    JJ and Miri are great to work with. Extremely knowledgeable, solved problems with good solutions efficiently, and for great value. I highly recommend working with them. They replaced a main panel and sub panel and wired GFCIs throughout the house. Excellent responsiveness, communication, reliability, and technical expertise.

    We had a few minor residential repairs that were needed. I called on Monday, scheduled a visit for Tuesday, accepted the estimate and had the work completed on Wednesday. It wasn’t necessarily the least expensive rate, but the work was completed very quickly to my total satisfaction and that makes it worthwhile. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them wholeheartedly.

    This might be a strange review but here goes. I need a small lighting job done but they could not accommodate. Not for a few months. Maybe too busy or too small of a job. The communication was excellent. The person I spoke to was honest. Getting someone to call back is a lost art. Getting a vendor to be straight forward is appreciated instead of ignored..no return call or a no show. Ill keep them in mind for future needs. If the timing is right Id use them.

    JJ from Golden Electrical Services was so professional and responsive. He came right away even though I called at 4:30 with a lighting problem and he completed the job that evening! I had light fixtures dangling from a drop ceiling that had been removed and JJ went above and beyond to adjust to my schedule. His fellow tech also worked on the lights at the last minute. The new LED lights were installed in one hour and they were a 100 percent improvement upon the old lights. JJ even tidied up dangling wires all along the basement ceiling because he cared that it looked good. Thank you for an excellent, timely and professional job. We will be calling you in the future.

    I needed an outdoor GFI outlet installed. My old electrician retired and I was in need of a new, reputable one. I searched Google and Golden Electrical was at the top of the list.     I requested off-hour service for a partial power outage in my home. I received a patient and professional explanation of the issue, as well as the viable options to restore my power. Given that the outage affected my heat and major appliances; technicians were able to offer a temporary solution and scheduled follow-up for the next morning. Teams were early to the scheduled appointment and clearly communicated their needs to fulfill the work. Very pleased with the outcome and will definitely look to work with this group again.

    Wanted to call a local electrician for help with a tripped breaker and to install an exterior outlet and tried Golden Electrical for the first time. They came next day, diagnosed I had a bad breaker, and had the parts to fix it on the spot. Even helped to fix an unrelated electrical hazard I did not even notice I had.     Yesterday I called regarding a small job and received a price (which I considered reasonable) and an appointment. This morning the technician, JJ, called and told me when he would be arriving.     Oh WOW! I had to install a 220 V 50 AMP line from box and while here they discovered that the main line to the house was installed in 2014 wrong and the cable was full of water. So they came back to replace that as well. Miri and JJ work very hard, non stop, are very knowledgeable, on time and came to do the work on short notice (24h). Work is done to a T. Impressive team!!

    Miri & JJ came out today to repair faulty work down by another electrician. When they say they’ll be there by a certain time they actually mean it. Came out took a brief second to understand what the problem was and corrected it in less than half an hour. It’s christmas eve and it’s below freezing temperatures and when all other electrician services wouldn’t come out, these guys came out to us in less than an hour and not only fixed the issue we were having but did so diligently and efficiently.     JJ and Miri were wonderful and very professional/trustworthy. We called at 6:30pm on Christmas Eve and they arrived within the hour. They inspected my apartment breaker panel and the panels in the basement and quickly and efficiently troubleshooted and solved the problem. They were very sympathetic to the fact that it is 15 degrees outside/our heating is electric. We’re extremely grateful to them for getting our power back on and our heat working. Many other companies we called were not able to send anyone down for another few days. JJ/Miri and their company are a Christmas miracle!
