If you are a review reader, then this is the one to read to give you an honest & accurate opinion about this company.After my old plumber had retired, I knew I had to locate a company that I could trust.I was looking for someone that actually knew what they were doing when I called to have service done. They also had to be pleasant to deal with & the main point is that they didnt over charge you with those little hidden fees that other companies do.I found the perfect company !Smithmyer Plumbing & Heating is a family owned, local business that has been around for many years. The customer service & the pricing is a lot better than what a lot of other companies charge. Trust me I tried them.I was so pleased with the few smaller jobs that I had them do, that I bought 2 furnaces from them.I couldnt have asked for any better quality, quick service & professionalism that they provided when they installed these 2 units. Smithmyers are always very caring and professional. I had a problem with a smell of gasoline in my basement, and even though it wasnt their problem once they figured that out, they stayed and helped put my mind at ease. I would never call anyone else.

These guys were awesome, I had a pipe broken pouring water in my basement. The Receptionist was very helpful and understanding. They were at my house within a hour, fixed the problem and to top it off there rate was very reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys

I reached out to Smithmeyer’s for a drainage problem in my basement. The receptionist was able to get me on the list for the same day. I only had to wait about a half hour before one of their plumbers reached out to me that he was on his way.They were able to diganose the problem quickly and gave me a variety of different solutions. They were upfront and did not push me into making a decision. The price was reasonable especially for the amount of time the plumber spent at my house.I look forward to using Smithmeyer plumbing for my future plumbing and heating needs.
