Andrew installed two timer switches to my front outside lights. I am very pleased with the work. Andrew was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable and he also added a military discount without me having asked for one. This is the first time I’ve ever hired an electrician in Yuma and I highly recommend Yuma Electric.

I am new to this area and did not know any local contacts. My neighbor suggested this company after I developed an electrical problem. I made a call and was give an appt for 2 hrs. later. An electrician, Ryan came to assess the problem. In a short time, he found the problem and gave me options for solving the problem. He repaired the electrical problem in a very reasonable time. He then performed a check of all the various electrical outlets and switches to make sure all problem areas had been resolved. I will not hesitate to call this company in the future. I called Yuma Electric because I needed certain types of light bulbs changed in my house that I definitely could not reach on my own, even with a tall ladder. I also didn’t know what to buy because the bulbs were not regular bulbs but a different kind of LED lighting. I needed help, and when I called, Jeff said they could be at my house on the same day. I was actually really surprised at how quick they were able to help. And the best part of the entire experience is that I felt that Jeff was very honest with me. When I suggested switching out the types of light fixtures I had in my living area, he talked me out of it and told me only to change the bulbs. He didn’t try to sell me more than I needed in order to make more money for himself. I value honest, efficient, timely companies that do right by their customers. For this reason I give this company a 5 star review. Thanks for your help and for being so quick to respond to my call. I will be using you again. Appreciate the help.

I really can’t say enough good things about Jeff and his team. Jeff is so conscientious and tries to squeeze you in, even when his schedule is so busy. Kevin and John are fantastic employees, and represent their boss Jeff very well. We had a job that involved digging a trench, and lots of outdoor work in the brutal humid heat of August. This was completed by John. He came inside after to replace a dimmer switch while Kevin replaced two fans. They worked together like a well coordinated team, both cheerful, friendly and helpful. Even after all that heat!! John slyly fixed a nearby outlet that was coming loose from the wall, without even mentioning it. Best of all, the jobs were completed well under the estimate.Just saw Kevin again today, to replace a faulty GFI outlet. What most impressed me about this, is that I just called Jeff about this yesterday. Even though he is booked for months ahead, he managed to squeeze in a slot for Kevin to come by.I have never seen such a level of professionalism and consistently high quality work from a trades person. Sadly, I have experienced more “flakes” that don’t show up on time, if they even show up at all.I very much appreciate Jeff’s extra effort. He is clearly committed to providing the best service possible at the most reasonable cost. Yuma is lucky to have Jeff!!

I needed an electrical mast repaired and main line wiring reconnected to the service line with exterior secured boxes provided. My experience started with on-time arrival, attentive job site review and recommendation, a more than reasonable pricing estimate all followed up with a scheduled project completion timeline. The final job was completed earlier than projected and to my complete satisfaction. Yuma Electric provided text messaging that informed me about their arrival times on day of visits and service and this proved to be an added benefit. The estimate was provided via requested documentation that gave me the opportunity to carefully consider my choices. The electronic forms of communication were a great service and I must add that the personal communication was the clincher and complimented the entire experience. The workmanship and finish work around the the panel and at the roofline was utility (i.e. will definitelydo the job).Only criticism albeit slight, if any, would be for aestetics with the initial install. However as the project continued they were super.Would recommend.

The inspection determined the timer box was properly grounded however the protective insulator shield was missing that keeps fingers and hands from inadvertant contact with wire terminas. I called them Monday and they came Tuesday even though mine was a small job. Kevin texted me that he was on his way 30 minutes ahead of schedule. I had fears of a major issue to fix two kitchen lights. Kevin found the fault in a switch for one of the lights. He fixed the problem and was going down road 45 minutes after he arrived.
