Riley Plumbing is outstanding! The attention to detail, workmanship, professionalism were such a refreshing change in today’s society. The owner, Jim, took his time to listen and plan with my husband to have the best possible solution to our issue. The extra plus is the guys who did the hard work, cleaned up the job site superbly which makes the wife (moi) very happy. Thanks everyone!

Thank you Mike and Wayne for a wonderful job done.Mike answered all my questions about how my heat work and especially about the cold air return part.It wasnt set up right and other people didnt even notice or care about it not being right.ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR YOUR HEALTH THAT THIS IS SET UP RIGHT...WAYNE took care of a few other things for me cause my basement air was coming through my duct work .They sealed it right .My next smaller projects will be with Rileys plumbing for sure...and it should be for you too..

First time dealing with Rileys. Told Jim what I needed. He checked and was able to send a guy over in 10 minutes! I know it wont always be that fast but it was great so I didnt have to take off of work!! Good service. Reasonable price..:)

Couldnt be happier with our decision to have Rileys replace our boiler! No more air/noise issues! They were also $500 - $2,000 cheaper than the rest of the quotes we got. They also replaced our entire boiler in one day. Very pleased!

Plumber (Bill) came to the house to help fix a shower faucet and ended up identifying and fixing three other things that have made a huge difference. One of the problems was something other plumbers had told me wasn’t a big deal. I got better service at a better price than others that I’ve used in the past. Definitely recommend.

The person that came out didnt have the right tools do he had to leave and come back so it took longer that I wanted and they left a dent in a door. Other then that the service they provide was great and the price was on par with what I was expecting.

Once again the service was prompt and as scheduled! The technician calls just prior to appointment to confirm the time and give an estimate of their arrival time! The technician wears a mask for safety and shoe covers as well. The technician shares his finds and what is needed to fix the situation. I have used this company in the recent past for other problems and will continue to call them for any future problems!

Riley did an excellent job during the commercial project, where I served as the project manager. They were reliable, efficient and problem solvers. Following the job, there were plumbing issues - not of their causing. It was on-going for weeks and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I would use them again in a heart-beat.
