Highly recommend! Had a new black Friday gas oven delivered but COSTCO refused to install because our flex line was too small (they said for a dryer). They had already taken our old oven and told us to call a plumber. We have a AHS warranty but they said 2 days. I called around and nobody could come out for a few days… until I called Plum Pro. First, a real person answered when I called (no vm and call back game). She was friendly, listened and put me on a brief hold to check availability. To my surprise she offered to send a plumber same day. This was nearly 3pm and Rich was at my house in less than an hour with a smile. He gave an estimate and finished the job quickly so we could use the oven for dinner. Great experience!

This is the second or third time we had PlumbPRO out for service. This time we had John and Alex out to replace our water heater and sump pump. They did an excellent job & we have hot water again! They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. Scheduling was easy for same day repair. Previously, George replaced the toilets in our house and did an excellent job as well. We will be using them for our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Great first time experience with Tim at PlumbPro for troubleshooting my water softener installed by a commercial plumber a few years ago. Scheduling was a breeze with next day availability even so close to the holidays, and I appreciated Tim performing a thorough diagnostic evaluation of the system pinpointing the issue. I feel that this was not only more cost effective— but also arrived at a true root cause as compared to what the installer had identified a few weeks ago. Tim explained that for the long term, the unit should be replaced as the capacity is not appropriate for the size of my home, but he objectively presented all available options— and did not pressure me to agree to any additional work at that moment. I appreciated how he walked me through all of the details, and he was also wonderful with my dog. Highly recommend!

I had a really outstanding experience with PlumbPRO Services and their people. I essentially had a ’hidden’ leak underneath the foundation of the house. Gary came out and identified the issue, offered a number of options to correct the problem, and assembled a team including Alex and John to tackle the project. Even the owner, Matt, took time to explain the complexities of the issue. They were responsive, thorough, efficient, and took extra steps to limit how invasive the project was. I’m so happy with the outcome! Our twenty year old furnace became a pretty big headache. We had been experiencing no heat, and after multiple service calls with our oil company the unit finally gave up the ghost (quite literally) setting off carbon monoxide alarm and prompting calls to the fire department. Because of their failure to diagnose and service the furnace, we decided to replace the unit with a greener Heat Pump option and turned to PlumbPRO after receiving multiple bids. From the onset, Matt and Amanda at PlumbPRO showed they cared about the situation and worked with us to expedite the process of replacing our furnace and getting heat back to the property– something other companies we received quotes from failed to do. We felt like our situation was actually seen and heard rather than feeling like just a thirty-minute glance-over or inconvenience like our oil company made us feel.Further, PlumbPRO’s staff were great – from communicating with Kevin at the office to their inventory manager Ken getting the parts expediently for us, the whole team worked to make sure we hat heat before the next cold snap. Plumbpro has always been prompt and responsive whenever we needed them. They are a very well run business. You get a text of what technician is coming to your home along with a photo, and they notify you of their arrival time and they arrive when they say they will. I appreciate this because I’ve noticed that other service professionals I have used through the years are not as good at communication or follow up, or even returning phone calls. Today George came out to address an hot water tank and leaking shower issue. He was thorough and knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional, respectful of our home and solved all our issues. He also gave us options for the future, should we ever need to update or improve our plumbing needs.

George has been coming in since Day 1, he listened to our concerns and addressed everything that we had. He always laid out all of the options and gave his opinion so we could make the best choice. Highly recommend! I heard about PlumbPRO through a local Facebook page and reached out because we were having issues with our sink and dishwasher draining and garbage disposal not working. We also needed a new faucet. On a Friday, George arrived promptly, assessed our sink, dishwasher and garbage disposal, told me what was going on and provided recommendations. He fixed the draining issue right then and there and showed up the following Monday to install a new sink and faucet. We love it! Thanks to George and PlumbPRO. We hired PlumbPro after a friend referred them to us, we also had a few neighbors whom recognized them when they were at the house. After checking reviews we decided to start one of a few plumbing projects that we needed for our 1917 home. We started with a new whole home water filtration system and water softener. George was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we had everything explained to us, it made us feel like we were gaining information and solidified they were going to be our preferred plumber from here on out. They gave us pricing quickly, showed up on time and sent reminders for the appts. I’ve already been referring them to my neighbors in Glenside as our local plumber retired and was bought out, that business is a mess now. Flange had been in there aince 78.Called PlumbPRO due to a recommendation from a home depot contractor who said the damage is bad and the angle to remove it requires a right angle.Alex Mack was my plumber. He took care of it in just a bit over 2 hours. Really cool guy, professional, to the point and cleaned up well after. New toilet is flush to the ground, operates and everything is fixed. We just had significant work done to our outside sewage line that George did at PlumbPro. Not only was he professional, but he was also just a great person. After having plumbing issues that no one else could figure out, George figured it out right away (thanks, tree root) and was able to schedule us within a week to get the work done. The whole job happened so quickly, even with some added problems that our house made sure to provide for him. While I dont want ever to call George for a work call again (who wants to deal with plumbing issues?!), I know we wont go anywhere else should another problem (or project) arise.

Addendum 12/2024: My water heater started leaking and within 2 hours of me contacting PlumbPro, they provided a reasonable quote and were at my house to begin replacing it. George and Bob were very professional, friendly, and clean. They also replaced my expansion tank and the house pressure regulator valve. They finished the job within several hours and the new water heater is working well. Very satisfied.Original: I was looking for a plumbing company to come help me repair/replace two leaking hose spigots and shutoffs. I called on a Monday and promptly was scheduled for a Tuesday appointment. I got a call early Tuesday saying one of Plumbpros plumbers was available earlier than scheduled and then received a text message with their name and picture for easy identification. Anthony Rambo was pleasant and thorough - he was able to quickly identify a plan to replace the spigots and shutoffs and completed the job during the same day. He was careful to respect my home and cleaned up after himself, and talked me through the process to teach me as well. I felt that it was a great experience and I will definitely call Plumbpro first if I have any future plumbing needs.

They always send a lot of reminders and even text their workers picture so you know who to expect.The last issue was a drip I noticed in my basement. George came out the day I saw it and diagnosed the issue in less than an hour and worked up a quote to get the job done.George returned with his apprentice Alex and got right to work, first protecting the floors and furniture in the area theyd be working in and then making the cuts in the drywall where they could removed the old iron pipes and replace it with PVC.They cleaned everything up and walked me through what was done. They even took time to secure and re-seel a toilet unrelated to the issue. The job came in right at the quote and I couldnt be happier. They are my go to for plumbing issues in Ambler, PA.

They covered the floor where they were walking and cleaned up the area when they were done. The work that was done was in a crawl space that made it difficult to work, but they did an excellent job replacing the cast iron waste line and several other drains. I had so many problems with both toilets and John throughly cleaned all before installing new ones and explained everything before and after everything was done. He needs an extra bonus!!Not only did they repair plumbing. Rich assess we why air wasn’t working and replace the air conditioner and heating units, which were years old and corroded, with high efficiency units, both inside and outside. Rich and Tymere really worked hard for two full days to get everything removed and installed and working. I am truly content with PlumbPRO would highly recommend their services to anyone. We also talked through the options for switching to a tankless system (which I decided against) and he was able to give an immediate estimate for some another smaller job that Ive been procrastinating on calling a plumber about (capping some old pipes and replacing valves) and include them in the job. Shortly after I signed off, Ty arrived with the new water heater, and just a few hours later everything was done. The work looks great, and everything was left clean and tidy - the new water heater and fixed pipes are the only sign they were ever here.

I followed up with a call to the office to ask a few questions.
