renovation. David Cerami guided me through the process of choosing the tile, floors, cabinets and all the fixtures for two bathrooms and a kitchen. His recommendations were spot on. Ken Baker made sure that the construction was completed as outlined in the detailed “project book” and coordinated schedules with the plumber, electrician, etc.I had used HomeTech in my prior home to renovate my master bathroom and was extremely pleased with the outcome.Thanks to HomeTech Renovations I am so happy with my new home and the care that was used to create my vision. This is a great company to work with and they exceeded my expectations!

    Every morning for the past three years I have walked into my new kitchen with a smile on my face. We love everything about it and wouldnt change a thing. Dave Ceramis design ideas included things that were obvious (move refrigerator, add lighting) to things that we wouldnt have thought of in a million years (move washer/dryer, run back splash tile up to the ceiling over a window, wood floor throughout, and yes, there is room for adding seating at the kitchen counter!). Dave was easy to work with, listened to our needs and ideas, and came up with a plan that met our needs and our budget. His suggestions for materials created a visual unity of two rooms and at the same time distinguished them as two rooms. We saved and re-purposed several components, saving money, but making everything work better than it had before. Based on our experience three friends have used Home Tech and all were pleased with Dave Ceramis designs, installation and ability to solve their problems.The crew(s) were fabulous, except for the electricians who were sloppy and that was addressed immediately. All of the workmen, whether long-term employees or apprentices, were professional, personable and accommodating. And all took time every morning to explain the plan for the day and to answer questions. When there were surprises, Dave was on site. The issue was identified and a solution was found. No drama.The high level of craftsmanship is a hallmark of the job. The design is straight lines on paper, but it takes the installers to make it fit into a 45+ year old home with walls that arent quite square, ceilings that bow a bit, and outdated mechanical systems. And it is the craftsmanship that our guests comment on when they first see the kitchen--how the cabinets meet the ceiling, how the wood floor is laid, how the hood is mounted, how the different materials meet seamlessly.What a great experience!

    We used Lets Face It to renovate our kitchen a few years back and we very pleased with the end results and cost. A year ago we started looking for a company to renovate our master bath. After interviewing a number of contractors we discovered that HomeTech and Lets Face It were both run by Dave Cerami. After the initial design concept provided by Dave we hired HTR to do the renovation and moved forward to the final design. The end results are beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The tile work is exceptional and the new cabinets have given us 3x the space we previously had. Just prior to project start we made a few significant changes that Dave was able to accommodate with ease. We did have a few hiccups with a mirror getting scratched and a warped cabinet door (which both had to be replaced) but Dave and Ken pushed through the replacements as quickly as possible. We love our new bathroom and highly recommend Dave and his team at HTR.

    Hometech recently finished a full kitchen remodel at my home, and it is stellar. It looks absolutely beautiful, is so much more functional, and we love it.From the moment we met Dave Cerami it was clear he would be the one to help us with this project. He listened to what we wanted and came up with a fantastic design that captured our vision. We appreciated his help throughout the process.Jerry was the day to day person on the job. He did quality work, was super professional, extremely friendly, and made sure to leave the house clean every day. All of the subcontractors were good as well.I want to specifically call out the tile work on the backsplash. It is flawless and adds so much to the room.There was a hiccup with the fridge size; however, Hometech stood by their work and made it right. Ken Baker was our project manager, and he was extremely through that part of the process as well as the whole job in generalWe love it so much. I’d highly recommend Hometech. Easy to work with and the finished product just transformed our house. Thank you Dave, Ken, and Jerry!!!

    This review is long overdue. I have been living within my remodeled first floor kitchen, family room and dining area designed and installed by HomeTech for the last two years! My entire family loves what they did! We went to a completely open concept on the first floor and HomeTech gave us 2 design options then completed the chosen design within the timeframe scheduled. There were no huge issues; when one came up, it was clearly explained, and we adjusted accordingly. They were always responsive to questions and issues even after completing the installation. Several months after completion, we had an issue with the flooring; we coordinated thru HomeTech and the issue was resolved. We had a big electrical issue about 8mos after and the electricians responded quickly to help find the issue (it wasn’t anything due to their work). Overall, very happy with our renovation. We plan on reaching out to them when the budget allows for our bathroom renovations on the 2nd floor too!
