    The entire experience was incredible. I contacted the State College location by mistake but was transferred to the Altoona location through a warm transfer.     Great work. On time. Professional. Crew was polite and explained everything to me. Kept our cats safe while the work was being done.We had a mini-split added for our attic. Amazing so far! Went above and beyond to make sure the install was as cosmetically tidy as possible.Price was in line with other quotes and best of all, I had great peace of mind knowing I would not have to manage them doing the work. This is why we hire professionals because we dont have time to manage them and Bovard delivered 100%! Thanks so much!Had another job done the next year (new boiler) and the workmanship was fantastic again. Beautiful install. All new plumbing, valves, controllers, filters, etc. Very neat, clean, and tidy. No issues, and I can trust the crew will keep my home, our pets, and us safe. Thanks Bovard!

    The guys did a good job. They knew my existing concrete pad was a lot more durable than the one that was to be put in. They leveled my pad and set the unit in place. They worked steady and cleaned up afterward. Programming the new thermostat was a challenge but it got resolved. There are features on this thermostat that they were not familiar with but neither was Robert. The thermostat works good, the only thing is the weather icon stays the same during the day and at night.

    The furnace and air conditioner units they installed several years ago is the best we have ever had! Plus we have used their plumbing service several times. Their service people are kind, professional, and get the job done. The office personnel are also efficient, kind, and responsive to questions or service requests.

    In the middle of a heatwave when a new homeowner could have been taken advantage of, this extremely professional and timely service technician (Justin) gave me some good advice and fixed the AC same-day for a very reasonable price instead of trying to sell me on new hardware and hourly rate fees.I am now happily freezing inside, and will be using their services again!

Denny did a great job when I called in and inquired about having an issue with my HVAC, He explained what was to be expected was very prompt with scheduling me an appointment, He showed Passion and concern about what worked best for me and what was the fastest way to get my system up and running correctly. Nate, was excellent He went above and beyond to explain to me what the issue was and how the issue could be fixed He explained everything in detail and he explained it in terms that I could understand he even went as far as showing me pictures of my issue and what it was supposed to look like!!! Very happy and satisfied! 😁 definitely would recommend!! 😁

    Nate and Robert were extremely dedicated, hardworking, and professional. They ran into an unexpected issue when running a common wire to two of my smart thermostats, but they worked tirelessly and refused to give up until the problem was solved. Even thought the task took them an additional two hours, they still charged the original quote for the project. I will be using Bovard and especially Nate and Robert for all of my heating and plumbing needs from here on out. As a side note, Denny is always a pleasure to talk with on the phone and is willing to work with you to meet your needs and schedule. An excellent company all around.

    We added a natural gas AC unit to our natural gas furnace. We were concerned about how well central air would work in a 120 year old brick 2 1/2 story home. Robert, from Bovard, recommended we consider the Arzel zoning system with wireless thermostats. Not only is this system exceptional with the new central air conditioning, but it has also improved our heating! We are very pleased with the results. We recommend Bovard Heating and Cooling.

    They came last year when heater was not blowing out hot air. They were fast and honest told me what it was telling me also that the part is free to replace cause of a lawsuit years ago against the heater so parts and labor for anyone who had one got work done for free. Did good clean work and had it fixed as soon as part came in. Always gonna use them for any heater needs

    I called this morning for a malfunctioning natural gas furnace and by this afternoon Josh of Bovard Heating and Cooling was at my residence. This was my first contact with Bovard, but for my future needs in heating and cooling I will be calling Bovard Heating and Cooling. From my original phone call this morning the lady that I spoke to was so kind and pleasant. She was nothing but polite and professional. Now for Josh, the technician, I cant begin to say so much positive comments for him. Josh prior to entering my home put on foot coverings. To make a long story short Josh was so friendly , cordial and very easy to communicate with. I commend him for his professionalism and knowledge of my gas furnace. He took the time to explain everything to me relative to what he was doing plus he gave me the cost prior to doing anything. To Bovard, Josh is a keeper and I recommend that you keep him on the payroll. He is an asset to Bovard Heating and Cooling. In the future if I have any heating needs I will be calling Bovard and I will be requesting Josh to service my furnace.
