Well where do I start, Mike and Chris was amazing, I had called a different plumbing company and was pretty much robbed out of a lot of money and they didnβt even do the job and was trying to rob me out of even more money and thatβs when I called Mike and Chris, they were very professional and knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem in no time and charged way less. -

Called Dependable Sewer about a backed up main line. Mike was here within 90 minutes, and corrected the problem. He also gave me suggestions on how to avoid future issues. He was thorough, personable, kept things clean, and at a very reasonable price.I wouldnt hesitate to call him again if I need service. -

Emergency sewer backup in my basement -- noon on a Saturday! I called Mike at Dependable. He was here in 60 minutes, fixed the problem in 20 minutes and told me how to avoid the problem down the road. This is the 2nd time Ive called on a weekend with an emergency situation. We called Dependable Sewer & Drain because we had a backed up sewer. Mike came when he said he would. I appreciated that he tried save me $ by trying other methods to resolve the issue and it worked! Cut his time here in half. He clearly knew what he was doing. He was reasonable and honest! I would absolutely call him again. -

My sewer backed up and what a mess!I called Mike and explained the situation and we made an appointment.He came and assessed the situation, quoted me a price.Unfortunately the trap was surrounded by years of accumulated treasure and I had to spend a few hours rearranging.Mike came back the next day and within 15 minutes had things open and flowing again! -
