Moved into an old home with old electrical and lighting with no overhead lights or fans. Contacted Danes electric and owner was responsive and helpful. He gave a fair quote (half less than someone else ) and his crew arrived not only on time but early ! They were very helpful and gave good feedback when I asked for some input on light placement. Having the new lighting is a game changer. Can’t recommend Danes electric highly enough.Note: there’s only one bad review and if you read that persons profile, they don’t rate anyone very highly. So take that as you will

This was a great service experience. Dave was very communicative. I sent pictures of the problem areas I needed help with prior to the visit. He came in a timely manner and was positive in his aide.The work was done quickly and professionally.

I called Dane Electric to troubleshoot some power problems. Dave came out the same day, diagnosed it quickly, and provided a crystal clear explanation on both the problem and how we’d solve it. Would recommend to anyone.

I requested Dane Electric install four new ceiling fans. Unlike other electricians, Chris Dane inspected the house for an accurate quote and highlighted potential code issues to be resolved during the install. Shortly thereafter, his team efficiently and professionally installed the fans including new boxes in the attic. All four are working well, and I would recommend Dane Electric for similar electrical needs.

Let me start off by saying that although I have never used Dane Electric, I am giving them the highest recommendation. Here’s why. This past Saturday we had some power issues at our house.. lights dimming, appliances and HVAC not working correctly, etc. I contacted Dane Electric on their Facebook page, and they promptly contacted me back to tell me that they were sorry but they didn’t have anyone working this weekend. But instead of giving me the “We can come look at it Monday” line, they asked me to describe what was going on and said maybe they could weigh in on what the problem was. After I described the problem, they responded that it sounded like I had lost a phase of service and that was a utility issue that the power company would be responsible for. I called Dominion, they came out and checked it, and Dane Electric was correct. Now that’s honesty. They could’ve told me they’d come out on Monday, checked it, then gave me the advice, then charged me for it. But they didn’t. They were honest. And that’s hard to find in a company. That’s why I’ll be using Dane Electric in the future when I need an electrician. Thank you for your honesty!

We had a wonderful experience with this company. They mounted three TVs for us, moving outlets for each one. The finished product is flawless and the price was fair.They were also very responsive to email and on time for the quote appointment and the installation appointment.

Weve relied on Dane Electric for some time now and wanted to share our experience.Since switching to Dane Electric for our Generac maintenance, its performance has been dependable.This isnt a lucrative arrangement for Dane and yet they always treat us like a priority client. We call or email and always receive a response.Recently, after a power outage in which the standy generator, performed flawlessly, we realized that our WiFi router was not on a circuit served by the generator.We called Dane and they were able to squeeze in a service call with their electrician, Alberto, who moved the outlet before the next round of storms came through. That was a clutch play by our MVP.In short, Dane Electric does what they say theyll do, charge reasonable rates, and treat customers well.What else do you need?

We heard of Dane Electric through word of mouth and had seen their work in a friend’s home. Their crew was solid, and clearly experienced. We were consulted at each step of install to make sure it was exactly as we wanted it. The upgraded ‘smart’ fixtures were installed with care. They took time to make sure we knew how to wirelessly connect and operate them. The added outlets look as if they have always been there. The attention to detail is So Much appreciated!We will be using again when we install the charger for our future hybrid vehicle(s).*we were neither solicited nor reimbursed for this review. Installed a Generac generator in Feb 2020.We are so happy we did! Several outages in the past year and gen kicked right on while others were in the dark.
